已知的是,能以气动方式形成无纺布。其中,将纤维从分梳罗拉抛出并吸附在筛分带(Siebband)或至少一个筛分罗拉(Siebwalze)上,并在所述筛分带或筛分罗拉上由这些纤维形成无纺布。此类无纺布相较于通过道夫(Doffer)形成的无纺布而言均匀性较差,对于通过道夫形成的无纺布来说要通过鼓状物(Tambour)将纤维引导至道夫并且当所述鼓状物在道夫上循环多次时形成无纺布。
在道夫上形成的无纺布主要在机器的运转方向上取向,也就是说,纤维主要平行于无纺布的运转方向。而对于以气动方式形成的无纺布而言,其取向在整个三维空间中是散乱的。
本发明的任务在于,形成一种均匀的、取向散乱的无纺布。
根据本发明,以如下方式完成该任务,也就是将借助道夫形成的无纺布从分离罗拉(Abzugswalze)吹脱,将所形成的无纺布破坏并且在筛分带或滚筒上形成新的无纺布。
本发明将根据附图1说明。
将纤维在分解设备中借助于带有附加件(garniert)的罗拉(鼓状物)尽可能分解成单独的纤维。所述附加件由具有攻击性定向的锯齿线形成。
这些纤维借助于鼓状物的多次循环而被送至旋转较慢的道夫2,并且在攻击性的附加件上形成无纺布。无纺布还可通过挤压罗拉(Stauchwalze)进一步压缩。
随后,通过最后的传送罗拉(Ablieferwalze)3将无纺布从道夫或挤压罗拉上去除,其中所述传送罗拉具有至少一个中性的附加件。借助于空气刀(Luftmesser)4,将空气吹到去除罗拉(Abnehmerwalze)的附加件上并由此破坏无纺布,并将其从分离罗拉吹脱。这能够通过空气挡板5来协助,其中所述空气挡板5在去除点处与分离罗拉相对地设置。无纺布由此被重新分解为单独的纤维或纤维团。随后,纤维被空气流夹带并吸附到筛分带8上。吸气通过位于筛分带下方的吸附箱中的负压装置7产生。
由此,可在筛分带上产生均匀的、取向散乱的无纺布6。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于以气动方式形成无纺布的方法,其特征在于,无纺布通过道夫(2)形成;通过分离罗拉(3)提取;被重新破坏;以及,通过吸附装置形成新的无纺布。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在分解区域中,与所述分离罗拉(3)相对地设置空气挡板(5)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述无纺布通过空气流(P)破坏。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述空气流(P)通过空气刀(4)形成。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述无纺布通过以下罗拉破坏,所述罗拉与所述分离罗拉(3)轴平行地安装并且以比所述分离罗拉(3)更高的旋转速度驱动。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在道夫(2)和分离罗拉(3)之间,挤压罗拉或传输罗拉传送无纺布。
7.一种用于以气动方式形成无纺布的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
-道夫(2),其用于形成无纺布,
-分离罗拉(3),其用于从所述道夫(2)提取无纺布,
-用于破坏无纺布的装置,以及
-吸附装置(8),其用于由被破坏的无纺布的纤维形成新的无纺布。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其中在分解区域中,与所述分离罗拉(3)相对地设置空气挡板(5)。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的装置,包括用于生成空气流(P)的装置,以便将无纺布从所述分离罗拉(3)吹脱并且破坏。
