本发明提供了一种多功能去污膏,包含主要成分及质量份数如下:表面活性剂16‑80份;碱性助剂1‑30份,增稠剂1‑3份,螯合剂0.01‑5份,防腐剂0.01‑0.1份,去离子水余量。本发明提供的多功能去污膏,轻松擦拭,快速去渍,可用于衣物污渍去除,也可用于清洁陶瓷、地板、不锈钢等家居用品。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗产品,具体涉及一种多功能去污膏及制备方法。
背景技术
市场上去污膏种类很多,一般都为专用的去污膏。如不锈钢去污膏主要用于不锈钢制品的清洗,衣物去污膏主要用于衣物领口、袖口等污渍的去除。皮革去污膏主要用于皮革的清洁护理。
本发明的多功能去污膏,不仅可以轻松去除衣物污垢,也可适用于家居用品的清洁。烤箱,不锈钢,瓷砖,厨具等都能使用。相比市场上其他产品,本发明的另一个特点是不含溶剂,性能温和,不伤衣物和手,不刺激皮肤。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有去污膏用途单一,含溶剂伤手的问题,提供一种多功能去污膏及制备方法,所述多功能去污膏能够用于多种用途,多种场合。衣物、厨具、皮革、不锈钢等场合均可使用。轻松去污,不含溶剂,多效合一。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:

优选地,所述表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰基丙基二甲基氧化胺、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、椰油脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和十二烷基硫酸钠中的至少一种。
优选地,所述碱性助剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钙、硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠中的至少一种。
优选地,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素中的至少一种。
优选地,所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸钠盐、氮川三乙酸、氮川三乙酸钠盐、羟基乙基乙二胺三乙酸中的至少一种。
优选地,所述防腐剂为2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3酮(MIT)、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、DMDMH(1,3-二羟甲基-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲)、碘代丙炔基丁基甲氨酸酯、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯中的至少一种。
优选地,还含有芳香剂、色素和去离子水。
优选地,所述芳香剂为香精或香料。
优选地,表面活性剂为40-45质量份烷基苯磺酸钠和椰油脂肪酸甲酯,碱性助剂为15-16质量份三聚磷酸钠。通过反复试验论证,尽管原理不是很清楚,但是意外地发现,当表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠和椰油脂肪酸甲酯,且质量份在40-45特定范围,碱性助剂为特定质量份即15-16的三聚磷酸钠时,产生了意想不到的协同作用,去污效果明显优于其它成分、配比的组合。
具体实施方式
为了更好地说明本发明,下面结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本申请所述多功能去污膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1.在清洁的反应釜中,依次加入计量好的去离子水、螯合剂,开启搅拌电机,调整速度在200r/min左右,搅拌10分钟
2.溶解完全后再加入计量好的表面活性剂,继续搅拌30分钟使之溶解。
3.依次加入碱性助剂,继续搅拌30分钟使之溶解。
4.加入增稠剂,开启搅拌电机,调整速度在150r/min左右,搅拌10分钟使之溶解。
5.加入防腐剂,色素,芳香剂,开启搅拌电机,调整速度在100r/min左右,搅拌10分钟使之溶解。
实施例1-5的产品均采用上述方法制备。

根据实施例1-5制备的多功能去污膏,与市售去污膏进行去污对比,市售产品1为某厂家衣服高效去污膏,市售产品2为某厂家全能去污膏。

由表2可知,本发明的使用效果优于市售产品1和2。同时可以清楚地看到,采用特定表面活性剂组合即烷基苯磺酸钠和椰油脂肪酸甲酯,且质量份在40-45特定范围时,碱性助剂为15-16质量份的三聚磷酸钠时,产生了意想不到的效果,去污效果明显优于实施例1-3的产品,去污能力高出约50%以上。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明披露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应该涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

所述表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠和椰油脂肪酸甲酯的组合,所述碱性助剂为三聚磷酸钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能去污膏,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能去污膏,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸钠盐、氮川三乙酸、氮川三乙酸钠盐、羟基乙基乙二胺三乙酸中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能去污膏,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3酮(MIT)、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、DMDMH(1,3-二羟甲基-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲)、碘代丙炔基丁基甲氨酸酯、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多功能去污膏,其特征在于,还含有芳香剂,色素,去离子水。
