Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment discloses a pallet truck with a lifting device, which includes a driving body 10, and a pair of forks 20 extending from the front end of the driving body 10.
Each pair of forks 20 includes a chassis 21, a lifter plate 22 overlying the chassis 21, and a lifter positioned within the chassis 21. Wheels for the pallet truck to walk are arranged at the bottom of the chassis and pass through the chassis 21. The lifter comprises a moving member 23 installed in the chassis 21, a guide rail 24 for carrying the moving member, a first connecting rod 24 connected with the moving member 23, a first cam 25 connected with the first connecting rod 24, a second connecting rod 26 connected with the moving member 23, a second cam 27 connected with the second connecting rod 26, a first cam seat 28 for positioning the first cam, and a second cam seat 29 for positioning the second cam. The first cam 25 and the second cam 27 are disposed back and forth in the chassis 21. The first cam seat 28 and the second cam seat 29 are both fixed in the chassis 21.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first cam 25 has a first hinge point 251 hinged to the first link 24, a second hinge point 252 hinged to the first cam seat 28, and a first lifting end 253. The first cam 25 rotates about the second hinge point 252 under the constraint of the first cam mount 28. The first lifting end 253 is located above the first hinge point 251, when the first link 24 pulls the first cam 25 up around the second hinge point 252, the first lifting end 253 is lifted, and when the first link 24 pushes the first cam 25 down around the second hinge point 251, the first lifting end 253 is lowered. Similarly, the second cam 27 has a third hinge point 271 hinged to the second link 26, a fourth hinge point 272 hinged to the second cam mount 29, and a second elevating end 273. The second cam 27 rotates about the fourth hinge point 272 under the restriction of the second cam mount 29. The second elevating end 273 is located above the third hinge 271. When the second link 26 pulls the second cam 27 up around the fourth hinge point 272, the second elevating end 273 is elevated. When the second link 26 pushes the second cam 27 down about the fourth hinge point 272, the second raising and lowering end 273 is lowered. The first link 24 and the second link 26 are driven by the moving member 23 to move forward or backward simultaneously, that is, the first lifting end 253 and the second lifting end 273 are driven by the moving member 23 to rise to the same height together or fall to the same height together. The first lifting end 253 and the second lifting end 273 are abutted against the bottom of the lifting plate 22, i.e. the lifting plate 22 is lifted or lowered along with the first lifting end 253 and the second lifting end 273. And because each pair of forks 20 comprises the lifter, the lifting plates on each pair of forks 20 are lifted or lowered to the same height at the same time, so that the forks can stably lift and lower the goods.
As shown in fig. 5, the front side and the rear side of the moving member 23 are provided with rollers 231, the inner side of the inner side wall of the chassis 21 is provided with a guide rail 211 for guiding the rollers 231, and the guide rail 211 includes a lower guide rail and an upper guide rail and positions the rollers 231 between the lower guide rail and the upper guide rail. The other side of the rear part of the moving member 231 extends out of the rear guide bar 232, the first link 24 is hinged to the end of the rear guide bar 232, and the first link 24 extends perpendicularly to the rear guide bar 232. The front other side of the moving member 23 extends out of the front guide bar 233, the second link 26 is hinged to an end of the front guide bar 233, and the second link 26 extends perpendicularly to the front guide bar 233.
Here, it is preferable that two cams 25, 27 are provided in the fork to simultaneously abut against the front and rear ends of the lifter plate 22, so that the lifter plate 22 can be lifted and lowered stably and uniformly. In other embodiments, a simplified structure can be adopted, that is, only one cam (located at the middle position of the fork chassis) is provided, and the lifting plate 22 is positioned in the transverse direction, and can only be driven by the cam to move up and down, so that the lifting of the lifting plate 22 can be realized.
And the manner in which the mover 23 moves forward and backward is achieved by the following structure. The driving main body 10 is internally provided with a motor 11, a first feed connecting rod 13 hinged with an output shaft 12 of the motor 11, a transverse shaft 14 and two second feed connecting rods 15 respectively positioned at two ends of the transverse shaft 14. The transverse shaft 14 passes through the first feed link 13 and rotates with the first feed link 13. The transverse axis 14 is perpendicular to the motor output shaft 12. Two transverse shaft fixing seats 141 are installed in the bottom of the driving main body 10, the transverse shaft 14 passes through the two transverse shaft fixing seats 141, and the first feed connecting rod 13 is located between the two transverse shaft fixing seats 141. The motor output shaft 12 is hinged to one end of the first feed link 13, and the transverse shaft 14 passes through the other end of the first feed link 13. The motor output shaft 12 is hinged to the first feed link 13 at a position higher than the position at which the transverse shaft 14 is hinged to the first feed link 13. A third link 16 is further provided, one end of the third link 16 is hinged to the moving member 23, the other end is hinged to the second feed link 15, the motor output shaft 12 pushes the first feed link 13 outwards, the hinged position of the second feed link 15 and the third link 16 is pushed forwards through the transverse shaft 14, and the third link 16 pushes the moving member 23 forwards. The two second feed links 15 are respectively hinged with the third links 16 in the two forks, i.e. the moving members 23 in the two forks can be pushed in the same direction simultaneously by the motor.
Two guide wheels 254 are mounted on two sides of the first lifting end 253 of the first cam 25, and the two guide wheels 254 are respectively positioned on two sides of the first cam 25 and have the same height; two guide wheels 274 are also mounted on both sides of the second elevating end 273 of the second cam 27, and the two guide wheels 274 are respectively positioned on both sides of the second cam 27 and have the same height. The guide wheels 254, 274 enable the contact between the cams 25, 27 and the lifter plate 22 to be changed to sliding contact, which is advantageous for maintaining stable interaction and reducing wear.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention, and it should be noted that several derivatives or substitutions may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and all such derivatives or substitutions should be considered as being within the scope of the invention.
