Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the feeding trolley 2 includes a bottom bracket 21, a trolley 22, a transverse slide rail 23, a screw rod transmission mechanism 24 and a moving motor reducer 25, a pair of the transverse slide rails 23 are installed on the bottom bracket 21, the trolley 22 is erected on the pair of the transverse slide rails 23, one end of the trolley 22 is connected with an output shaft of the moving motor reducer 25 through the screw rod transmission mechanism 24, the moving motor reducer 25 is installed on the bottom bracket 21, and the moving motor reducer 25 can drive the trolley to translate along the transverse slide rails 23 on the bottom bracket 21 through the screw rod transmission mechanism 24. Preferably, all feeding trolleys 2 on each side of the active briquetting mechanism 12 can be driven by the same moving motor reducer 25, so as to ensure that the moving speed of each trolley 22 along the bottom bracket 21 is the same, and ensure that the profile is integrally translated to the position of the lifting feeding roller table 3 when the profile is transported.
Referring to fig. 11, the lifting feeding roller way 3 includes a lifting chassis 31, a lifting cylinder 32, a scissor bracket 33, a follow-up bracket 34, feeding rollers 35 and a feeding motor reducer 36, the lifting chassis 31 and the follow-up bracket 34 are connected through the scissor bracket 33, a plurality of feeding rollers 35 are installed above the follow-up bracket 34 in parallel, the lifting cylinder 32 is also installed between the lifting chassis 31 and the follow-up bracket 34, the feeding motor reducer 36 is installed on the follow-up bracket 34, and the feeding motor reducer 36 drives all the feeding rollers 35 to roll, which can adopt a chain transmission or belt transmission mode. The lifting cylinder 32 can be driven by the hydraulic system 14 to control the lifting of the follow-up bracket 34, the lifting can support the profile on the feeding trolley 2, and then the feeding roller 35 can convey the profile.
Referring to fig. 12, the data acquisition and inspection device 5 includes a laser displacement sensor 51, a reference beam 52 and a fixing base 53, the fixing base 53 is mounted on two sides of the profile bending host 1, two ends of the reference beam 52 are respectively connected with the fixing bases on two sides, the height of the reference beam 52 corresponds to the height of the working area of the profile bending host 1, and a plurality of laser displacement sensors 51 are uniformly mounted on the reference beam 52. The deformation of the whole length range of the workpiece can be measured, and the mode of independent installation on the reference beam 52 is adopted, so that the measurement accuracy is prevented from being influenced by mutual interference. The two ends of the datum beam 52 can penetrate through the fixing seat 53 and the belleville springs and then are connected with nuts, and the datum Liang Lazhi is formed by the tension force of the belleville springs. The mechanism is independent of equipment installation, is not influenced by stress deformation of the profile bending host machine 1, has small measurement error, and is used for carrying out data statistics analysis according to a program and automatically entering the next operation.
Referring to fig. 13, the length measuring device 4 is used for measuring the longitudinal position of a workpiece, and comprises a roller 41, a roller mounting rod 42, a rotary encoder 43, a spring 44 and a bracket sleeve 45, wherein a pair of bracket sleeves 45 are mounted on the lifting feeding roller table 3, each bracket sleeve 45 is internally provided with the roller mounting rod 42 in a penetrating manner, the roller mounting rod 42 is provided with the spring 44 in a penetrating manner, one end of the spring 44 is stopped on the roller mounting rod 42, the other end of the spring 44 is stopped at the upper end of the bracket sleeve 45, two ends of the roller 41 are respectively and rotatably connected with the two roller mounting rods 42, one end of the roller 41 is also connected with the rotary encoder 43, and the rotary encoder 43 is electrically connected with the control device. The roller 41 is higher than the feeding roller 35 by about 10 mm when in idle load, the roller mounting rod 42 can move up and down along the support sleeve 45 fixed on the lifting feeding roller table 3, and the roller 41 is attached to the workpiece by the compression force of the spring 44 when in operation, and the longitudinal position of the workpiece is measured or the length of the workpiece is measured by rotating the roller 41 along with the movement of the workpiece.
The application adopts a multi-time point-press incremental forming technology, intelligent operation is realized, manual intervention is not needed, the whole process of feeding, processing, checking and discharging is controlled in a centralized way through a PLC control system, the degree of automation is high, the forming precision and stability of workpieces are high, the requirement on the operation level is low, the labor is less, and the labor intensity is low.
The processing process flow of the workpiece in the application is as follows:
1. the system sends the workpiece specification and arch forming value information to a profile bending machine;
2. according to the input information (such as workpiece length, arching requirement and the like), invoking database data, and automatically simulating the deformation points and positions of the profile;
3. lifting the workpiece to a feeding trolley, starting the feeding trolley by one key, and conveying the workpiece to a profile bending machine;
4. determining the position information of the profile workpiece, automatically adjusting the position of the workpiece, automatically adjusting the position of a stop block, and calling the pressure parameter of a process database to process the workpiece;
5. after the workpiece is machined, measuring the bending deformation of the workpiece through a data acquisition and inspection device;
6. when the deformation does not meet the requirement, carrying out secondary processing until the workpiece is qualified in processing;
7. after the processing is finished, the feeding trolley is started by one key, and the workpiece is transported out of the profile bending machine.

Claims (8)

1. A fully automatic profile bender, comprising the following components:
the profile bending host is used for forcing the profile to deform by extruding the profile side surface;
the plurality of feeding trolleys are used for moving the section bars in the feeding area to the position of the lifting feeding roller way;
the lifting feeding roller tables are used for supporting two ends of the profile when the profile is extruded and bent, driving the profile to move from a working area on a profile bending host to a feeding trolley or from the feeding trolley to the working area on the profile bending host, and simultaneously adjusting the position of the profile on the working area;
a length measuring device for measuring the length of the profile;
the data acquisition and inspection device is used for acquiring the deformation of the profile before and after each bending deformation of the profile;
the control device is used for controlling the profile bending host and the lifting feeding roller way to bend the profile according to the length and the deformation of the profile;
the device comprises a working area, a length measuring device, a data acquisition and inspection device, a control device, a lifting feeding roller way, a lifting main machine, a control device and a length measuring device, wherein the lifting feeding roller way is arranged on two sides of the working area on the profile bending main machine, the lifting trolley and the lifting feeding roller way are sequentially arranged at intervals along the outward direction of the two sides of the working area, the length measuring device is arranged on the lifting feeding roller way, the data acquisition and inspection device is parallel to the moving direction of the profile on the lifting feeding roller way and is adaptive to the height of the working area, the data acquisition and inspection device and the length measuring device are connected with the control device, and the control device is respectively electrically connected with the profile bending main machine, the feeding trolley and the lifting feeding roller way;
the profile bending host comprises a host bracket, an active briquetting mechanism, a stop block moving device, a main frame and a hydraulic system;
the host bracket comprises a bottom mounting frame and a stress guide frame, wherein the bottom mounting frame and the stress guide frame are connected into a T-shaped structure, the stress guide frame is mounted on one end upper portion of the bottom mounting frame, the driving briquetting mechanism is mounted on the other end upper portion of the bottom mounting frame and connected with the hydraulic system, and the stop block moving device is mounted on two sides of the stress guide frame and is movably connected with the stress guide frame.

The fully automatic profile bender according to claim 1, wherein: the driving briquetting mechanism comprises a briquetting, a spherical pad, a clamping ring, a guide plate, a main oil cylinder and an oil cylinder frame, wherein the main oil cylinder is arranged in the oil cylinder frame and connected with a hydraulic system, an extending rod of the main oil cylinder is connected with one side of the clamping ring, the other side of the clamping ring is provided with an arc groove, the arc surface of one side of the spherical pad is matched with the arc groove, the other side of the spherical pad is fixedly connected with the briquetting, the periphery of the clamping ring is connected with the briquetting through a screw, a guide sliding block is arranged at the lower end of the briquetting, and the guide plate is arranged above the middle part of the bottom installation frame and is in sliding connection with the guide plate.

The fully automatic profile bender according to claim 1, wherein: the lifting feeding roller way comprises a lifting chassis, a lifting oil cylinder, a shearing fork support, a follow-up support, feeding rollers and a feeding motor reducer, wherein the lifting chassis and the follow-up support are connected through the shearing fork support, a plurality of feeding rollers are parallelly arranged above the follow-up support, the lifting oil cylinder is further arranged between the lifting chassis and the follow-up support, the feeding motor reducer is arranged on the follow-up support, and the feeding motor reducer drives all the feeding rollers to roll.
