Abstract

一种具有纳米陶瓷‑金属复合涂层的硬面球阀及制造方法,属于硬面密封阀门和表面处理领域,该复合硬面涂层由外表面的纳米陶瓷层和介于陶瓷层与阀体之间的金属涂层组成。该复合涂层结构解决了金属涂层耐磨性不足的缺点,同时也避免了超硬纳米陶瓷层在较软的不锈钢阀体基础上形成的“蛋壳效应”,实现了硬度的梯度分配,提高球阀的耐磨性和使用寿命。

所属技术领域
本发明属于硬面密封阀门和表面处理领域,具体涉及一种具有纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀及其制造方法。
背景技术
球阀作为流体调节的关键控制部件,在社会的生产生活中所占比例正逐年上升,在冶金、核电、火电、煤化工、石油和天然气集输及石油炼化等领域都有着广泛的应用。目前我国的球阀基体材料为奥氏体不锈钢金属,一般来说这种金属硬度比较低,不耐蚀,不耐磨,使用寿命比较短。因此,需要对这种基体材料进行表面处理,目前主要的表面处理方面就是对基体进行表面涂层处理。常见的涂层材料金属或硬度较高的陶瓷材料。金属作为涂层材料,硬度略高于基体材料,两者之间有较好的结合力,但对于特定的一些高温高压或酸碱环境,这种金属涂层的劣势也比较明显。若采用硬度较高的陶瓷材料作为涂层,由于陶瓷材料的硬度和基体硬度差别较大,极易引起蛋壳效应,造成夹渣现象从而引起失效问题。针对以上问题,我们提出了纳米陶瓷-金属硬面涂层的方法,这种复合涂层既解决了合金金属作为涂层硬度较低的缺点,同时发挥了陶瓷的高硬度高耐磨性特点,大大增加的球阀的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术上的不足,本发明提供具有更高的硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性的硬面球阀及其制造方法
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种具有纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀,球体和阀座安装在阀体内,球体与阀座配合形成密封副,阀杆安装在球体上,阀杆带动球体转动实现阀门启闭,球体表面以及阀座密封面上设有复合涂层,复合涂层由纳米陶瓷层和金属涂层组成,金属涂层通过热喷涂的方法包覆在所述球体以及阀座密封面外,纳米陶瓷层通过真空离子弧光镀膜工艺的方法包覆在金属涂层外。
优选的,纳米陶瓷层的成分是氮化钛、氮化铬、碳化钛、氮化锆、碳氮化钛以及铝氮化钛中的一种。
优选的,金属涂层的材料为钴基合金、镍基合金以及铁基合金中的一种。
本发明还提供了一种具有纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,对球阀的球体和阀座密封面,进行喷丸处理;
步骤二,采用热喷涂的方法对球体和阀座密封面进行金属涂层的制作,金属涂层表面精车、精磨至设计尺寸,并表面抛光达到设计要求,所述金属涂层的厚度为0.2~3 mm;
步骤三,采用真空离子弧光镀膜工艺在抛光的金属涂层表面沉积纳米陶瓷涂层,镀膜靶电流为50~150 A,镀膜时间为0.5~2 h,镀膜偏压为20~100 V,镀膜沉积厚度可以为0.5~20 μm;
优选的,步骤二中所述热喷涂方法为氧乙炔火焰喷焊、超音速火焰喷涂、等离子喷焊以及电弧喷涂中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:(1)相比较单一的金属涂层或者硬质合金涂层,本发明外层的纳米陶瓷涂层具有更高的硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性。
(2)相比较单一的陶瓷涂层,本发明的复合涂层结构实现从陶瓷涂层到金属涂层和球阀基体的硬度梯度分布,较高硬度的金属涂层对超高硬度的陶瓷涂层提供良好的支撑,避免“蛋壳效应”引起的早期失效。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供一种具有纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀及其制造方法,金属层采用Stellite 6钴基合金,纳米陶瓷层采用氮化钛陶瓷,其制造工艺如下:
步骤一:对不锈钢(316 L)球阀的球体和阀座密封面,进行喷丸处理;
步骤二:采用超音速火焰喷涂的方法在球体和阀座工作面制备Stellite 6钴基合金,厚度0.3 mm,表面精车、精磨至设计尺寸,并表面抛光达到设计要求;
步骤三:采用真空离子弧光镀膜工艺在抛光的工作面沉积氮化钛陶瓷层,镀膜靶电流为120 A,镀膜时间为40 min,镀膜偏压前20分钟为40 V,后20分钟为80 V,镀膜沉积厚度为2 μm。
本实施例制备的纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀,不锈钢基体硬度HV 210,Stellite 6合金涂层显微硬度为HV 400,TiN陶瓷硬度为HV 2250,涂层与基体之间结合紧密。
实施例2
本实施例的工艺与实施例1中步骤相同,差异为,步骤三中真空离子弧光镀膜工艺时间为60 min,镀膜偏压前20分钟为40 V,后40分钟为80 V。
本实施例制备的纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀,不锈钢基体硬度HV 210,Stellite 6合金涂层显微硬度为HV 400,TiN陶瓷硬度为HV 2250,陶瓷膜厚度为4 μm,涂层与基体之间结合紧密。
实施例3
本实施例的工艺与实施例1中步骤相同,差异为,步骤二中采用氧乙炔火焰喷焊的方法在球体和阀座工作面制备Ni60镍基合金涂层,厚度为1 mm。
本实施例制备的纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀,不锈钢基体硬度HV 210,Ni60合金涂层显微硬度为HV 540,TiN陶瓷硬度为HV 2250,涂层与基体之间结合紧密。
实施例4
本实施例的工艺与实施例1中步骤相同,差异为,步骤二中采用超音速火焰喷涂的方法在球体和阀座工作面制备Co112F合金涂层,厚度为0.2 mm。
本实施例制备的纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀,不锈钢基体硬度HV 210,Co112F合金涂层显微硬度为HV 500,TiN陶瓷硬度为HV 2250,涂层与基体之间结合紧密。
实施例5
本实施例的工艺与实施例1中步骤相同,差异为,步骤三中采用真空离子弧光镀膜工艺在抛光的工作面沉积CrN陶瓷,厚度2 μm。
本实施例制备的纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀,不锈钢基体硬度HV 210,Stellite 6合金涂层显微硬度为HV 400,CrN陶瓷硬度为HV 3100,涂层与基体之间结合紧密。
实施例6
本实施例的工艺与实施例1中步骤相同,差异为,步骤三中采用真空离子弧光镀膜工艺在抛光的工作面沉积TiCN陶瓷,厚度2 μm。
本实施例制备的纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀,不锈钢基体硬度HV 210,Stellite 6合金涂层显微硬度为HV 400,CrN陶瓷硬度为HV 3100,涂层与基体之间结合紧密。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀,球体和阀座安装在阀体内,球体与阀座配合形成密封副,阀杆安装在球体上,阀杆带动球体转动实现阀门启闭,其特征在于:所述球体表面以及阀座密封面上设有复合涂层,所述复合涂层由纳米陶瓷层和金属涂层组成,所述金属涂层通过热喷涂的方法包覆在所述球体以及阀座密封面外,所述纳米陶瓷层通过真空离子弧光镀膜工艺的方法包覆在所述金属涂层外。
2.如权利要求1所述的有纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀,其特征在于:所述纳米陶瓷层的成分是氮化钛、氮化铬、碳化钛、氮化锆、碳氮化钛以及铝氮化钛中的一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的有纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀,其特征在于:所述金属涂层的材料为钴基合金、镍基合金以及铁基合金中的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,对球阀的球体和阀座密封面,进行喷丸处理;
步骤二,采用热喷涂的方法对球体和阀座密封面进行金属涂层的制作,金属涂层表面精车、精磨至设计尺寸,并表面抛光达到设计要求,所述金属涂层的厚度为0.2~3 mm;
步骤三,采用真空离子弧光镀膜工艺在抛光的金属涂层表面沉积纳米陶瓷涂层,镀膜靶电流为50~150 A,镀膜时间为0.5~2 h,镀膜偏压为20~100 V,镀膜沉积厚度可以为0.5~20 μm。
5.如权利要求4所述的具有纳米陶瓷-金属复合涂层的硬面球阀的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤二中所述热喷涂方法为氧乙炔火焰喷焊、超音速火焰喷涂、等离子喷焊以及电弧喷涂中的一种。
