一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材,包括抗老化层、AL反光层、保温隔音层、防水粘结层和隔离层。
所述的抗老化层,原料由PE、PET、聚硫橡胶、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、间苯二甲酸酯按照80:65:11:7:5的质量比混合制备而成;
所述的AL反光层,为铝箔层;厚度为0.015-0.017mm,不透明度为65%;
所述的保温隔音层:以重量份计,包括以下原料组分:低密度聚乙烯树脂50-60份、交联剂8.5-8.8份、发泡剂6-7份、EPE 25-29份、十二烷基硫酸钠19-21份、纳米硅酸铝粉4-5份、石蜡油7-9份、硬脂酸钙3-4份、石墨烯2-3份、远红外陶瓷粉8.4-8.9份、聚苯乙烯4-5份、膨胀珍珠岩7-8份。
所述交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺;
所述发泡剂为碳化硅;
所述的防水粘结层:以重量份计,包括以下原料组分:SBS橡胶40-45份、SIS橡胶20-25份 、丁腈橡胶18-20份、伊利石粉6-9份、高岭土4-7份、顺式-1,4-聚丁二烯橡胶9-13份、环氧亚麻子油6-10份、丙烯酸酯10-15份、炭黑6-10份。
所述隔离层为硅油纸。
所述防水卷材的制备方法:
步骤1、按配方比例称取各原料组分。
步骤2、制备防水粘结层
(1) 加入橡胶
向反应釜中加入SBS橡胶、SIS橡胶,加热至140℃,加入丁腈橡胶、顺式-1,4-聚丁二烯橡胶,开启搅拌,转速保持在250r/min,搅拌10min;
(2)加入填料
在120℃下,加入伊利石粉、炭黑,搅拌20min,转速保持在160r/min ;加入高岭土,之后缓慢升温至220℃;
(3)加入余料
在200℃下,分3次加入环氧亚麻子油;在160℃下,加入丙烯酸酯,计时搅拌1.5小时,转速保持在250r/min;
(4)研磨
开启胶体磨,研磨,循环研磨3次,研磨时间为1h/次;
(5)制得防水粘结层胶料
将研磨后的物料由冷却***降温到100℃;得到防水粘结层胶料。
步骤3、制备保温隔音层
(1)加入树脂
将低密度聚乙烯树脂、EPE混合,加入反应釜中,开启搅拌,1500rpm搅拌30min。
(2)加入助剂
将十二烷基硫酸钠、纳米硅酸铝粉、石蜡油依次加入反应釜中,升温至80-85℃,1000rpm搅拌45min。
(3)加入填料
将硬脂酸钙、远红外陶瓷粉、膨胀珍珠岩依次加入反应釜中,升温至110-115℃,1000rpm搅拌30min。
(4)加入余料并反应
将石墨烯、聚苯乙烯依次加入反应釜中,升温至250-280℃,加入交联剂、发泡剂,在600rpm搅拌速率下,反应1.5h;反应后,导入成型机,成型并冷却,制得厚度为1-1.2mm的保温隔音层。
所述交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺;
所述发泡剂为碳化硅。
步骤4、制备抗老化层
将PE、PET、聚硫橡胶、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、间苯二甲酸酯按照80:65:11:7:5的质量比混合,并在480-520℃条件下,搅拌反应2.5h;反应完成后,采用吹膜机制成厚度为0.2-0.3mm的抗老化层。
步骤5、制得成品
将步骤2制备的防水粘结层胶料涂覆在保温隔音层的上下两侧,厚度分别为1.5mm;涂覆后,在上侧防水粘结层复合AL反光层;AL反光层上侧复合抗老化层;抗老化层厚度为0.2-0.3mm。在下侧防水粘结层复合隔离层。压覆定型后,得到成品防水卷材。
与现有技术相比,本发明技术方案具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明防水卷材用于钢结构屋面的户外防水,粘结效果好,防水性能高;粘结时间为4-5.5 s,剥离强度为2.5-3.8 N/mm;0.6Mpa 4-5h不透水。
(2)本发明防水卷材用于钢结构屋面的户外防水,防紫外线效果显著,125 nm紫外线直射220小时后,拉力保持率99.2-99.6%,延伸率保持率99.1-99.4%,0.3MPa 4h不透水。
(3)本发明防水卷材耐高温100℃,耐低温-40℃。
(4)本发明防水卷材用于钢结构屋面的户外防水,隔音、保温效果显著;若不使用本发明卷材,钢结构屋内温度与室外温度相差在1-2℃,使用本发明卷材后,钢结构屋内外温度差达6-8℃;并且,本发明隔音效果明显,与未使用本发明卷材相比,室外检测声音降低10分贝以上。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材,包括抗老化层、AL反光层、保温隔音层、防水粘结层和隔离层。
所述的抗老化层,原料由PE、PET、聚硫橡胶、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、间苯二甲酸酯按照80:65:11:7:5的质量比混合制备而成;
所述的AL反光层,为铝箔层;厚度为0.015-0.017mm,不透明度为65%;
所述的保温隔音层:以重量份计,包括以下原料组分:低密度聚乙烯树脂50份、交联剂8.5份、发泡剂6.5份、EPE 27份、十二烷基硫酸钠19份、纳米硅酸铝粉4份、石蜡油8份、硬脂酸钙3.6份、石墨烯3份、远红外陶瓷粉8.9份、聚苯乙烯4份、膨胀珍珠岩7份。
所述交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺;
所述发泡剂为碳化硅;
所述的防水粘结层:以重量份计,包括以下原料组分:SBS橡胶40份、SIS橡胶22份 、丁腈橡胶20份、伊利石粉6份、高岭土4份、顺式-1,4-聚丁二烯橡胶10份、环氧亚麻子油6份、丙烯酸酯15份、炭黑6份。
所述隔离层为硅油纸。
实施例2
与实施例1所述的一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材配方相同,只改变以下:
所述的保温隔音层:以重量份计,包括以下原料组分:低密度聚乙烯树脂56份、交联剂8.7份、发泡剂6份、EPE 29份、十二烷基硫酸钠20份、纳米硅酸铝粉4.5份、石蜡油7份、硬脂酸钙4份、石墨烯2份、远红外陶瓷粉8.6份、聚苯乙烯5份、膨胀珍珠岩7.6份。
所述交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺;
所述发泡剂为碳化硅;
所述的防水粘结层:以重量份计,包括以下原料组分:SBS橡胶43份、SIS橡胶20份 、丁腈橡胶18份、伊利石粉8份、高岭土6份、顺式-1,4-聚丁二烯橡胶9份、环氧亚麻子油10份、丙烯酸酯14份、炭黑8份。
实施例3
与实施例1所述的一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材配方相同,只改变以下:
所述的保温隔音层:以重量份计,包括以下原料组分:低密度聚乙烯树脂60份、交联剂8.8份、发泡剂7份、EPE 29份、十二烷基硫酸钠21份、纳米硅酸铝粉5份、石蜡油7份、硬脂酸钙3份、石墨烯2.5份、远红外陶瓷粉8.4份、聚苯乙烯5份、膨胀珍珠岩8份。
所述交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺;
所述发泡剂为碳化硅;
所述的防水粘结层:以重量份计,包括以下原料组分:SBS橡胶44份、SIS橡胶25份 、丁腈橡胶20份、伊利石粉8份、高岭土7份、顺式-1,4-聚丁二烯橡胶13份、环氧亚麻子油10份、丙烯酸酯13份、炭黑10份。
实施例4
一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材,所述防水卷材的制备方法:
步骤1、按配方比例称取各原料组分。
步骤2、制备防水粘结层
(2) 加入橡胶
向反应釜中加入SBS橡胶、SIS橡胶,加热至140℃,加入丁腈橡胶、顺式-1,4-聚丁二烯橡胶,开启搅拌,转速保持在250r/min,搅拌10min;
(2)加入填料
在120℃下,加入伊利石粉、炭黑,搅拌20min,转速保持在160r/min ;加入高岭土,之后缓慢升温至220℃;
(3)加入余料
在200℃下,分3次加入环氧亚麻子油;在160℃下,加入丙烯酸酯,计时搅拌1.5小时,转速保持在250r/min;
(4)研磨
开启胶体磨,研磨,循环研磨3次,研磨时间为1h/次;
(5)制得防水粘结层胶料
将研磨后的物料由冷却***降温到100℃;得到防水粘结层胶料。
步骤3、制备保温隔音层
(1)加入树脂
将低密度聚乙烯树脂、EPE混合,加入反应釜中,开启搅拌,1500rpm搅拌30min。
(2)加入助剂
将十二烷基硫酸钠、纳米硅酸铝粉、石蜡油依次加入反应釜中,升温至80-85℃,1000rpm搅拌45min。
(3)加入填料
将硬脂酸钙、远红外陶瓷粉、膨胀珍珠岩依次加入反应釜中,升温至112-114℃,1000rpm搅拌30min。
(4)加入余料并反应
将石墨烯、聚苯乙烯依次加入反应釜中,升温至260-270℃,加入交联剂、发泡剂,在600rpm搅拌速率下,反应1.5h;反应后,导入成型机,成型并冷却,制得厚度为1-1.2mm的保温隔音层。
所述交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺;
所述发泡剂为碳化硅。
步骤4、制备抗老化层
将PE、PET、聚硫橡胶、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、间苯二甲酸酯按照80:65:11:7:5的质量比混合,并在490-500℃条件下,搅拌反应2.5h;反应完成后,采用吹膜机制成厚度为0.25mm的抗老化层。
步骤5、制得成品
将步骤2制备的防水粘结层胶料涂覆在保温隔音层的上下两侧,厚度分别为1.5mm;涂覆后,在上侧防水粘结层复合AL反光层;AL反光层上侧复合抗老化层;抗老化层厚度为0.25mm。在下侧防水粘结层复合隔离层。压覆定型后,得到成品防水卷材。
实施例1-4中所述的原料组分:
所述保温隔音层中,所述的低密度聚乙烯树脂:粒径为1.4-1.5mm;所述的纳米硅酸铝粉:PH值范围为9.7-10.8,细度为1250目;所述的硬脂酸钙:孔径0.075mm筛通过率99.5%,游离酸含量(以硬脂酸计)≤0.5%,钙含量6.5±0.6%;所述的远红外陶瓷粉:细度为800目。
所述的防水粘结层中,所述的伊利石粉:细度为1000目,含K2O 7%-8%,含Na2O 1%-1.5%;所述的炭黑:为日本三菱碳黑,型号为MA11。
实验检测:
实施例1-3的防水卷材采用实施例4的方法制备完成,得到的卷材实验检测,达到的指标如表1所示:

所述粘结时间、剥离强度是用于钢结构屋面的的粘结时间和剥离强度。
除特殊说明的外,本发明所述的百分数均为质量百分数,所述的比值均为质量比。

1.一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:包括抗老化层、AL反光层、保温隔音层、防水粘结层和隔离层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的抗老化层,原料由PE、PET、聚硫橡胶、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、间苯二甲酸酯按照80:65:11:7:5的质量比混合制备而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的保温隔音层:以重量份计,包括以下原料组分:低密度聚乙烯树脂50-60份、交联剂8.5-8.8份、发泡剂6-7份、EPE 25-29份、十二烷基硫酸钠19-21份、纳米硅酸铝粉4-5份、石蜡油7-9份、硬脂酸钙3-4份、石墨烯2-3份、远红外陶瓷粉8.4-8.9份、聚苯乙烯4-5份、膨胀珍珠岩7-8份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的保温隔音层:以重量份计,包括以下原料组分:低密度聚乙烯树脂56份、交联剂8.7份、发泡剂6份、EPE 29份、十二烷基硫酸钠20份、纳米硅酸铝粉4.5份、石蜡油7份、硬脂酸钙4份、石墨烯2份、远红外陶瓷粉8.6份、聚苯乙烯5份、膨胀珍珠岩7.6份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的AL反光层,为铝箔层;厚度为0.015-0.017mm,不透明度为65%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:所述交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺;
所述发泡剂为碳化硅。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的防水粘结层:以重量份计,包括以下原料组分:SBS橡胶40-45份、SIS橡胶20-25份、丁腈橡胶18-20份、伊利石粉6-9份、高岭土4-7份、顺式-1,4-聚丁二烯橡胶9-13份、环氧亚麻子油6-10份、丙烯酸酯10-15份、炭黑6-10份。
8.一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:包括制备防水粘结层、制备保温隔音层、制备抗老化层以及制得成品;
所述制备保温隔音层:包括加入树脂、加入助剂、加入填料、加入余料并反应;所述的加入余料并反应:将石墨烯、聚苯乙烯依次加入反应釜中,升温至250-280℃,加入交联剂、发泡剂,在600 rpm搅拌速率下,反应1.5h;反应后,导入成型机,成型并冷却,制得厚度为1-1.2mm的保温隔音层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:所述交联剂为N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺;所述发泡剂为碳化硅。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种保温隔热隔音抗紫外线高分子自粘防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述制备防水粘结层:包括加入橡胶、加入填料、加入余料、研磨以及制得防水粘结层胶料;
所述制备抗老化层:将PE、PET、聚硫橡胶、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、间苯二甲酸酯按照80:65:11:7:5的质量比混合,并在480-520℃条件下,搅拌反应2.5h;反应完成后,采用吹膜机制成厚度为0.2-0.3mm的抗老化层。
