Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于以能转动的方式支承高转速轴的滚子轴承的保持架。本发明还涉及带有前述保持架的滚子轴承。该保持架设置用于涡轮增压机的滚子轴承中。高转速轴指的是具有至少30000转每分钟的转速的轴。高转速轴尤其指的是涡轮增压机的主轴或动子轴。
背景技术
滚子轴承包括滚动体以及外圈和可能的内圈,在它们上分别形成滚道。滚动体在外圈与内圈之间在滚道上滚动,并且借助带有在其周向上分布的滚动体兜部的保持架彼此间隔。保持架可以在滚动体上引导或者在其中一个圈上引导,其中,在涡轮增压机中,保持架通常在外圈上引导,其中,在内圈上的引导也是可行的。涡轮增压机的特殊的运行条件对支承装置的设计提出了特别的挑战。动子轴以一定转速旋转,该转速由于其绝对大小和其波动将高负载导入到轴承中。涡轮增压机以持续改变的转速运行,其在峰值方面可以为直至300000转每分钟。此外,在涡轮增压机附近的存在直至400℃的运行温度,其影响润滑剂和所使用的原料。
由DE 10 2014 213 256 B3得出了涡轮增压机的两列式的角接触球轴承,其包含带有外圈和保持架的角接触球轴承。沿着保持架的周向布置有滚动体兜部。此外,保持架引导面仅沿着其一端延伸,该保持架引导面与外圈的内周面上的面形成一对滑动面对。保持架的轮廓借助切削方法例如通过车削制成。以此方式可以实现不同的为了避免不必要的磨损而调设的轮廓的大的带宽。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,进一步改进用于以能转动的方式支承高转速轴的滚子轴承的保持架,其中,尤其是降低了保持架的制造成本,并且缩短了保持架的制造时间。
根据本发明的用于以能转动的方式支承高转速轴(尤其是用于涡轮增压机的轴)的滚子轴承的保持架包括两个保持架圈以及多个接片和用于滚动体的兜部,其中,接片轴向地在保持架圈之间延伸,并且其中,兜部切向地布置在接片之间,此外其中,保持架由金属的原料组成并且主要以改型技术构造,其中,保持架的两个切向相邻的端部材料锁合地(stoffschlüssig)彼此连接。因此,保持架构造为焊接-弯曲保持架。保持架由型材材料通过改型、尤其是辊压制造,其中,兜部通过冲裁制造。尤其是还能想到保持架横截面的不同的造型。还能想到使用不同的滚动体,尤其是滚珠、滚针或滚柱。此外,兜部可以视需求而定地被冲裁出,其中,滚动体与保持架之间的接触面可以被压印出,由此进行冷作硬化。接片优选能非对称地构造。最后,保持架的切向相邻的两个端部通过焊接彼此连接,并且由此构造出环形的保持架。由于焊缝造成的可能的不均衡可以通过有针对性地调设兜部的构造进行补偿。

优选地,保持架的外周面至少部分地贴靠滚子轴承的外圈。保持架的外周面与滚子轴承的外圈一起构成滑动面,其用于引导保持架。
备选地或补充性地,保持架的内周面至少部分地贴靠在滚子轴承的内圈上。如果除了保持架的外周面之外保持架的内周面也至少部分地贴靠在滚子轴承的相应的圈上,则保持架的稳定性增加,然而由此还增加了摩擦力。此外,还能想到的是,保持架既不贴靠保持架的内圈,也不贴靠保持架的外圈,而是仅通过滚动体来引导。
优选地,在保持架的表面上构造有摩擦最小化和/或耐腐蚀的涂层。涂层优选构造为银涂层、CVD涂层或PVD涂层。银涂层尤其是针对保持架在相应的圈上起转(Anlaufen)时的应急运行特性而设置的。尤其是,仅在保持架与滚子轴承的相应的圈的接触面上构造有摩擦最小化的涂层。
本发明包含如下的技术教导,即,设置热处理用于保持架的微结构调整和/或硬度调整。有利地,保持架经碳氮共渗或表面硬化。尤其是,保持架由能焊接的金属原料例如C15或DC 03组成。

根据图1,用于以能转动的方式支承(在此未示出的)高转速轴的根据本发明的滚子轴承2具有外圈6和内圈7以及径向地布置在外圈6与内圈之间的滚动体10的列。滚子轴承2在此设置用于以能转动的方式支承涡轮增压机的轴。此外,滚子轴承2还包括保持架1,其设置用于引导滚动体10。保持架1的外周面部分地抵靠在滚子轴承2的外圈6上。保持架1的外周面部分球形地构造,以便使外圈6与保持架1之间的接触面最小化。
