The fall regulating device is characterized in that the rotary tray inlet consists of fall guide rods 2-2-28, fall guide plates 2-2-27 and fall baffles 2-2-16 at the left end and the right end, and the fall regulating device is respectively fixed on a support plate through bolts, so that the regulation in four directions of front, back, left and right is realized, the size of the inlet is matched according to the outline dimension of materials, and the good regulating effect and the fall effect are ensured. The movable ladle supporting plate assembly 3-1-4 comprises a turnover ladle supporting plate and a turnover cylinder, wherein the turnover cylinder is arranged on the movable upright post 3-1-3 or the fixed upright post 3-1-5, one end of the turnover ladle supporting plate is hinged with the movable upright post 3-1-3 or the fixed upright post 3-1-5, a piston rod of the turnover cylinder is connected with the bottom of the turnover ladle supporting plate, and the turnover cylinder drives the turnover ladle supporting plate to turn; when each bag is just started to be packed (i.e. before the first layer or the first layers of each bag are packed), the overturning cylinder drives the overturning bag supporting plate to overturn to be horizontal to support the bottom of the bag, and after the bag is transferred into the first layer or the first layers of materials, the overturning bag supporting plate overturns to open a falling channel for yielding the bag, so that the situation that the falling distance of the materials is overlong when the materials are packed into the first layers of the bag and the arrangement of the materials in the bag is influenced is avoided.
The bag protection air cylinder assembly 3-1-2 comprises a bag protection plate and a bag protection air cylinder, wherein the bag protection air cylinder is arranged on the movable upright post 3-1-3, the bag protection plate is hinged with the movable upright post 3-1-3, a piston of the bag protection air cylinder is connected with the bag protection plate, and the bag protection air cylinder drives the bag protection plate to rotate; when the material is bagging, the bag protection air cylinder drives the bag protection plates to rotate to the two sides of the bag to protect the bag, after the bagging of each bag is completed, the jacking bag receiving component 2-4 transfers the bag to the bag sewing belt machine, the bag protection plates protect the two sides of the bag to move in place along with the bag, and after the bag protection plates are turned over and opened, the moving channel of the bag is reserved.
