技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,具体涉及一种透气防静电织物,属于纺织面料技术领域。
背景技术
服装主要由含棉、毛、丝、麻、涤纶化纤的纱线制成,人们在穿衣服活动时,衣服面料相互摩擦会产生静电。为了避免静电带来的危害,人们不断研究开发具有抗静电功能的面料。现有技术中,使服装具有抗静电功能的方法通常面料在进行后整理时加入抗静电剂,但是所得面料在多次洗涤后就会逐渐失去防静电效果。另外,传统服装透气排汗性不强。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中存在的上述缺陷和不足,提供了一种质地柔软、有利于人体汗液排出、透气性好的透气防静电织物。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种透气防静电织物,包括由上而下依次设置的防水层、透气层、导湿层、抗静电层,所述防水层为微孔聚氨酯膜;所述透气层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例1:1排列,所述第一纬线为汉麻纤维,所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维;所述导湿层由聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成,所述聚酯纤维的截面呈锯齿状;所述抗静电层由经纱和纬纱相互编织而成,经纱为棉纤维构成,纬纱为包覆有导电纤维的聚酯纤维构成;所述透气层、导湿层、抗静电层通过纺丝线连接,所述防水层、透气层通过PU胶粘接在一起。
作为优选,所述的经纱和纬纱的细度控制在30D以下。
作为优选,所述导电纤维是碳导电纤维、金属纤维、碳素复合纤维或腈纶铜络合纤维。
作为优选,所述导湿层中的聚酯纤维为中空管状。
作为优选,所述聚酰胺纤维的截面也成锯齿状,所述锯齿状截面的至少一个齿与所述聚酯纤维的锯齿状截面上的至少一个齿相对设置。
作为优选,所述聚氨酯膜为氟单体水性聚氨酯膜。
作为优选,所述微孔聚氨酯膜的微孔孔径为0.1-1.0微米。
作为优选,所述防水层的厚度为0.1mm-0.3mm,所述透气层的厚度为0.2mm-0.3mm,所述导湿层的厚度为0.1mm-0.2mm,所述抗静电层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明所达到的有益技术效果是:本发明的透气防静电织物采用多种吸湿透气面料纤维混纺编织,可以起到吸湿排汗的功能,同时把湿气从防水透气外层的微孔排出,其中汉麻纤维的使用,使得透气排汗性能增强,大量的汗水能够及时的吸收然后释放到空气中;本发明导湿层中使用的聚酯纤维的截面呈锯齿状,这种结构使其具有较大的表面积,从而在形成的织物上产生较大的空隙,有利于汗液的进一步散发;本发明的透气防静电织物透气、舒适性好、具有良好的穿着舒适感和皮肤亲和性、导湿透气、手感柔软滑爽,同时在织物中编织有导电纤维,使得本发明的织物具有优良的防静电性能,并且在多次洗涤后也不会失去防静电的效果。

本发明的透气防静电织物透气、舒适性好,同时具有良好的穿着舒适感和皮肤亲和性、导湿透气、手感柔软滑爽、弹性好、防静电的特点,并且在多次洗涤后也不会失去防静电效果。

1.一种透气防静电织物,其特征在于,包括由上而下依次设置的防水层、透气层、导湿层、抗静电层,所述防水层为微孔聚氨酯膜;所述透气层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例1:1排列,所述第一纬线为汉麻纤维,所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维;所述导湿层由聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维经混纺编织而成,所述聚酯纤维的截面呈锯齿状;所述抗静电层由经纱和纬纱相互编织而成,经纱为棉纤维构成,纬纱为包覆有导电纤维的聚酯纤维构成;所述透气层、导湿层、抗静电层通过纺丝线连接,所述防水层、透气层通过PU胶粘接在一起。
