本发明公开了一种防晒帐篷布料的涂层工艺,包括以下工艺步骤,将基布放入到含有浆料中浸泡,浆料的组分为:防老剂、防黄剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、粘合剂、树脂;将基布放入烘干箱内烘干,在基布的一侧涂覆粘结胶,制备的防晒层,快速的覆盖在涂覆粘结胶上,并将防晒层与基布压紧;低温冷却,粘结胶快速凝固,基布的另一侧涂覆粘结胶,将PVC涂层粘附在P7的粘结胶上,冷却后得到帐篷布料。本发明公开了一种防晒帐篷布料的涂层工艺,制备的帐篷布料防晒效果好,防晒涂层与帐篷基布的粘结牢固,防晒涂层不易脱落;且防老化效果好,有效隔离紫外线。

一种防晒帐篷布料的涂层工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及帐篷布料的处理工艺,具体为一种防晒帐篷布料的涂层工艺。
背景技术
帐篷是户外活动常用的设备,帐篷,是撑在地上遮蔽风雨﹑日光并供临时居住的棚子。多用帆布做成,连同支撑用的东西,可随时拆下转移。帐篷是以部件的方式携带,到达现场后才加以组装,所以,需要各种部件和工具。了解各个部件的名称和使用方法,熟悉帐篷的构造,才能快速、方便地搭起帐篷。
现有技术中的帐篷布料存在的主要问题为:1、现有的帐篷的防晒效果较差,使用时,容易发黄,难以有效的隔离紫外线;2、由于帐篷在使用时,需要折叠、展开;及其损伤帐篷布料的防晒涂层,帐篷布料使用一定时间后,韧性差,防晒涂层容易脱落;3、现有的帐篷布料的生产工艺繁琐。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种防晒帐篷布料的涂层工艺,制备的帐篷布料防晒效果好,防晒涂层与帐篷基布的粘结牢固,防晒涂层不易脱落;且防老化效果好,有效隔离紫外线。
为了达到以上目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防晒帐篷布料的涂层工艺,包括以下工艺步骤,
P1:基布浸泡,将基布放入到含有浆料中浸泡,浸泡时间为30-120min,浆料的组分为:防老剂、防黄剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、粘合剂、树脂;
P2:基布烘干,将基布放入40-80摄氏度的烘干箱内烘干,烘干时间为20-60min ;
P3: 防晒层的制备,
P4:涂覆粘结胶,在基布的一侧涂覆粘结胶,对基布进行打底处理;粘结胶进行加热处理,加热温度为120-200摄氏度,使得粘结胶为熔融状,然后均匀的涂覆在基布的一侧;
P5:将P3过程中制备的防晒层,快速的覆盖在涂覆粘结胶上,并将防晒层与基布压紧;
P6:压紧后的基布,低温冷却,粘结胶快速凝固,在冷却室内冷却的同时,采用压紧辊进一步的压紧;
P7:基布的另一侧涂覆粘结胶,对基布进行打底处理,粘结胶进行加热处理,加热温度为80-120摄氏度,使得粘结胶为熔融状,然后均匀的涂覆在基布的另一侧;
P8:将PVC涂层粘附在P7的粘结胶上,冷却后得到帐篷布料。
进一步的,防晒层的组分为:聚氨酯、填料、成膜剂、消泡剂、紫外线吸收剂、钛白粉、水。
进一步的,防晒层的各组分的质量份数为:聚氨酯20-40份、填料10-25份、成膜剂5-10份、消泡剂2-5份、紫外线吸收剂3-10份、钛白粉0.5-5份、水15-25份。
进一步的,填料采用凹凸棒石粘土、碳酸钙的其中一种。
进一步的,紫外线吸收剂为苯并三氮唑、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮和单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯的其中一种或多种。
进一步的,所述防晒层的制备方法为:防晒层的组分案子质量份数比例混合,混合过程中搅拌,超声过程,搅拌完成后挤压成膜,形成防晒层。
本发明具有如下优点:
本发明防晒帐篷布料的涂层工艺,使得帐篷布具有良好的防晒效果,采用正反两面分别涂覆防晒层和PVC层,实现良好的防晒效果,且帐篷不易发黄,良好的隔离紫外线;防晒涂层与帐篷基布的粘结稳固,防晒涂层不易脱落。同时工艺操作简单,实现良好的工业化生产制造的帐篷布料韧性好,防晒性能高。

P1:基布浸泡,将基布放入到含有浆料中浸泡,浸泡时间为30-120min,浆料的组分为:防老剂、防黄剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、粘合剂、树脂;
P2:基布烘干,将基布放入40-80摄氏度的烘干箱内烘干,烘干时间为20-60min ;
P3: 防晒层的制备,防晒层的制备方法为:防晒层的组分案子质量份数比例混合,混合过程中搅拌,超声过程,搅拌完成后挤压成膜,形成防晒层;
P4:涂覆粘结胶,在基布的一侧涂覆粘结胶,对基布进行打底处理;粘结胶进行加热处理,加热温度为120-200摄氏度,使得粘结胶为熔融状,然后均匀的涂覆在基布的一侧;
P5:将P3过程中制备的防晒层,快速的覆盖在涂覆粘结胶上,并将防晒层与基布压紧;
P6:压紧后的基布,低温冷却,粘结胶快速凝固,在冷却室内冷却的同时,采用压紧辊进一步的压紧;

在本实施例中,紫外线吸收剂为2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮和单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯,其质量份数比例为3:2。

在本实施例中,防晒层的各组分的质量份数为:聚氨酯30份、填料15份、成膜剂8份、消泡剂3份、紫外线吸收剂6份、钛白粉2份、水18份。
在本实施例中,填料采用凹凸棒石粘土。
在本实施例中,紫外线吸收剂为苯并三氮唑、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮和单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯,其质量份数比例为1:1:1。

P1:基布浸泡,将基布放入到含有浆料中浸泡,浸泡时间为30-120min,浆料的组分为:防老剂、防黄剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、粘合剂、树脂;
P2:基布烘干,将基布放入40-80摄氏度的烘干箱内烘干,烘干时间为20-60min ;
P3: 防晒层的制备,
P4:涂覆粘结胶,在基布的一侧涂覆粘结胶,对基布进行打底处理;粘结胶进行加热处理,加热温度为120-200摄氏度,使得粘结胶为熔融状,然后均匀的涂覆在基布的一侧;
P5:将P3过程中制备的防晒层,快速的覆盖在涂覆粘结胶上,并将防晒层与基布压紧;
P6:压紧后的基布,低温冷却,粘结胶快速凝固,在冷却室内冷却的同时,采用压紧辊进一步的压紧;
P7:基布的另一侧涂覆粘结胶,对基布进行打底处理,粘结胶进行加热处理,加热温度为80-120摄氏度,使得粘结胶为熔融状,然后均匀的涂覆在基布的另一侧;
P8:将PVC涂层粘附在P7的粘结胶上,冷却后得到帐篷布料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防晒帐篷布料的涂层工艺,其特征在于:防晒层的组分为:聚氨酯、填料、成膜剂、消泡剂、紫外线吸收剂、钛白粉、水。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种防晒帐篷布料的涂层工艺,其特征在于:防晒层的各组分的质量份数为:聚氨酯20-40份、填料10-25份、成膜剂5-10份、消泡剂2-5份、紫外线吸收剂3-10份、钛白粉0.5-5份、水15-25份。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的一种防晒帐篷布料的涂层工艺,其特征在于:填料采用凹凸棒石粘土、碳酸钙的其中一种。
5.如权利要求2或3所述的一种防晒帐篷布料的涂层工艺,其特征在于:紫外线吸收剂为苯并三氮唑、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮和单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯的其中一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防晒帐篷布料的涂层工艺,其特征在于:所述防晒层的制备方法为:防晒层的组分案子质量份数比例混合,混合过程中搅拌,超声过程,搅拌完成后挤压成膜,形成防晒层。
