Detailed Description
The embodiment of the application provides a traffic monitoring alarm method, a traffic monitoring alarm device, a terminal device and a storage medium, which are used for realizing real-time monitoring of traffic conditions and sending out alarm messages in time, greatly improving traffic monitoring efficiency and ensuring the timeliness of alarming.
In order to make the purpose, features and advantages of the present application more obvious and understandable, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the embodiments described below are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a traffic monitoring and warning method, including:
s101, receiving GPS data sent by a GPS device in a vehicle, and counting the number of first vehicles in a preset electronic fence according to the received GPS data;
the execution main body in the embodiment of the present application may be a terminal device or a server, and preferably, the execution main body in the embodiment of the present application is a server, such as a cloud server platform.
In the embodiment of the application, the corresponding GPS devices are installed on the vehicles and are in communication connection with the server so as to send the current GPS data of the vehicles to the server in real time, so that the server can judge the current state of the vehicles according to the received GPS data of the vehicles, for example, the current position information of the vehicles is determined, and then the number of the vehicles in the preset electronic fence can be counted according to the current position information of the vehicles.
Further, in this embodiment of the application, before receiving GPS data sent by a GPS device in a vehicle and counting the first number of vehicles in the preset electronic fence according to the received GPS data, the method may include:
the method comprises the steps of collecting historical GPS data of each vehicle, carrying out big data analysis on the historical GPS data to determine a traffic road section with preset accident occurrence times larger than a preset time threshold value, and setting an electronic fence for the traffic road section to serve as the preset electronic fence.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, big data analysis can be performed on historical GPS data sent by the GPS device of each vehicle, so as to determine a traffic section where a preset accident often occurs, such as a traffic section where a traffic jam accident often occurs, or a traffic section where other similar accidents such as illegal vehicle aggregation often occur, and set a corresponding electronic fence for the traffic sections, so as to define a detection area through the electronic fence, so as to achieve the purpose of simple, efficient, convenient, and fast detection, and at the same time, the electronic fence can be flexibly adjusted according to specific road conditions in the detection process, so as to adjust the detection area, thereby reasonably setting the detection area, reducing the resource consumption of unnecessary area detection, and achieving the high efficiency and rationalization of resource utilization.
Step S102, judging whether the first vehicle quantity is larger than a first preset quantity threshold value or not;
here, the first preset number threshold refers to a maximum number of vehicles that the vehicles in the preset electronic fence can have to guarantee normal and smooth passage, or a minimum number of vehicles in the preset electronic fence that the vehicles are illegally gathered, where the first preset number threshold may be set according to a specific condition of the preset electronic fence, such as the size of the preset electronic fence, and an alarm accident that needs to be detected in the preset electronic fence.
In the embodiment of the application, after obtaining first vehicle quantity in the preset electronic fence, can compare the first vehicle quantity obtained with first preset quantity threshold value, in order to determine whether there is a preset accident in the preset electronic fence, if so, the traffic jam condition appears, or the vehicle illegal gathering condition appears.
Step S103, if the first vehicle quantity is larger than the first preset quantity threshold value, acquiring the duration time that the first vehicle quantity is larger than the first preset quantity threshold value;
it should be noted that, when a traffic light condition occurs in a certain traffic road segment, it is likely that the number of first vehicles in the preset electronic fence reaches or exceeds the first number threshold, and thus the first vehicles are highly likely to be mistakenly considered as traffic jams or illegal vehicle aggregation, so in order to avoid causing misjudgment, in this embodiment of the application, after it is determined that the number of the first vehicles is greater than the first preset number threshold, the duration that the number of the first vehicles is greater than the first preset number threshold may be further obtained, so as to further judge the vehicle condition in the preset electronic fence according to the duration.
Step S104, judging whether the duration is longer than a first preset duration or not;
it is understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the first preset time period may be determined when setting a specific preset electronic fence, for example, the first preset time period is set according to the time period of the traffic lights in or near the preset electronic fence, for example, the first preset time period is set to be greater than the time period value of the red light with the longest time period in or near the preset electronic fence, or the first preset time period is set to be greater than or equal to the time period value of the sum of the time periods of all the red lights in or near the preset electronic fence. Therefore, after the duration time that the number of the first vehicles in the preset electronic fence is greater than the threshold value of the first preset number is obtained, whether the duration time is greater than a first preset time can be judged, and if the duration time is less than or equal to the first preset time, it can be considered that only the red light condition occurs in the preset electronic fence, and the conditions of traffic jam needing alarming or illegal vehicle gathering and the like do not occur; if the duration is greater than the first preset duration, the following step S105 is executed.
And step S105, if the duration is longer than the first preset duration, sending an alarm message.
In the embodiment of the application, when detecting first vehicle quantity in the preset electronic fence is greater than first preset quantity threshold value, and is greater than the duration of first preset quantity threshold value exceeds the first preset duration of setting, then can directly think other similar accidents such as traffic jam or illegal gathering of vehicles appear in the preset electronic fence, and need carry out corresponding warning, remind relevant personnel to dredge or handle, and need inform the condition of this traffic road section of relevant user, so that make things convenient for the user to plan other trip routes in time, thereby avoid causing inconvenience for user's trip.
For convenience of understanding, according to the embodiment described in fig. 1, a traffic monitoring alarm method in the embodiment of the present application is described in the following practical application scenario:
referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating that a traffic monitoring alarm method performs illegal vehicle aggregation alarm in the embodiment of the present application, and in this scenario, the traffic monitoring alarm method includes step S201, step S202, step S203, step S204, step S205, and step S206.
Step S203, determining whether the first vehicle quantity is greater than a first preset quantity threshold value is similar to step S102; step S204, if the first vehicle quantity is larger than the first preset quantity threshold value, obtaining the duration time that the first vehicle quantity is larger than the first preset quantity threshold value, wherein the duration time is similar to the step S103; step S205, judging whether the duration is greater than a first preset duration or not, wherein the duration is similar to the step S104; step S206, if the duration is longer than the first preset duration, sending an alarm message is similar to step S105, and for simplicity, the details are not repeated here.
It should be noted that, since the illegal aggregation of vehicles mainly occurs between the same vehicle types, such as between taxis, or between buses, etc., when the traffic monitoring alarm method is applied to the alarm of illegal aggregation of vehicles, the first preset number threshold in step S204 may be the maximum number of vehicles allowed to exist in the preset electronic fence, such as 30 taxis allowed to exist in the preset electronic fence, or 40 buses allowed to exist in the preset electronic fence, etc.
Step S201, receiving GPS data sent by a GPS device in a vehicle, wherein the GPS data comprises vehicle type identification information and geographical position information of the vehicle;
step S202, counting the number of first vehicles of the same type in the preset electronic fence according to the received vehicle type identification information and the geographic position information of the vehicles.
With respect to the above step S201 and step S202, it can be understood that in the embodiment of the present application, when the corresponding GPS device is installed on the vehicle, the vehicle type identification information corresponding to the installed vehicle may be set in the GPS device, for example, the vehicle type identification information T corresponding to the taxi may be set in the GPS device installed on the taxi, the vehicle type identification information B corresponding to the bus may be set in the GPS device installed on the bus, and so on, so when the GPS device sends the GPS data of the vehicle to the server, the GPS data may include the vehicle type identification information of the vehicle, and the GPS data may also include the current geographic location information of the vehicle, so that the server may count the number of vehicles of each vehicle type in the preset electronic fence according to the current geographic location information of each vehicle and the vehicle type identification information of each vehicle, and further obtain the number of vehicles of the same vehicle type in the preset electronic fence, obtaining the number of the taxis in the preset electronic fence, or obtaining the number of the buses in the preset electronic fence, and the like.
Here, after obtaining the number of vehicles of the same type in the preset electronic fence, the server may determine whether the number of vehicles of the same type in the preset electronic fence is greater than a preset number threshold, e.g., determine whether the number of vehicles of taxis in the preset electronic fence is greater than 30, if the number of vehicles of taxis in the preset electronic fence is greater than 30, further determine whether the duration of the number of vehicles of taxis is greater than 30 and is greater than a preset duration, e.g., whether the duration of the number of vehicles of taxis is greater than 30 and is greater than 5 minutes, if the duration of the number of vehicles of taxis is greater than 30 and is greater than 5 minutes, may determine that an illegal aggregation behavior of vehicles exists in the preset electronic fence, and may timely send an alarm message that an illegal aggregation behavior of vehicles occurs in an area corresponding to the preset electronic fence to a relevant government department, and meanwhile, the server can also send an early warning message of the illegal vehicle gathering condition in the area corresponding to the preset electronic fence to other related users, for example, the server sends an early warning message to the vehicle going through the area, so that the users on the vehicle can know the illegal vehicle gathering condition in advance, other driving routes can be planned in time, and inconvenience is avoided for people to go out.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, in order to facilitate management of the alarm message, in the embodiment of the present application, after the alarm message is sent, the method further includes:
step S301, storing the alarm message and the preset electronic fence in a specified alarm list in an associated manner;
step S302, when a request for inquiring the alarm message is received, acquiring an inquiry position corresponding to the request;
step S303, inquiring the alarm information required by the request from the alarm list according to the inquiry position, and feeding back the alarm information required by the request to a requesting party.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, if it is determined that there is a traffic jam or an illegal vehicle aggregation in the preset electronic fence, and other similar situations need to alarm, the server may store the generated alarm message and the preset electronic fence in association with each other to an assigned alarm list, and may select to classify and arrange the alarm messages in the alarm list according to time, location, or alarm type, so as to facilitate query. When the server receives a request for inquiring the alarm message, the server can firstly acquire an inquired position to be inquired by the request, then search the alarm message generated in the inquired position from the alarm list according to the inquired position, and feed the inquired alarm message back to the requesting party, so that a user can conveniently inquire and know the existence conditions of other similar behaviors such as traffic jam or illegal vehicle aggregation in a specific area and/or specific time.
Further, after the alarm message is sent out, the method may further include: detecting a second number of vehicles in the preset electronic fence; and when the second vehicle quantity is smaller than a second preset quantity threshold value, and the duration of the second vehicle quantity smaller than the second preset quantity threshold value is longer than a second preset duration, cancelling the alarm message.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, after it is determined that there are other similar situations such as traffic congestion or illegal vehicle aggregation in the preset electronic fence for alarming, the number of vehicles in the preset electronic fence or the number of vehicles of the same vehicle type may be detected in real time to determine whether the alarm situation in the preset electronic fence is processed or disappears, specifically, when the number of vehicles in the preset electronic fence is smaller than the second preset number threshold, that is, when the number of vehicles in the preset electronic fence is recovered to the normal number, it may be considered that other similar situations such as traffic congestion or illegal vehicle aggregation in the preset electronic fence have been processed, that is, there are no other similar situations such as traffic congestion or illegal vehicle aggregation in the preset electronic fence at this time, and therefore, the alarm message for the preset electronic fence has failed, at this time, the alarm message for the preset electronic fence may be cancelled, for example, the alarm message may be cancelled by sending a notification of cancellation of the alarm message, so as to cancel the alarm for the preset electronic fence.
In the embodiment of the application, the vehicle quantity in the preset electronic fence is counted by acquiring the GPS data sent by the GPS device in the vehicle, the vehicle quantity exceeds the preset quantity threshold value, the duration of the vehicle quantity exceeding the preset quantity threshold value is greater than the preset duration, the condition of traffic jam or illegal vehicle aggregation is considered to exist, and a corresponding alarm message is sent out in time, so that people can know the condition early and corresponding processing is carried out in time.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
The above mainly describes a traffic monitoring and alarming method, and a traffic monitoring and alarming device will be described in detail below.
