Abstract

本发明提供一种热固化型导电性膏组合物,即使相对地减少银粉末的使用量,也能够在实现优异的导电性、耐热性以及耐湿性的同时,实现良好的保存稳定性,并且在应用到太阳能电池时能够实现良好的可靠性。在热固化型导电性膏组合物中,作为(A)导电性粉末,使用(A-1)银包覆金属粉末以及(A-2)铜或其合金的粉末中的至少一者,(B)热固化性成分包含(B-1)环氧树脂以及(B-2)嵌段化聚异氰酸酯化合物中的至少一者。并且,在将(A)成分和(B)成分的合计量作为100质量份时,以0.01质量份以上且1.8质量份以下的比例含有在α位导入有碳原子数为8~24的烷基或烯基后的琥珀酸或其衍生物即(D)烷基或烯基琥珀酸系化合物。
