Background
The automobile rearview mirrors are positioned on the left side and the right side of the head of the automobile and in front of the inside of the automobile. The automobile rearview mirror reflects the conditions of the rear, the side and the lower part of the automobile, so that a driver can indirectly see the conditions of the positions, the automobile rearview mirror plays the role of a second eye and enlarges the visual field range of the driver; the existing rearview mirrors on the left and right sides of an automobile often have the phenomenon that rain and fog are adsorbed on the mirror surfaces of the rearview mirrors in rain and fog weather, so that a driver can not clearly observe the driving condition of a rear vehicle during lane changing and steering, the steering operation of the driver is influenced, and even rear-end collision is caused; for such situations, a driver needs to manually clean the rear view mirror to normally use the rear view mirror; such an operation can clean up rain and fog on the rearview mirror, but requires manual operation after the driver stops, which is not favorable for the driving experience of the driver; in the conventional mode for solving the problems, the mirror surface of the rearview mirror cannot absorb rain mist by an electric heating method, so that the rain mist can be prevented from being formed, but the rain water still can impact the rearview mirror to form water drops in the high-speed driving process of the automobile, so that the observation sight of a driver is shielded; in addition, in the existing rearview mirror device, the mirror surface part is usually a plane, so the visual range of a driver is small, the driver cannot observe the visual angle of the edge of an automobile tire, and when the automobile runs under special road conditions, the driver can continue running after the driver needs to get off to confirm the automobile condition; in summary, there are drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an automatic cleaning device for a rearview mirror of an automobile, which can adjust the shape of the mirror surface of the rearview mirror by using the wind resistance of the automobile during driving and clean the rain and fog on the mirror surface of the rearview mirror; the bent and deformed mirror surface of the rearview mirror can provide a larger visual field for a driver.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: the automatic cleaning automobile rearview mirror device comprises a shell, a ventilation module and a mirror module; the shell is a rearview mirror shell, an air inlet is formed in the cambered surface of the rear side of the shell, an opening is formed in the front side of the shell, and a guide plate bent downwards is arranged at the upper end of the opening; the ventilation module comprises an air inlet plate, the shape of the air inlet plate is consistent with that of the air inlet, and the air inlet plate is arranged at the position of the air inlet; a telescopic rod is arranged below the air inlet plate and driven by an electric telescopic device, the telescopic rod and the electric telescopic device are arranged inside the shell, and the electric telescopic device is powered by an automobile power supply; the mirror module comprises a deformable mirror, the deformable mirror is made of a flexible glass material, and a mirror coating material is arranged on the rear side surface of the deformable mirror; the bottom fixed mounting of deformation mirror surface is in the open-ended bottom, the upper end of deformation mirror surface is provided with the lifter, the inside extension spring that is provided with of lifter, the top of lifter with open-ended up end fixed connection.
Preferably, the front side of lifter is provided with the air-out board, air-out board fixed mounting be in on the side of lifter removal end, the air-out board sets up the top of warp mirror surface, the air-out board uses rubber materials preparation.
Preferably, a spray pipe is arranged in the shell, the water inlet end of the spray pipe is connected with a spray pipe of an automobile wiper system, a spray head is arranged on the lower edge of the guide plate, and the water outlet end of the spray pipe is connected with the spray head.
Preferably, a positioning hole is formed in the front side face of the shell, a camera device is arranged in the positioning hole, the camera device is connected with an automobile central control display through a wire, and the shooting direction of the camera device points to the rear of the automobile in the driving direction.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when rain and fog are adsorbed on the automobile rearview mirror, a driver manually starts the electric telescopic device, and the electric telescopic device drives the telescopic rod to contract so that the air inlet plate moves downwards; because the automobile can generate wind resistance in the running process, airflow enters the shell through the air inlet and directly acts on the rear side surface of the deformable mirror surface; the lower end of the deformable mirror surface is fixed, and the upper end of the deformable mirror surface is connected with the lifting rod, so that the upper end surface of the deformable mirror surface moves downwards after being stressed, the lifting rod is pulled to extend, and the deformable mirror surface is bent and deformed under the limiting action of the lifting rod; at the moment, because the upper end of the deformable mirror surface is in an open state, airflow entering the shell flows out through the upper end of the deformable mirror surface and flows on the front side surface of the deformable mirror surface under the action of the guide plate, so that rainwater on the front side surface of the deformable mirror surface is flushed by the airflow, and the effect of automatically cleaning the automobile rearview mirror is achieved; meanwhile, the deformable mirror surface is bent and deformed, so that the reflecting surface of the deformable mirror surface is a convex surface, the reflecting range of the deformable mirror surface is enlarged, and a driver can observe a wider visual field through the bent deformable mirror surface, so that the effect of assisting the driver in observing is achieved; after the driver needs normal rear-view mirror field of vision or rear-view mirror rainwater clearance to accomplish, driver's manual closing electric telescopic device makes the air inlet plate is closed, the deformation mirror surface is in take place to reset under the tensile force effect of extension spring and deform, can resume to be straight face mirror surface state.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, an air outlet plate 22 is arranged on the front side of the lifting rod 21, the air outlet plate 22 is fixedly mounted on the side surface of the movable end of the lifting rod 21, the air outlet plate 22 is arranged above the deformable mirror surface, and the air outlet plate 22 is made of rubber materials. When the automobile is in normal driving, the air outlet plate 22 can prevent dust and rainwater from entering the interior of the shell 1, damage mechanical equipment and guarantee the tightness of the shell 1, and the service life of the shell is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a spray pipe 4 is disposed inside the housing 1, a water inlet end of the spray pipe 4 is connected to a spray pipe of an automobile wiper system, a nozzle is disposed at a lower edge of the deflector 11, and a water outlet end of the spray pipe 4 is connected to the nozzle. When dust and impurities exist on the deformable mirror surface, a driver can spray glass water on the deformable mirror surface by starting a water spraying device of the wiper system and then scour the deformable mirror surface through airflow, so that the effect of cleaning the dust and impurities is achieved.
As shown in fig. 1, a positioning hole is formed in the front side surface of the housing 1, a camera device is arranged in the positioning hole, the camera device is connected with a central control display of an automobile through a wire, and the shooting direction of the camera device points to the rear of the automobile in running. Through camera device's shooting, can be in extreme weather or when the distortion mirror is the curved state, for the driver provides normal back vision picture, the driver can be through the supplementary vehicle condition of observing of accuse display in the car, has further improved the security of driving.
