本实施例提供一种武器清洁润滑防护三用油,按质量百分比计包括以下组分:基础油80%、卵磷脂为2.5%、磷酸酯为3%、复合防锈剂为3%、二甲基硅油为0.02%、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺3%、四氯化碳8.48%。
其中,所述基础油由质量比为10:50:20:20的蓖麻油、加氢基础油、合成酯类油和聚烯烃合成油组成。
其中,所述复合防锈剂由得重量比为1:3:3:4:4:2石油磺酸钡、N-油酰肌氨酸-十八胺盐、十二烯基丁二酸、苯***、二壬基萘磺酸钡、羊毛脂镁皂组成。
实施例6
本实施例提供一种武器清洁润滑防护三用油,按质量百分比计包括以下组分:基础油78%、受阻酚类抗氧剂为1%、磷酸三甲酚酯为4.9%、复合防锈剂为2.5%、二甲基硅油为0.05%、硼化丁二酰亚胺3.5%、四氯化碳10.05%。
其中,所述基础油由质量比为10:50:20:20的蓖麻油、加氢基础油、合成酯类油和聚烯烃合成油组成。
其中,所述复合防锈剂由得重量比为1:2:3:4:3:2石油磺酸钡、N-油酰肌氨酸-十八胺盐、十二烯基丁二酸、苯***、二壬基萘磺酸钡、羊毛脂镁皂组成。
性能检测
参照GJB2378-95军标对实施例1~6制得的武器清洁润滑防护三用油进行了以下测试:

Claims (10)

1.一种武器清洁润滑防护三用油,其特征在于按质量百分比计包括以下组分:基础油65-85%、无灰型抗氧剂为0.2-3%、极压抗磨剂为3-11%、防锈剂为1.1-4.5%、消泡剂为0.01-0.06%、分散剂1.5-4%、有机溶剂3-15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种武器清洁润滑防护三用油,其特征在于:所述基础油由质量比为10:50:20:20的蓖麻油、加氢基础油、合成酯类油和聚烯烃合成油组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种武器清洁润滑防护三用油,其特征在于:所述无灰型抗氧剂为硫代氨基酯、辛丁基二苯胺、叔丁基氢醌、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、卵磷脂、受阻酚类抗氧剂中的任意一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种武器清洁润滑防护三用油,其特征在于:所述极压抗磨剂量为共晶球体抗磨剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种武器清洁润滑防护三用油,其特征在于:所述共晶球体抗磨剂为磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三苯酯、氨基甲酸钼、硼酸酯和磷酸酯中任意一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种武器清洁润滑防护三用油,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为复合防锈剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种武器清洁润滑防护三用油,其特征在于:所述复合防锈剂由得重量比为1:2~3:2~3:3~4:3~4:1~2石油磺酸钡、N-油酰肌氨酸-十八胺盐、十二烯基丁二酸、苯***、二壬基萘磺酸钡、羊毛脂镁皂组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种武器清洁润滑防护三用油,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种武器清洁润滑防护三用油,其特征在于:所述分散剂为氨基乙醇类化合物、吐温80、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、硼化丁二酰亚胺中任意一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种武器清洁润滑防护三用油,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为四氯化碳、氯代烷烃、乙二醇***类化合物中的任意一种或几种。
