Make first belt pulley 14 anticlockwise rotation when first pivot 4 anticlockwise rotation, make second belt pulley 19 clockwise rotation through first connecting belt 15, make third pivot 16 and helical blade 17 clockwise rotation, helical blade 17 both can carry out crushing effect to the grass, also can make the grass in the collection shovel 3 convey from back to front, make the grass enter into transfer passage 13 in more conveniently then convey the railway carriage 12, when first pivot 4 stall, helical blade 17 stall.
When the second rotating shaft 11 rotates counterclockwise, the third belt pulley 20 rotates counterclockwise, the fourth belt pulley 24 rotates counterclockwise through the second connecting belt 21, the fifth rotating shaft 27 and the second bevel gear 25 rotate clockwise, the first bevel gear 23 rotates counterclockwise, the front fourth rotating shaft 28 and the pinion 30 rotate clockwise, the rear fourth rotating shaft 28 and the pinion 30 rotate counterclockwise, and the crushing blade 29 rotates to crush the grass.
After the carriage 12 is filled with grass, the carriage body 1 is manually operated to move the equipment to a place for storing the grass, the carriage body 1 is manually operated to stop moving, the large nut 42 is manually screwed to separate the large nut 42 from the screw rod 41, the screw rod 41 is taken out of the fixed block 40, the vehicle door 38 is manually pulled to open the vehicle door 38, the grass is manually pushed out, after the grass is pushed out, the vehicle door 38 is manually closed, the screw rod 41 is placed into the fixed block 40, and the large nut 42 is reset, so that the carriage 12 can be filled with the grass, and the vehicle loading capacity during each transportation is large.
The fourth pivot 28 clockwise rotation in the place ahead makes disc 31 constantly rotate, makes removal frame 32 constantly move left and right, makes connecting rod 34, connecting plate 35 and push pedal 36 constantly move left and right, makes push pedal 36 constantly move left and right can constantly push broken grass left, prevent the grass at the right part gathering of railway carriage 12, and can compress the grass, railway carriage 12 once only can load more grass like this, the grass volume after the compression diminishes, better depositing.
When the grass needs to be cleaned out of the compartment 12, after the door 38 is manually opened, the moving plate 44 is manually pulled to move leftward, the slide block 43 moves leftward in the sliding groove 45, the moving plate 44 moves out of the compartment 12, and the grass is manually unloaded again, so that the unloading is more convenient, after the unloading is finished, the moving plate 44 is manually pushed to move rightward, the slide block 43 moves rightward in the sliding groove 45, and the moving plate 44 moves into the compartment 12 to reset.
The horizontal blade 2 is conveniently detached to be polished, and the grass cutting effect is better.
