Abstract
The invention discloses a method for globally showing IT basic architecture data in a CMDB, which comprises the following steps: s1) acquiring pairwise related configuration item data in the CMDB; s2) carrying out Cartesian product operation on the incidence relation data acquired from the CMDB, and expanding to form a service topological structure by taking a service system as a source end; s3) the integrity and accuracy of the associated data are checked through built-in check rules, topology breakpoints are found and are displayed in a gathering mode. The invention provides a method for globally showing IT basic architecture data in CMDB, which comprises the steps of carrying out Cartesian product operation on CMDB association relation data to generate a complex data list, analyzing and checking through a global view, grasping an IT architecture and finding data quality problems in the IT architecture; therefore, maintenance personnel can complete the data conveniently, the data quality is improved, and a basis is provided for hardware maintenance.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an IT infrastructure display method, in particular to a method for globally displaying IT infrastructure data in a CMDB.
Background
The CMDB stores and manages various configuration information of equipment in the IT architecture of the enterprise, is closely connected with all service support and service delivery processes, supports the operation of the processes, exerts the value of the configuration information and simultaneously depends on the related processes to ensure the accuracy of data. At present, no method for globally showing all IT infrastructures exists in the market, and analysis and graphic showing are basically carried out aiming at single application.
The prior technical scheme has the following problems: the object of viewing and analyzing is a single application, lacks a global view, cannot globally grasp the IT architecture, and cannot globally discover the data quality problem existing in the IT architecture.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a method for globally showing IT infrastructure data in a CMDB, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to perfect the data, improves the data quality and provides a basis for hardware maintenance.

In the above method for globally presenting IT infrastructure data in CMDB, in step S3), the database/middleware/host must have a valid IP address and a mandatory item is set for the service system, the middleware, the software instance, the database, the host and the disk array according to the built-in check rule; if the required item in the relationship data is null, it indicates that there is a topology breakpoint, and the step S3) shows the topology breakpoint in an isolated island form.

The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an original association relationship between configuration item data in a CMDB; FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating the IT infrastructure data association relationship generated after conversion according to the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the method for globally presenting IT infrastructure data in a CMDB according to the present invention includes the following steps:
s1) acquiring pairwise related configuration item data in the CMDB;
s2) carrying out Cartesian product operation on the incidence relation data acquired from the CMDB, and expanding to form a service topological structure by taking a service system as a source end;
s3) the integrity and accuracy of the associated data are checked through built-in check rules, topology breakpoints are found and are displayed in a gathering mode.
The invention expands the relation data of two configuration items in the CMDB into the relation data between NN configuration items. FIG. 1 shows the original association relationship in CMDB, the relationship is between two. Through conversion, the association relationship in fig. 2 is generated, a relationship exists between any two configuration items in fig. 2, and if the relationship data is null, it indicates that a topology breakpoint exists.
Referring to fig. 3, the data generation of the present invention includes the following two steps:
1) and writing the data into the intermediate table based on the CMDB association relation. As the CMDB association relation data is complex to store and low in query efficiency, the relation is simplified through the middleware, and the subsequent processing is convenient.

2. the method is used for discovering hardware assets in an 'island' and providing basis for hardware maintenance;
3. the topology breakpoint problem is found through a built-in check rule and is summarized and displayed, so that maintenance personnel can perfect data conveniently, and the data quality is improved. The verification rules used in the present invention are listed below:

1. A method for globally showing IT infrastructure data in a CMDB is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1) acquiring pairwise associated configuration item data in a Configuration Management Database (CMDB);
s2) carrying out Cartesian product operation on the incidence relation data acquired from the CMDB, and expanding to form a service topological structure by taking the service system as a source end;
s3) checking the integrity and accuracy of the associated data through a built-in check rule, finding topology breakpoints, and summarizing and displaying the topology breakpoints;
said step S1) writes the data into the intermediate table based on the configuration management database CMDB association; said step S2) processing the intermediate table data to generate associated formal data in the form of cartesian product; if the relation data is null, indicating that a topology breakpoint exists;
the step S3) specifies that the database, the middleware and the host have valid IP addresses through the built-in check rule, and sets necessary items for the service system, the middleware, the software instance, the database, the host and the disk array; if the required item in the relationship data is null, it indicates that there is a topology breakpoint, and the step S3) shows the topology breakpoint in an isolated island form.
2.
