一种硬面堆焊用药芯焊丝,属于表面修复工程技术领域。药芯焊丝按质量百分比成分范围为:C:1.0%‑2.0%,Si:0.4%‑1.5%,Mn:0.4%‑1.5%,Cr:4.5%‑9.5%,Nb:2.0%‑5.5%,Mo:2.0%‑5.5%,W:2.0%‑4.0%,V:0.5%‑2.0%,其余为Fe。优点在于,焊丝具有焊接工艺性能优良,焊缝成型优良,焊丝脱渣优良,堆焊层无气孔,堆焊5层无裂纹,堆焊修复的机械设备耐磨性能优良。

一种硬面堆焊用药芯焊丝
技术领域
本发明属于表面修复工程技术领域,特别涉及一种硬面堆焊用药芯焊丝。
背景技术
在恶劣环境下特别是高温高腐蚀气氛下使用的机械设备,要求磨损部位具有较高的使用寿命,在此情况下,要求磨损部位具有较高的高温硬度和较好的韧性,工作面不存在疏松、裂纹等缺陷,在使用过程中不出现剥落掉块。为提高恶劣环境下设备的使用寿命,发明了一种高合金的埋弧堆焊药芯焊丝,其堆焊层硬度为HRC56-62。
目前国内堆焊层硬度HRC56-62的高硬度埋弧堆焊药芯焊丝采用的合金系有Cr13NiMoV、CrMoV和CrMoWV等,以上合金系焊丝的堆焊层具有较高的硬度和较好的韧性,但在高温高腐蚀的恶劣环境下的耐磨性一般,堆焊修复的设备使用寿命偏低。
为提高修复设备的使用寿命,发明了一种合金系为CrNbMoWV的埋弧堆焊焊丝,堆焊层选用高的含碳量,含碳量为1.0-2.0%,为提高堆焊层的抗裂性,添加多种强碳化物形成元素Nb、Mo、W、V,形成多种碳化物,碳化物弥散析出,形成晶粒细小的组织,有利于改善堆焊层的抗裂性能。由于堆焊层含有大量的碳化物,碳化物具有非常高的显微硬度,因而堆焊层具有非常优异的耐磨性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种硬面堆焊用药芯焊丝,解决了埋弧堆焊焊丝耐磨性能差的问题。提高堆焊修复件的使用寿命。
解决技术问题的基本思路:焊丝中添加较高含量碳和多种合金元素,提高堆焊层的硬度,以提高堆焊层的耐磨性能。添加多种强碳化物形成元素的合金,在堆焊金属中弥散析出,细化晶粒,提高堆焊层的抗裂性能。
一种硬面堆焊用药芯焊丝,按质量百分比成分范围为:C:1.0%-2.0%,Si:0.4%-1.5%,Mn:0.4%-1.5%,Cr:4.5%-9.5%,Nb:2.0%-5.5%,Mo:2.0%-5.5%,W:2.0%-4.0%,V:0.5%-2.0%,其余为Fe。
采用本发明提供埋弧堆焊药芯焊丝,在以下焊接工艺规范焊接:焊接电流300-500A,焊接电压28-32V,堆焊层硬度为HRC56-62。
本发明解决问题的技术关键是选用多种碳化物形成元素Nb、Mo、W、V,形成多种碳化物,碳化物弥散析出,形成晶粒细小的组织,有利于改善堆焊层的抗裂性能。由于堆焊层含有大量的碳化物,碳化物具有非常高的显微硬度,因而堆焊层具有非常优异的耐磨性能。
本发明的优点在于,焊丝具有焊接工艺性能优良,焊缝成型优良,焊丝脱渣优良,堆焊层无气孔,堆焊5层无裂纹,堆焊修复的机械设备耐磨性能优良。本发明提供的焊丝可用于承受一定冲击载荷的机械设备的堆焊修复。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种硬面堆焊用药芯焊丝,按质量百分比成分范围为:C:1.1%,Si:0.45%,Mn:0.65%,Cr:4.9%,Nb:2.9%,Mo:2.8%,W:2.7%,V:0.6%,其余为Fe。以上焊丝,采用以下规范焊接:焊接电流380A,焊接电压30V。堆焊层无裂纹,堆焊层硬度为HRC57,堆焊层具有优良的耐磨性能。
实施例2
一种硬面堆焊用药芯焊丝,按质量百分比成分范围为:C:1.6%,Si:0.75%,Mn:1.45%,Cr:8.9%,Nb:3.9%,Mo:3.5%,W:3.4%,V:0.9%,其余为Fe。以上焊丝,采用以下规范焊接:焊接电流380A,焊接电压30V。堆焊层无裂纹,堆焊层硬度为HRC61,堆焊层具有优良的耐磨性能。
实施例3
一种硬面堆焊用药芯焊丝,按质量百分比成分范围为:C:1.5%,Si:0.45%,Mn:0.65%,Cr:5.9%,Nb:1.9%,Mo:1.8%,W:0.7%,V:0.2%,其余为Fe。以上焊丝,采用以下规范焊接:焊接电流380A,焊接电压30V。焊丝焊接堆焊层出现裂纹,堆焊层硬度为HRC57,堆焊层耐磨性能差,堆焊修复的设备使用过程中会出现剥落现象。

1.一种硬面堆焊用药芯焊丝,其特征在于,按质量百分比成分范围为:C:1.0%-2.0%,Si:0.4%-1.5%,Mn:0.4%-1.5%,Cr:4.5%-9.5%,Nb:2.0%-5.5%,Mo:2.0%-5.5%,W:2.0%-4.0%,V:0.5%-2.0%,其余为Fe。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焊丝,其特征在于,所述的焊丝的焊接工艺规范为:焊接电流300-500A,焊接电压28-32V,堆焊层硬度为HRC56-62。
