Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的电磁阀。此外,本发明涉及一种具有根据本发明的电磁阀的燃料喷射器。
背景技术
根据权利要求1前序部分的电磁阀由本申请人的DE 10 2011 078 346A1已知。已知的电磁阀用于在燃料喷射器中控制液体流。通过液体流的控制可以影响燃料喷射器的喷嘴针的打开和关闭运动,并且因此影响喷射到内燃机的燃烧室中的燃料量。为此,电磁阀具有电磁体,所述电磁体具有与该电磁体共同作用的电磁衔铁。所述电磁衔铁在其纵轴线上具有贯通孔,衔铁栓伸入到所述贯通孔中。电磁衔铁在衔铁栓上可沿纵向方向移动并且借助压力弹簧抵抗在电磁体通电时作用的磁力被电磁体朝阀座的方向力加载。
在这种电磁阀或燃料喷射器中存在的(***)压力通常大于1500bar、尤其大于2000bar。为了电磁衔铁在衔铁栓上的轴向可运动性,要求在电磁衔铁和衔铁栓之间存在小的(径向的)导向间隙。该导向间隙不但与压力有关并且与温度有关。在压力或温度升高时出现电磁衔铁中的贯通孔和衔铁栓之间的径向导向缝隙的增大。该导向缝隙的增大或扩宽,一方面由沿径向方向作用到衔铁栓的压应力导致,另一方面由同样沿径向方向作用到电磁衔铁中的贯通孔上的压应力导致。附加地,材料的膨胀效应在温度升高时也起作用。在衔铁栓和电磁阀中的贯通孔之间增加的径向导向缝隙导致朝电磁阀低压区域方向的泄漏量增大,***压力越高,则所述泄漏量越大。因为泄漏量增大等同于具有更大的损耗率,该损耗率在燃料喷射器中必须被燃料输送泵补偿,所以使泄露损失最小化是值得追求的。
发明内容
具有权利要求1特征的电磁阀有以下优点:所述电磁阀在电磁衔铁和衔铁栓之间导向部的区域中的泄漏量与存在的压力和/或温度无关地在高的***压力下也始终较少。
本发明所基于的想法在于,相对于现有技术这样地更改电磁衔铁的结构,使得电磁衔铁在其用于衔铁栓的孔的区域中至少区域地被具有更大弹性模量和/或更小热膨胀系数的材料径向地、即以套筒的方式包围。换言之,这意味着,电磁衔铁在用于衔铁栓的导向的区域中由两种不同的材料构成,所述材料相对彼此同心地布置。这引起,在压力升高或通常伴随着压力升高的温度升高时,处于衔铁栓和电磁衔铁导向孔的相应区段之间的泄露缝隙或者说导向缝隙的扩宽与现有技术中没有套筒的情况相比减小,因为电磁衔铁的导向孔阻碍径向膨胀趋势或者减小该膨胀。
在从属权利要求中列举根据本发明的电磁阀的有利扩展方案。
非常特别优选地,电磁衔铁至少在其构成用于衔铁栓导向部的套筒形区段中由钢构成,并且,在套筒形区段中径向包围电磁衔铁的套筒由硬金属构成。硬金属尤其具有以下优点:该硬金属无磁性作用并且因此不影响电磁衔铁的磁回路。此外,使用硬金属使得能够使套筒与电磁衔铁不但能通过收缩过程而且例如也能通过焊接过程连接。因此,在电磁衔铁可能的制造或者套筒和电磁衔铁之间的连接时能够实现更大的构型可能性。
如已经阐述的那样,电磁衔铁和套筒之间的连接尤其能够或者通过挤压或收缩连接或者通过焊接连接实现。然而替代地,也可以考虑,电磁衔铁与套筒一起构造为金属注塑成型(MIM,Metal Injection Moulding)构件。在这种构造方式中取消在电磁衔铁和套筒之间进行连接的制造步骤。
套筒对电磁衔铁的呈在压力升高时导向间隙减小形式的作用可以通过电磁衔铁在套筒区域中的壁厚和套筒壁厚之间相应的几何尺寸设计(在考虑用于套筒和电磁衔铁的材料的情况下)来影响。在常见的尺寸设计及材料(尤其硬金属用于套筒)的情况下已经证明有利是,套筒形区段的壁厚和套筒的壁厚至少近似地相等。
尤其在将套筒轴向地接合到电磁衔铁的套筒形区段上时,为了确保或简单地保证套筒的轴向实际位置而有利的是,套筒轴向地贴靠在电磁衔铁的阶梯部上。
