Abstract
本发明属于电力传输技术领域,具体涉及一种低压电线接头及其使用方法,所述低压电线接头,包括套筒、锁紧螺栓、绞线螺栓、电线一、电线二;所述套筒为两端开口的空心筒体,在套筒内设有内螺纹,在套筒内靠近锁紧螺栓的位置设有堵头,在堵头上设有两个通线孔一;所述锁紧螺栓与绞线螺栓外壁都设有与套筒内螺纹相配合的外螺纹,并分别螺纹连接在套筒两侧;所述绞线螺栓内设有两个通线孔二,通线孔二内设有弹性绝缘套;所述电线一与电线二去皮后依次对应的穿过通线孔二与通线孔一后被锁紧螺栓压紧在堵头上。本发明线结构合理,操作简单,电线连接方便快捷,接头绝缘性强,安全度高。

技术领域
本发明属于电力传输技术领域,,具体涉及一种低压电线接头及其使用方法。
背景技术
现有技术中电线连接方式通常是用剥线钳将两个待连接的电缆端头的外部绝缘层去除,使芯线充分裸露,然后将两根芯线用力绞缠在一起,最后使用绝缘胶带缠绕连接部位。该种方式下, 绝缘胶带时间长了易老化脱落,使芯线裸露,容易漏电,带来安全隐患,而且该种方式下电线的连接也十分不便。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种电线连接容易,绝缘性强,安全度高的低压电线接头及其使用方法。具体技术方案如下:
一种低压电线接头,包括套筒、锁紧螺栓、绞线螺栓、电线一、电线二;所述套筒为两端开口的空心筒体,在套筒内设有内螺纹,在套筒内靠近锁紧螺栓的位置设有堵头,在堵头上设有两个通线孔一;所述锁紧螺栓与绞线螺栓外壁都设有与套筒内螺纹相配合的外螺纹,并分别螺纹连接在套筒两侧;所述绞线螺栓内设有两个通线孔二,通线孔二内设有弹性绝缘套;所述电线一与电线二去皮后依次对应的穿过通线孔二与通线孔一后被锁紧螺栓压紧在堵头上。
进一步的,在锁紧螺栓上套设有绝缘橡胶环。
进一步的,所述套筒、锁紧螺栓、绞线螺栓都由绝缘材料制成。
所述低压电线接头的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
①分别将锁紧螺栓、绞线螺栓从套筒上拧下;
②将电线一与电线二一对一的穿过绞线螺栓上通线孔二,穿出一定长度后,继续把电线一与电线二伸入套筒中并一对一穿过堵头上的通线孔一;
③电线一与电线二穿过堵头后,将电线一与电线二端部朝着套筒内壁方向压弯,电线一与电线二的端部都不伸出套筒外;
④将锁紧螺栓对着电线一与电线二的端部螺旋拧入套筒,直至将锁紧螺栓端部紧贴堵头,此时电线一与电线二被锁紧螺栓压紧在堵头上;
⑤最后从套筒另一边螺旋拧入绞线螺栓,随着绞线螺栓的螺旋拧入,电线一与电线二被去皮后的线芯就交缠在一起。
本发明线结构合理,操作简单,电线连接方便快捷,接头绝缘性强,安全度高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的原理和特征做进一步详细描述,所举实例只用于解释发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1、图2所示本发明的一种低压电线接头,包括套筒1、锁紧螺栓4、绞线螺栓6、电线一7、电线二8;所述套筒1为两端开口的空心筒体,在套筒1内设有内螺纹,在套筒1内靠近锁紧螺栓4的位置设有堵头2,在堵头2上设有两个通线孔一3;所述锁紧螺栓4与绞线螺栓5外壁都设有与套筒1内螺纹相配合的外螺纹,并分别螺纹连接在套筒1两侧;所述绞线螺栓6内设有两个通线孔二9,通线孔二9内设有弹性绝缘套10;所述电线一7与电线二8去皮后依次对应的穿过通线孔二9与通线孔一3后被锁紧螺栓4压紧在堵头2上。
进一步的,在锁紧螺栓4上套设有绝缘橡胶环5。
进一步的,所述套筒1、锁紧螺栓4、绞线螺栓6都由绝缘材料制成。
所述低压电线接头的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
①分别将锁紧螺栓4、绞线螺栓6从套筒1上拧下;
②将电线一7与电线二8一对一的穿过绞线螺栓6上通线孔二9,穿出一定长度后,继续把电线一7与电线二8伸入套筒1中并一对一穿过堵头2上的通线孔一3;
③电线一7与电线二8穿过堵头2后,将电线一7与电线二8端部朝着套筒1内壁方向压弯,电线一7与电线二8的端部都不伸出套筒1外;
④将锁紧螺栓4对着电线一7与电线二8的端部螺旋拧入套筒1,直至将锁紧螺栓4端部紧贴堵头2为止,此时电线一7与电线二8被锁紧螺栓4压紧在堵头2上;
⑤最后从套筒1另一边螺旋拧入绞线螺栓6,随着绞线螺栓6的螺旋拧入,电线一7与电线二8被去皮后的线芯就交缠在一起。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种低压电线接头,其特征在于:包括套筒、锁紧螺栓、绞线螺栓、电线一、电线二;所述套筒为两端开口的空心筒体,在套筒内设有内螺纹,在套筒内靠近锁紧螺栓的位置设有堵头,在堵头上设有两个通线孔一;所述锁紧螺栓与绞线螺栓外壁都设有与套筒内螺纹相配合的外螺纹,并分别螺纹连接在套筒两侧;所述绞线螺栓内设有两个通线孔二,通线孔二内设有弹性绝缘套;所述电线一与电线二去皮后依次对应的穿过通线孔二与通线孔一后被锁紧螺栓压紧在堵头上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低压电线接头,其特征在于:在锁紧螺栓上套设有绝缘橡胶环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低压电线接头,其特征在于: 所述套筒、锁紧螺栓、绞线螺栓都由绝缘材料制成。
4.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述低压电线接头的使用方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
①分别将锁紧螺栓、绞线螺栓从套筒上拧下;
②将电线一与电线二一对一的穿过绞线螺栓上通线孔二,穿出一定长度后,继续把电线一与电线二伸入套筒中并一对一穿过堵头上的通线孔一;
③电线一与电线二穿过堵头后,将电线一与电线二端部朝着套筒内壁方向压弯,电线一与电线二的端部都不伸出套筒外;
④将锁紧螺栓对着电线一与电线二的端部螺旋拧入套筒,直至将锁紧螺栓端部紧贴堵头,此时电线一与电线二被锁紧螺栓压紧在堵头上;
⑤最后从套筒另一边螺旋拧入绞线螺栓,随着绞线螺栓的螺旋拧入,电线一与电线二被去皮后的线芯就交缠在一起。
