本发明公开了一种防紫外线透气织物,包括由内而外依次设置的导湿排汗层、吸湿透气层和防紫外线层,所述导湿排汗层由聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成,所述聚酯纤维的截面呈锯齿状;所述吸湿透气层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例1:1排列,所述第一纬线为汉麻纤维,所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维;所述防紫外线层由抗紫外线纤维和腈纶混纺而成,所述防紫外线层上还设置有纳米氧化锌粒子和纳米二氧化钛粒子涂层。本发明的织物有利于人体汗液排出,同时具有优异的隔绝紫外线的性能。

一种防紫外线透气织物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物,具体涉及一种防紫外线透气织物,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对穿着的要求也越来越高,织物越来越讲究,除了环保、时尚、物美价廉,也要透气、舒适、多功能。常规的织物不具备防紫外线的功能,而紫外线在日光中约占6%,其中UV-A的比例较大,UV-B比例较小。UV-A会透过表皮组织下面,使肌肉失去弹性,皮肤粗糙,造成皱纹,UV-B则有致皮肤癌问题。另外,传统服装透气排汗性不强。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中存在的上述缺陷和不足,提供了一种防紫外线透气织物,该织物不仅质地柔软保暖,又有利于人体汗液排出,还具有隔绝紫外线的性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防紫外线透气织物,包括由内而外依次设置的导湿排汗层、吸湿透气层和防紫外线层,所述导湿排汗层由聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成,所述聚酯纤维的截面呈锯齿状;所述吸湿透气层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例1:1排列,所述第一纬线为汉麻纤维,所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维;所述防紫外线层由抗紫外线纤维和腈纶混纺而成,所述防紫外线层上还设置有纳米氧化锌粒子和纳米二氧化钛粒子涂层,所述导湿排汗层、吸湿透气层和防紫外线层通过纺丝线连接。
进一步,所述抗紫外线纤维由抗紫外线聚酯制成。
进一步,所述纳米氧化锌粒子和纳米二氧化钛粒子涂层的厚度为100-200μm。
进一步,所述聚酰胺纤维的截面也成锯齿状,所述锯齿状截面的至少一个齿与所述聚酯纤维的锯齿状截面上的至少一个齿相对设置。
进一步,所述第二纬线中苎麻纤维与丽赛纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为63%和37%,所述经线中天丝纤维与粘胶纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为30%和70%。
进一步,所述导湿排汗层的厚度为0.05mm-0.2mm,所述吸湿透气层的厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm,所述防紫外线层的厚度为0. 2mm-0.4mm。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明所达到的有益技术效果是:本发明的防紫外线透气织物采用多种吸湿透气织物纤维混纺编织,可以起到吸湿排汗的功能,同时把湿气从防水透气外层的微孔排出,其中汉麻纤维的使用,使得透气排汗性能增强,大量的汗水能够及时的吸收然后释放到空气中;本发明使用的聚酯纤维的截面呈锯齿状,这种结构使其具有较大的表面积,从而在形成的织物上产生较大的空隙,有利于汗液的进一步散发;本发明的防紫外线透气织物透气、舒适性好、具有良好的穿着舒适感和皮肤亲和性、导湿透气、手感柔软滑爽,同时抗紫外线纤维与纳米氧化锌粒子和纳米二氧化钛粒子涂层的使用,使得本发明的织物具有优异的抗紫外线功能。

实施例1
一种防紫外线透气织物,包括由内而外依次设置的导湿排汗层1、吸湿透气层2和防紫外线层3,所述导湿排汗层1由聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成,所述聚酯纤维的截面呈锯齿状;所述吸湿透气层2由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例1:1排列,所述第一纬线为汉麻纤维,所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,苎麻纤维与丽赛纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为63%和37%,所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维,天丝纤维与粘胶纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为30%和70%;所述防紫外线层3由抗紫外线纤维和腈纶混纺而成,所述防紫外线层3上还设置有纳米氧化锌粒子和纳米二氧化钛粒子涂层,厚度为100μm,所述导湿排汗层1、吸湿透气层2和防紫外线层3通过纺丝线连接。所述导湿排汗层1的厚度为0.05mm,所述吸湿透气层2的厚度为0.2mm,所述防紫外线层3的厚度为0.4mm。
在优选的实施例中,所述抗紫外线纤维由抗紫外线聚酯制成。
在优选的实施例中,所述聚酰胺纤维的截面也成锯齿状,所述锯齿状截面的至少一个齿与所述聚酯纤维的锯齿状截面上的至少一个齿相对设置。齿与齿的相对设置可以增大纤维之间的空隙,形成巨大的表面,能够快速吸湿排汗,保持皮肤干燥舒适。

1.一种防紫外线透气织物,其特征在于,包括由内而外依次设置的导湿排汗层(1)、吸湿透气层(2)和防紫外线层(3),所述导湿排汗层(1)由聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成,所述聚酯纤维的截面呈锯齿状;所述吸湿透气层(2)由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例1:1排列,所述第一纬线为汉麻纤维,所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维;所述防紫外线层(3)由抗紫外线纤维和腈纶混纺而成,所述防紫外线层(3)上还设置有纳米氧化锌粒子和纳米二氧化钛粒子涂层,所述导湿排汗层(1)、吸湿透气层(2)和防紫外线层(3)通过纺丝线连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿排汗防水织物,其特征在于:所述抗紫外线纤维由抗紫外线聚酯制成。
