Abstract

本发明涉及一种弹性石墨烯EPS的制备及应用,具体地,先将弹性体球磨粉碎后,与石墨烯进行共混改性,然后挤出造粒,制成石墨烯弹性体母粒;然后将石墨烯弹性体母粒加入到由苯乙烯、羟基磷酸钙、表面活性剂、稳定剂、BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰)、发泡剂和去离子水组成的EPS体系中进行聚合反应,从而制备获得弹性石墨烯EPS产品。本发明制备的EPS产品与现有的产品相比,具有一定的弹性变形的能力,此外,该EPS价格低廉,通过添加弹性体以及石墨烯,赋予EPS轻质高强高弹性的优良品质,因此为EPS产品的应用带来巨大的潜在效益,具备广阔的前景。

Description

一种弹性石墨烯EPS及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子聚合物的制备和应用的技术领域,具体涉及一种利用石墨烯制备弹性石墨烯EPS的方法。
背景技术
聚苯乙烯泡沫(Expanded Polystyrene简称EPS)是一种轻型高分子聚合物,它是采用聚苯乙烯树脂加入发泡剂,同时加热进行软化,产生气体,形成一种硬质闭孔结构的泡沫塑料。EPS由于具有优异持久的保温隔热性、独特的缓冲抗震性、抗老化性和防去离子水性,因而在日常生活、农业、交通运输业、军事工业等许多领域得到了广泛的应用。
然而,EPS中含苯环,且分子结构不对称,使得EPS泡沫塑料整体呈一定的刚性和脆性,不具备弹性形变的能力,因此现有的EPS一般回弹性较差,在一定程度上限制了EPS在一些特定需抗冲击、需具备一定回弹力领域中的应用,比如特种包装行业,如精密仪器、军用包装材料,汽车行业中的内饰件、保险杠。
目前,石墨烯EPS材料主要是提高EPS这种传统材料的强度和保温性能等指标,还没有涉及到EPS其它性能尤其是弹性方面的提升。例如《一种油性改性石墨烯浆料及其用途》专利中制备的石墨烯EPS模塑聚苯板比国家标准强度可提高250%-280%,导热系数比032级国家标准降低13%-16%;《一种石墨烯去离子水性浆料及其制备方法》中改性石墨烯EPS模塑聚苯板强度比国家标准提高200-230%,导热系数比032级国家标准降低10-13%。
综上可知,如何研发出一种弹性较强、品质优良的EPS产品是本领域目前急需解决的技术性难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种经过改性后弹性好、质量优的EPS产品,具体内容如下:
本发明首先提供了一种弹性石墨烯EPS,各原料的重量百分比为:
弹性体:0.05%-0.5%;
石墨烯0.1%-1%;
苯乙烯:20%-50%;
羟基磷酸钙:0.5%-1%;
表面活性剂:0.02%-0.05%;
稳定剂:0.02%-0.05%;
BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰):0.5%-3%;
发泡剂:1%-5%;
去离子水:30%-75%;
各原料总量为100%。
优选地,上述弹性体为聚氨酯弹性体纤维和/或弹性橡胶;
优选地,上述石墨烯为采用化学法生产获得的石墨烯,层数在10层以下;所述化学方法为本领域技术人员所掌握的一般化学方法,例如:化学气相沉积法、外延生长法和氧化石墨还原法等,由于化学法制备的石墨烯表面有各种基团,因此可以与EPS进行聚合反应;
优选地,上述表面活性剂为聚乙烯醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚乙烯蜡、羟乙基纤维素中的一种或几种;
优选地,上述稳定剂为硫酸钠和/或亚硫酸氢钠;
优选地,上述发泡剂为戊烷。
本发明还提供了上述弹性石墨烯EPS的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)按照重量百分比称取各原料,备用;
(2)取弹性体,将其球磨粉碎至1-10μm;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的弹性体与石墨烯进行共混改性;
(4)对步骤(3)获得的混合物挤出造粒,制成石墨烯弹性体母粒;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的石墨烯弹性体母粒加入到由苯乙烯、羟基磷酸钙、表面活性剂、稳定剂、BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰)、发泡剂和去离子水组合的EPS体系中,进行聚合反应,从而制成可弹性石墨烯EPS产品。
上述步骤(5)聚合反应的具体步骤如下:
①将苯乙烯、去离子水和石墨烯弹性体母粒投入到反应釜中搅拌,时间为10-30min,速度为保持100~300r/min;
②加入羟基磷酸钙、表面活性剂、稳定剂、BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰),升温至反应釜内的物料温度升至85~95℃,聚合反应6~12小时;
③加入发泡剂继续加温,当温度升至115~130℃时,恒温保持3~8小时;
④将反应釜内的物料取出并进行过滤,得到粒状物料;
⑤洗涤干燥,即得弹性石墨烯EPS珠粒。
本发明包括以下有益效果:
本发明所提供的弹性石墨烯EPS,利用了石墨烯高比表面积的特性,通过吸附包裹一定量的弹性体,然后与EPS进行聚合,使石墨烯弹性体接枝在EPS分子链上,赋予EPS较强的弹性形变的能力;石墨烯的加入能够提高EPS的力学强度及保温性能指标,避免弹性体直接与EPS聚合而发生结釜现象。
综上,本发明所提供的弹性石墨烯EPS产品与现有的产品相比,具有一定的弹性变形的能力,此外该EPS价格低廉,通过弹性体以及石墨烯的加入,赋予EPS轻质高强高弹性的性能,因此为EPS产品的应用带来巨大的潜在效益,具备广阔的前景。
具体实施方式
下面通过几个实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式,但不对本发明的权利要求做任何限定。
实施例1
(1)按照重量百分比称取各原料,备用,具体组分如下:
聚氨酯弹性体纤维:0.05%;
石墨烯0.1%;
苯乙烯:37.81%;
羟基磷酸钙:0.5%;
聚乙烯醇:0.01%;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.01%;
硫酸钠:0.02%;
BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰):0.5%;
戊烷:1%;
去离子水:60%;
(2)取聚氨酯弹性体纤维将其球磨粉碎至10μm;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的聚氨酯弹性体纤维与石墨烯进行共混改性;
(4)对步骤(3)获得的混合物挤出造粒,制成石墨烯弹性体母粒;
(5)聚合反应:
①将苯乙烯、去离子水和步骤(4)制得的石墨烯弹性体母粒投入到反应釜中搅拌,时间为10min,速度为保持300r/min;
②加入羟基磷酸钙、聚乙烯醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、硫酸钠、BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰),升温至反应釜内的物料温度升至85℃,聚合反应12小时;
③加入戊烷继续加温,当温度升至115℃时,恒温保持8小时;
④将反应釜内的物料取出并进行过滤,得到粒状物料;
⑤洗涤干燥,即得弹性石墨烯EPS珠粒。
实施例2
(1)按照重量百分比称取各原料,备用,具体组分如下:
弹性橡胶:0.5%;
石墨烯1%;
苯乙烯:50%;
羟基磷酸钙:1%;
聚乙烯蜡:0.02%;
羟乙基纤维素:0.03%;
亚硫酸氢钠:0.05%;
BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰):3%;
戊烷:5%;
去离子水:39.4%;
(2)取弹性橡胶将其球磨粉碎至1μm;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的弹性橡胶与石墨烯进行共混改性;
(4)对步骤(3)获得的混合物挤出造粒,制成石墨烯弹性体母粒;
(5)聚合反应:
①将苯乙烯、去离子水和步骤(4)制得的石墨烯弹性体母粒投入到反应釜中搅拌,时间为30min,速度为保持100r/min;
②加入羟基磷酸钙、聚乙烯蜡、羟乙基纤维素、亚硫酸氢钠、BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰),升温至反应釜内的物料温度升至95℃,聚合反应6小时;
③加入戊烷继续加温,当温度升至130℃时,恒温保持3小时;
④将反应釜内的物料取出并进行过滤,得到粒状物料;
⑤洗涤干燥,即得弹性石墨烯EPS珠粒。
实施例3
(1)按照重量百分比称取各原料,备用,具体组分如下:
聚氨酯弹性体纤维:0.14%;
弹性橡胶:0.15%;
石墨烯0.7%;
苯乙烯:20%;
羟基磷酸钙:0.75%;
聚乙烯醇:0.01%;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.01%;
聚乙烯蜡:0.01%;
羟乙基纤维素:0.01%
硫酸钠:0.02%;
BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰):2%;
戊烷:1.2%;
去离子水:75%;
(2)取聚氨酯弹性体纤维和弹性橡胶将其球磨粉碎至5μm;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的聚氨酯弹性纤维和弹性橡胶与石墨烯进行共混改性;
(4)对步骤(3)获得的混合物挤出造粒,制成石墨烯弹性体母粒;
(5)聚合反应:
①将苯乙烯、去离子水和步骤(4)制得的石墨烯弹性体母粒投入到反应釜中搅拌,时间为20min,速度为保持200r/min;
②加入羟基磷酸钙、聚乙烯醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚乙烯蜡、羟乙基纤维素、硫酸钠、BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰),升温至反应釜内的物料温度升至90℃,聚合反应9小时;
③加入戊烷继续加温,当温度升至125℃时,恒温保持5小时;
④将反应釜内的物料取出并进行过滤,得到粒状物料;
⑤洗涤干燥,即得弹性石墨烯EPS珠粒。

Claims (9)

1.一种弹性石墨烯EPS,其特征在于,各原料的重量百分比为:
弹性体:0.05%-0.5%;
石墨烯0.1%-1%;
苯乙烯:20%-50%;
羟基磷酸钙:0.5%-1%;
表面活性剂:0.02%-0.05%;
稳定剂:0.02%-0.05%;
BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰):0.5%-3%;
发泡剂:1%-5%;
去离子水:30%-75%;
各原料总量为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性石墨烯EPS,其特征在于,各原料的重量百分比为:
弹性体:0.1%-0.4%;
石墨烯0.3%-0.8%;
苯乙烯:30%-40%;
羟基磷酸钙:0.6%-0.8%;
表面活性剂:0.02%-0.05%;
稳定剂:0.02%-0.05%;
BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰):1%-2%;
发泡剂:1%-5%;
去离子水:40%-60%;
各原料总量为100%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性石墨烯EPS,其特征在于,所述弹性体为聚氨酯弹性体纤维和/或弹性橡胶。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性石墨烯EPS,其特征在于,所述石墨烯为采用化学法生产获得的石墨烯,层数在10层以下。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性石墨烯EPS,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为聚乙烯醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚乙烯蜡、羟乙基纤维素中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性石墨烯EPS,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为硫酸钠和/或亚硫酸氢钠。
7.一种上述任一项权利要求所述的弹性石墨烯EPS的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)按照重量百分比称取各原料,备用;
(2)取弹性体,将其球磨粉碎;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的弹性体与石墨烯进行共混改性;
(4)对步骤(3)获得的混合物挤出造粒,制成石墨烯弹性体母粒;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的石墨烯弹性体母粒加入到由苯乙烯、羟基磷酸钙、表面活性剂、稳定剂、BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰)、发泡剂和去离子水组合的EPS体系中,进行聚合反应,从而制成弹性石墨烯EPS产品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中球磨粉碎至1-10μm。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中聚合反应的具体步骤为:
①将苯乙烯、去离子水和石墨烯弹性体母粒投入到反应釜中搅拌,时间为10-30min,速度为100~300r/min;
②加入羟基磷酸钙、表面活性剂、稳定剂、BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰),升温至反应釜内的物料温度升至85~95℃,聚合反应6~12小时;
③加入发泡剂继续加温,当温度升至115~130℃时,恒温保持3~8小时;
④将反应釜内的物料取出并进行过滤,得到粒状物料;
⑤洗涤干燥,即得弹性石墨烯EPS珠粒。
