Abstract

本发明提供一种用于青光眼阀滤过泡部位的引流装置。该引流装置由引流管和推注组件组成，推注组件由推注杆和穿刺针组成。推注杆设置于引流管的前部内侧，推注杆的前端设置有穿刺针。引流管的前端为用以与所述穿刺针衔接的斜行渐变过渡的斜面，引流管的后部放置于结膜囊或筋膜囊。引流管的前部近端管壁外侧设置有倒刺逆锁结构。本发明的优点在于利用该引流装置植入青光眼阀包裹泡的手术操作简单，不用打开青光眼阀包裹泡，对眼组织损伤小，对于由纤维化引起的包裹有效，又可引流房水起到眼表润滑作用，对于重度干眼患者有眼表治疗作用。

青光眼阀引流装置
技术领域
本发明涉及医药技术领域，具体涉及一种用于青光眼阀滤过泡部位的引流装置。
背景技术
青光眼是一种影响视网膜和视神经的眼部疾病，在世界范围内都是导致失明的主要原因之一。当眼压长时期增大到高于正常水平的压力时，导致青光眼。难治性青光眼治疗手术失败的主要原因是术区组织纤维化及癫痕形成，阻碍了房水的引流和扩散。目前，眼科医生控制难治性青光眼患者的眼压、特别是在治疗复杂青光眼时，经常采用青光眼引流装置，目前已有多种青光眼引流阀，其原理是借助植入前房的引流物建立房水引流和扩散的人工通路，将房水引流到结膜囊或筋膜囊，从而降低眼内压。青光眼引流阀使用一段时间后被机化膜包裹而逐渐丧失功能。目前的引流管或引流阀在被机化膜包裹而失效后往往只能通过手术打开包裹泡或更换引流装置。既增加了患者的痛苦和经济负担，也增加了感染的机会。因此，目前需要一种不用打开青光眼阀包裹泡而能够直接引流房水的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于青光眼阀滤过泡部位的引流装置。
上述引流装置由引流管和推注组件组成，推注组件由推注杆和穿刺针组成；推注杆设置于引流管的前部内侧，推注杆的前端设置有穿刺针，引流管的前端为用以与穿刺针衔接的斜行渐变过渡的斜面，引流管的后部放置于结膜囊或筋膜囊。
优选地，在上述引流装置中，引流管的前部近端管壁外侧设置有倒刺逆锁结构。
更优选地，在上述引流装置中，倒刺逆锁结构在引流管的前部近端管壁外侧对称分布，与引流管一起形成伞形开关结构。
本发明的用于青光眼阀滤过泡部位的引流装置的结构简单，手术操作方便，不用打开青光眼阀包裹泡而能够直接引流房水，对眼组织损伤小，对于由纤维化引起的包裹有效。

具体实施方式
本发明通过具体实施方式和附图进一步阐述本发明的技术方案，但是本领域普通技术人员可以理解的是：以下具体实施方式旨在阐述本发明，而不应理解为以任何方式限制本发明；但任何基于本发明的精神所作的改进，都应在本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明提供一种用于青光眼阀滤过泡部位的引流装置，用以减少青光眼阀长期使用过程中的包裹并发症。
本发明可采取下述技术方案：
本发明的用于青光眼阀滤过泡部位的引流装置，它由引流管和推注组件组成。
推注组件由推注杆和穿刺针组成。推注杆设置于引流管的前部内侧，推注杆的前端设置有穿刺针，引流管的前端为用以与穿刺针衔接的斜行渐变过渡的斜面，引流管的前部近端管壁外侧设置有倒刺逆锁结构，倒刺逆锁结构在引流管的前部近端管壁外侧对称分布，与引流管一起形成伞形开关结构。
图1示出本发明的用于青光眼阀滤过泡部位的引流装置的植入部分的结构示意图。如图1所示，穿刺针1、引流管2的前部、和倒刺逆锁结构3形成了植入部分。在利用穿刺针1将植入部分扎入青光眼阀包裹的滤过泡时，倒刺逆锁结构3起到固定作用，防止引流管2的脱落。
图2示出本发明的用于青光眼阀滤过泡部位的引流装置的结构示意图。将如图2所示的引流装置穿刺入青光眼阀包裹的滤过泡，倒刺逆锁结构将固定引流管于滤过泡内，引流管的后部放置于结膜囊或筋膜囊(重度干眼患者引流的房水用于眼表湿润作用)，以期降低滤过泡包裹引起的眼内压升高，引流滤过泡内房水的作用。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是，上述描述仅仅是为了说明本发明的目的，而非限制本发明。例如，任何倒刺逆锁结构都可以用于本发明的用于青光眼阀滤过泡部位的引流装置，只要其能够起到固定引流管的作用。本发明的用于青光眼阀滤过泡部位的引流装置可以为任何可与人体相容的材料，其均都在本发明保护范围之内。
本发明的优点在于利用本发明的用于青光眼阀滤过泡部位的引流装置植入青光眼阀包裹泡的手术操作简单，不用打开青光眼阀包裹泡，对眼组织损伤小，对于由纤维化引起的包裹有效，又可引流房水，起到眼表润滑作用，对于重度干眼患者有眼表治疗作用，具有其它装置无法替代的优点。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于青光眼阀滤过泡部位的引流装置，所述引流装置由引流管和推注组件组成，所述推注组件由推注杆和穿刺针组成；其特征在于，所述推注杆设置于所述引流管的前部内侧，所述推注杆的前端设置有所述穿刺针，所述引流管的前端为用以与所述穿刺针衔接的斜行渐变过渡的斜面，所述引流管的后部放置于结膜囊或筋膜囊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的引流装置，其特征在于，所述引流管的前部近端管壁外侧设置有倒刺逆锁结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的引流装置，其特征在于，所述倒刺逆锁结构在所述引流管的前部近端管壁外侧对称分布，与所述引流管一起形成伞形开关结构。
