Abstract

本发明涉及一种环保龙头阀体的加工工艺,该工艺首先通过注塑机注塑成型外壳、内胆、阀盖、出水嘴等各部件,其次,对注塑成型后的各部件进行电镀,使各部件表面具有光泽度,外形美观,然后往内胆的内部装满填充物,在内胆底部通过超声波焊接有用于密封填充物的密封盖,增加整个阀体的重量,改善龙头的质感;最后各部件进行组装、检验合格、包装入库。本发明的阀体通过注塑及电镀、组装形成,内胆采用环保塑料注塑,不会造成龙头过水部位重金属污染,超声波焊接牢固,因此,本工艺实施简便、加工效率较高。

技术领域
本发明涉及龙头阀体加工技术,具体涉及一种环保龙头阀体的加工工艺。
背景技术
目前水龙头的使用已越来越广泛,水龙头的阀体的材料通常为铜或不锈钢。采用铜材料制成的水龙头阀体通常是通过铸造或热煅工艺制成的。这种工艺制作出来的产品存在以下几个缺陷:
1、金属铸造一体式的阀体加工工艺复杂,铸件对材料的浪费较多、抛光难度大、成本高,而且体积较大、笨重。
2、金属材料可能会使得水中含有重金属,对人体身体健康不利。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种环保龙头阀体工艺简单、易于实施的加工工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种环保龙头阀体的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、部件注塑:根据所需要的形状备用好外壳模具、内胆模具、阀盖模具、出水嘴模具,分别把各模具放入注塑机待用;
B、部件成型:往外壳模具、阀盖模具和出水嘴模具内分别对应注入ABS塑料,往内胆模具内注入PON塑料原料,冷却后拆开模具,各部件成型;
C、电镀:将步骤B所得到的外壳、内胆均通过757K原料进行高标电镀,形成光亮泽的外壳和内胆部件;
D、注填充物:往步骤C电镀后内胆的内部装满填充物,在内胆底部通过超声波焊接有用于密封填充物的密封盖,增加整个阀体的重量,改善龙头的质感;
E、组装:将步骤D所得到的内胆安装在阀体内部,阀盖与内胆顶端通过螺纹连接,出水嘴通过超声波焊接在阀体出水口位置,外壳进水口安装有铜板连接,方便与冷热水管的连接;
F、质检:检验步骤E产品的合格、包装入库。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的阀体通过注塑及电镀、组装形成,内胆采用环保塑料注塑,不会造成龙头过水部位重金属污染,超声波焊接牢固,因此,本工艺实施简便、加工效率较高。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的方式包括但不仅限于以下实施例。
实施例1
一种环保龙头阀体的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、部件注塑:根据所需要的形状备用好外壳模具、内胆模具、阀盖模具、出水嘴模具,分别把各模具放入注塑机待用;
B、部件成型:往外壳模具、阀盖模具和出水嘴模具内分别对应注入ABS塑料,往内胆模具内注入PON塑料原料,冷却后拆开模具,各部件成型;
C、电镀:将步骤B所得到的外壳、内胆均通过757K原料进行高标电镀,形成光亮泽的外壳和内胆部件;
D、注填充物:往步骤C电镀后内胆的内部装满填充物,在内胆底部通过超声波焊接有用于密封填充物的密封盖,增加整个阀体的重量,改善龙头的质感;
E、组装:将步骤D所得到的内胆安装在阀体内部,阀盖与内胆顶端通过螺纹连接,出水嘴通过超声波焊接在阀体出水口位置,外壳进水口安装有铜板连接,方便与冷热水管的连接;
F、质检:检验步骤E产品的合格、包装入库。

1.一种环保龙头阀体的加工工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、部件注塑:根据所需要的形状备用好外壳模具、内胆模具、阀盖模具、出水嘴模具,分别把各模具放入注塑机待用;
B、部件成型:往外壳模具、阀盖模具和出水嘴模具内分别对应注入ABS塑料,往内胆模具内注入PON塑料原料,冷却后拆开模具,各部件成型;
C、电镀:将步骤B所得到的外壳、内胆均通过757K原料进行高标电镀,形成光亮泽的外壳和内胆部件;
D、注填充物:往步骤C电镀后内胆的内部装满填充物,在内胆底部通过超声波焊接有用于密封填充物的密封盖,增加整个阀体的重量,改善龙头的质感;
E、组装:将步骤D所得到的内胆安装在阀体内部,阀盖与内胆顶端通过螺纹连接,出水嘴通过超声波焊接在阀体出水口位置,外壳进水口安装有铜板连接,方便与冷热水管的连接;
