本发明公开了一种装配简单的混凝土搅拌罐,包括罐体,所述的罐体由前锥、中筒、后锥相互连接组成,其特征在于:所述的中筒的内部均匀分布有多个搅拌叶片,所述的搅拌叶片以中筒的轴心为中心均匀排列,所述的搅拌叶片与轴心呈20—45度夹角。所述的搅拌叶片形状为直片状,所述的搅拌叶片形状为直片状,直片状的搅拌叶片不需要放样下料和钣金加工,通过切割裁剪均能直接加工出成品,相对于现有技术中的螺旋叶片,也更加容易焊接在罐体上。

技术领域
本发明涉及混凝土搅拌技术领域,特别是一种装配简单的混凝土搅拌罐及该搅拌罐的装配方法。
背景技术
现有技术中混凝土搅拌罐内分布有呈双螺旋形状的叶片,该种搅拌罐是由驱动装置带动罐体转动,罐体内的混凝土得到充分的搅拌,螺旋状的叶片需要焊接在罐体上,由于罐体内空间狭小,焊接难度加大,另外螺旋叶片与罐体的焊接接缝为螺旋状,无论是接缝的形状还是接缝的长度都增加了焊接的难度,在生产工艺上,螺旋叶片钣金成型工艺难度较大。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、容易焊接、装配简单的混凝土搅拌罐及该搅拌罐的装配方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种装配简单的混凝土搅拌罐,包括罐体,所述的罐体由前锥、中筒、后锥相互连接组成,其特征在于:所述的中筒的内部均匀分布有多个搅拌叶片,所述的搅拌叶片以中筒的轴心为中心均匀排列,所述的搅拌叶片与轴心呈20度——45度夹角。所述的搅拌叶片形状为直片状,直片状的搅拌叶片不需要放样下料和钣金加工,通过切割裁剪均能直接加工出成品,相对于现有技术中的螺旋叶片,也更加容易焊接在罐体上。
本发明还提供了一种混凝土搅拌罐的装配方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、在中筒上标记出搅拌叶片的焊接位置,把多个搅拌叶片依次焊接固定在中筒上;
(2)、把前锥与中筒通过固定夹具对接在一起,焊接前锥与中筒的接缝;
(3)、把后锥与中筒通过固定夹具对接在一起,焊接后锥与中筒的接缝。
该装配方法具有装配工艺简单的优点,与现有技术相比能够提高搅拌罐的装配效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对实施例进一步的说明。
如图1、图2所示,实施例1中,一种装配简单的混凝土搅拌罐,包括罐体1,所述的罐体1由前锥2、中筒3、后锥4相互连接组成。其特征在于:所述的中筒3的内部均匀分布有多个搅拌叶片5,所述的搅拌叶片5以中筒3的轴心为中心均匀排列,所述的搅拌叶片5与轴心呈20度——45度夹角,如图4所示,所述的搅拌叶片形状为直片状。
最优的技术方案是,所述的搅拌叶片5与轴心的夹角为30度。
本发明以直片状的搅拌叶片取代螺旋叶片具有焊接难度低、钣金成型工艺低的优点。
如图3所示,本发明还提供了一种混凝土搅拌罐的装配方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、在中筒3上标记出搅拌叶片5的焊接位置,把多个搅拌叶片5依次焊接固定在中筒3上;
(2)、把前锥2与中筒3通过固定夹具对接在一起,焊接前锥2与中筒3的接缝;
(3)、把后锥4与中筒3通过固定夹具对接在一起,焊接后锥4与中筒3的接缝。
这样结构的混凝土搅拌罐具有结构简单、搅拌效果好的的优点,其装配方法具有装配效率高、装配工艺简单的优点。

1.一种装配简单的混凝土搅拌罐,包括罐体,所述的罐体由前锥、中筒、后锥相互连接组成,其特征在于:所述的中筒的内部均匀分布有多个搅拌叶片,所述的搅拌叶片以中筒的轴心为中心均匀排列,所述的搅拌叶片与轴心呈20—45度夹角,所述的搅拌叶片形状为直片状。
2.一种混凝土搅拌罐的装配方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、在中筒上标记出搅拌叶片的焊接位置,把多个搅拌叶片依次焊接固定在中筒上;
(2)、把前锥与中筒通过固定夹具对接在一起,焊接前锥与中筒的接缝;
(3)、把后锥与中筒通过固定夹具对接在一起,焊接后锥与中筒的接缝。
