The pallet jack of claim 1 wherein two guide wheels are mounted on either side of the first lifting end of the first cam, the two guide wheels being located on either side of the first cam and being of the same height; two guide wheels are also arranged on two sides of the second lifting end of the second cam, and the two guide wheels are respectively positioned on two sides of the second cam and have the same height.
