本发明公开一种洗洁精及其制备方法,由下列重量百分比成分组成:烷基苯磺酸8.78%、液碱3.57%、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠8%、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺2.4%、防腐剂0.1%、精制盐0.85%、香精0.1%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05%、一水柠檬酸0.01%、去离子水至100%。本发明是一种绿色环保的洗洁精,为食品级,可洗果蔬,味道清香怡人,其大部份原料来自动植物提取成分,生物降解性好,浓缩配方,减少资源浪费;中性温和,保湿效果好,对皮肤亲和力强;同时,使用安全,废液不含磷,不会给水中生物环境造成污染。

本发明涉及日化产品技术领域,具体涉及一种洗洁精及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们的生活节奏越来越快,人们总是在点点滴滴的时间里追求更高的效率。在餐具洗涤方面,人们的需求早已不局限于普通洗洁精,而更希望能延长购买时间,减少资源浪费,浓缩洗洁精的发明满足了这一需求。
现在,人们生活水平的不断提高,采用洗洁精清洗餐具、水果、蔬菜的家庭越来越多。而且,餐具洗涤剂中大多含有直链烷基苯磺酸钠,其刺激性较大,脱脂能力较强,长期接触可使皮肤变的粗糙;其残留在食物中,积少成多,对人体造成一定的伤害,且洗涤污水不经任何处理就排放到水体中,可能会对鱼类造成影响,造成环境污染。
针对上述问题,现在亟需一种对人体无害、环保、不伤手的浓缩洗洁精。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种洗洁精及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种洗洁精,其创新点在于,由下列重量百分比成分组成:烷基苯磺酸8.78%、液碱3.57%、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠8%、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺2.4%、防腐剂0.1%、精制盐0.85%、香精0.1%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05%、一水柠檬酸0.01%、去离子水至100%
进一步的,所述防腐剂为山梨酸、山梨酸钾或山梨酸钙中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述香精为玫瑰香精、茉莉香精、铃兰香精、白兰香精、紫罗兰香精、丁香香精、水仙花香精等花香型香精中的一种或多种。
还包括该洗洁精的制备方法,其创新点在于,具体步骤如下:
S1、先在配料锅中加入计量好的去离子水,加热至40℃;
S2、开启搅拌,加入液碱和乙二胺四乙酸二钠,搅拌直到其均匀;
S3、缓慢加入烷基苯磺酸,搅拌至中和完全;
S4、向配料缸添加乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠,搅拌至乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠完全溶解;
S5、添加椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺继续搅拌至均匀;
S6、加入一水柠檬酸调节原液pH介于7-8;
S7、待原液温度小于40℃,原液pH介于7-8时,加入防腐剂,并搅拌3分钟;
S8、加入香精、盐,加盐时每次加入0.1%的量,当粘度到达1500-2500CP时,改为每次加入0.01%进行微调,冷却后制成洗洁精。
本发明有益效果为:

一种洗洁精,由下列重量百分比成分组成:烷基苯磺酸8.78%、液碱3.57%、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠8%、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺2.4%、防腐剂0.1%、精制盐0.85%、香精0.1%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05%、一水柠檬酸0.01%、去离子水至100%
进一步的,防腐剂为山梨酸、山梨酸钾或山梨酸钙中的一种或多种。
进一步的,香精为玫瑰香精、茉莉香精、铃兰香精、白兰香精、紫罗兰香精、丁香香精、水仙花香精等花香型香精中的一种或多种。
还包括该洗洁精的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
S1、先在配料锅中加入计量好的去离子水,加热至40℃;
S2、开启搅拌,加入液碱和乙二胺四乙酸二钠,搅拌直到其均匀;
S3、缓慢加入烷基苯磺酸,搅拌至中和完全,搅拌约5分钟;
S4、向配料缸添加乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠,搅拌至乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠完全溶解,搅拌约10分钟;
S5、添加椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺继续搅拌至均匀,搅拌约3分钟;
S6、加入一水柠檬酸调节原液pH介于7-8;
S7、待原液温度小于40℃,原液pH介于7-8时,加入防腐剂,并搅拌3分钟;
S8、加入香精、盐,加盐时每次加入0.1%的量,当粘度到达1500-2500CP时,改为每次加入0.01%进行微调,冷却后制成洗洁精。

1.一种洗洁精,其特征在于,由下列重量百分比成分组成:烷基苯磺酸8.78%、液碱3.57%、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠8%、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺2.4%、防腐剂0.1%、精制盐0.85%、香精0.1%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05%、一水柠檬酸0.01%、去离子水至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗洁精,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为山梨酸、山梨酸钾或山梨酸钙中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗洁精,其特征在于:所述香精为玫瑰香精、茉莉香精、铃兰香精、白兰香精、紫罗兰香精、丁香香精、水仙花香精等花香型香精中的一种或多种。
4.一种根据权利要求1所述的洗洁精的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
S1、先在配料锅中加入计量好的去离子水,加热至40℃;
S2、开启搅拌,加入液碱和乙二胺四乙酸二钠,搅拌直到其均匀;
S3、缓慢加入烷基苯磺酸,搅拌至中和完全;
S4、向配料缸添加乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠,搅拌至乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠完全溶解;
S5、添加椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺继续搅拌至均匀;
S6、加入一水柠檬酸调节原液pH介于7-8;
S7、待原液温度小于40℃,原液pH介于7-8时,加入防腐剂,并搅拌3分钟;
S8、加入香精、盐,加盐时每次加入0.1%的量,当粘度到达1500-2500CP时,改为每次加入0.01%进行微调,冷却后制成洗洁精。
