Technical Field
The invention relates to an anchoring device, in particular to an airtight type platform anchoring device.
Background
The invention is suitable for the cable fixing field, the offshore wind power generation and offshore oil and gas platform mainly realizes the power transmission with the outside through the sea cable, and the safe and stable fixing of the sea cable with larger mass on the platform is a prerequisite for the stable operation of the sea cable. At present, the main mode of fixing the submarine cable on the platform is to clamp the clamp through the threaded fastener, so as to clamp the armored steel wire of the submarine cable, and the static friction force between the armored steel wire and the clamp is greater than the dead weight of the submarine cable, so that the submarine cable is fixed.
The above conventional method for fixing a submarine cable on a platform has the following problems:
1. the existing common half flat plate type platform anchoring adopts a method that when the platform crane continuously pulls the submarine cable, half of submarine cable armor wires are pressed firstly to fix the submarine cable, and then the traction force of the platform crane is removed to fix the other half of submarine cable armor wires. The submarine cable needs to be armored and fixed immediately after being pulled into the platform, otherwise, the platform crane is required to be occupied all the time.
2. In order to solve the problem of temporary fixation after the submarine cable enters the platform, the submarine cable can be temporarily fixed by using a temporary clamp, and the currently common temporary clamp mainly adopts a mode of holding the submarine cable by using a half-shaped metal clamp, so that the submarine cable has larger mass and complex installation and needs to be customized according to the specification of the submarine cable.
3. For the fan foundation adopting the single pile hole, the flange through hole of the submarine cable inlet platform is directly communicated with the seawater below the tower barrel, and the salt vapor with the seawater formed by the heated evaporation of the seawater can enter the platform along the flange through hole of the submarine cable inlet platform, so that the use safety of electronic components in the platform is affected; the sea cable platform anchoring at the present stage does not have airtight performance from the design structure, and the phenomenon that the single pile hole type fan tower barrel is internally provided with the salt water vapor to enter the fan platform is difficult to be avoided.

The present invention will be described in further detail by way of examples, which are illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention thereto.
As shown in fig. 1,2, 3 and 4, the airtight type platform anchoring device of the invention comprises a base 3, a ring seat 4, a PU temporary clamp 6, a base plate 7, a pressing plate 8 and an outer cover 10, wherein the shape of the base 3 is matched with that of a platform top flange 1 and is detachably fixed on the upper side of the platform top flange 1, the ring seat 4 is detachably fixed on the upper side of the base 3, a round table type through hole matched with that of the PU temporary clamp 6 is formed in the ring seat 4, the outer side of the PU temporary clamp 6 is a round table type through hole and is arranged in the through hole of the ring seat 4, the base plate 7 is arranged on the upper side of the PU temporary clamp 6 and the base plate 7 is detachably fixed on the ring seat 4, the pressing plate 8 is arranged on the upper side of the base plate 7 and is detachably fixed with the base plate 7 and the ring seat 4, and the outer cover 10 is covered on the outer sides of the base 4, the base plate 7 and the pressing plate 8 and the lower end of the outer cover 10 is fixed on the upper side of the base 3. The temporary clamp based on Polyurethane (PU) materials is adopted, and the submarine cable can be temporarily fixed by using the temporary clamp before the submarine cable armored steel wire is pressed. The temporary clamp based on polyurethane materials is deformed by extruding softer polyurethane, the inner surface of the temporary clamp is provided with a thread groove, gaps between PP ropes on the outer layer of the submarine cable can be filled after stress, and the temporary clamp has the characteristic of being pressed more and more tightly due to the conical structure, so that the temporary fixing effect on the submarine cable can be met; simultaneously, as the submarine cable is clamped by adopting a deformation mode, the product with the same specification can meet the requirement of temporary fixation of the submarine cable with a certain outer diameter range.
The PU temporary clamp 6 is composed of two semicircular clamping pieces which are symmetrically arranged, a through hole matched with the submarine cable 16 is formed in the PU temporary clamp 6, and a groove 19 for increasing friction is formed in the inner wall of the through hole. The grooves 19 are screw grooves, and various grooves can be formed to provide the forced deformation of the PU material.
The base 3 is fixedly locked on the upper side of the platform top flange 1 through the first threaded fastener 2, the ring seat 4 is fixedly locked on the upper side of the base 3 through the second threaded fastener 5, the base plate 7 is fixedly locked on the upper side of the ring seat 4 through the third threaded fastener 12, and the pressing plate 8 is fixedly locked on the upper side of the base plate 7 through the fourth threaded fastener 9.
The middle lower extreme of ring seat 4 is provided with the bellied boss downwards, and the upside of base 3 corresponds the boss position and is provided with the recess that matches with the boss, and ring seat 4 lower extreme boss card is established in the recess of base 3, and such design, the location of ring seat 4 in the time of convenient installation. The ring seat 4 is also formed by splicing two haffling structures, and the two haffling structures are locked and fixed through a fifth thread locking piece 15.
An annular groove is formed in the lower side face of the base 3, an annular groove is also formed in the lower side face of the ring seat 4, O-shaped rings 13 and 14 are respectively arranged in the two annular grooves, and water vapor can be prevented from entering the platform through the platform anchoring. The inner cavity of the outer cover 10 is filled with polyurethane sealant 11, the outer cover 10 is fixed, and the polyurethane sealant can be fused with a polyurethane shell and a polyurethane temporary clamp, so that the airtight performance of the anchoring inside of the platform is ensured. The O-ring between the base 3 and the ring seat 4 may be replaced by other seals such as rubber gaskets.
The outer cover 10 is made of PU material, or can be made of metal structure, but the effect of the metal structure is inferior to that of PU material. The flat or conical shape is arranged between the pressing plate 8 and the backing plate 7, and the submarine cable armor 17 is arranged between the pressing plate 8 and the backing plate 7 in a scattering and pressing mode.
The invention relates to an airtight type platform anchoring device, which comprises the following specific processes:
(1) The base 3 and the O-shaped ring 14 are firstly installed on the platform top end flange 1 and are fastened by the first threaded fastener 2, so that water vapor in the platform top end flange 1 cannot leak from between the platform top end flange 1 and the base 3.
(2) After a submarine cable 16 passes through a flange at the top end of the platform to reach a preset position by using a crane, assembling two ring seats 4 by using a fifth threaded fastener 15, and installing an O-shaped ring 13 between the ring seat 4 and the base 3 to ensure the sealing between the ring seat 4 and the base 3; the ring seat 4 is secured to the base using a second threaded fastener 5.
(3) The PU temporary clamp 6 is mounted into the ring seat 4, the backing plate 7 is mounted onto the PU temporary clamp 6, and fastened using a third threaded fastener 12.
(4) At the moment, the traction force of the platform crane to the submarine cable 16 can be removed, and the submarine cable is fixed under the clamping of the PU temporary clamp 6; when the submarine cable is required to be permanently fixed on the platform, uniformly spreading the submarine cable armored steel wires 17 on the backing plate 7, and compacting the pressing plate 8 by using the fourth threaded fastener 9.
(5) The PU outer cover 10 is sleeved on the base 3, the gap of the PU outer cover 10 is filled by using an aluminum foil tape, and the polyurethane sealant 11 is filled from the gap between the PU outer cover 10 and the submarine cable core 18, so that the filling is full, and the anchoring and the installation of the platform are completed.
