本发明设计的一种竹红菌乙素的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:(1)将中药材竹黄干燥、粉碎,装入提取容器内;(2)用有机溶剂回流提取2‑4次,合并提取液,回收有机溶剂并浓缩至适量;(3)将浓缩液冷冻结晶出竹红菌乙素。本发明所得到的竹红菌乙素的制备方法,工艺简单,既环保又降低了成本。同时此方法简便快速,纯度高,质量好,达到了良好的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中草药成份的提取制备方法,尤其是竹红菌乙素的制备方法。
背景技术
竹红菌乙素通常通过中药材竹黄中进行提取。现有技术中,提取竹红菌乙素的工艺复杂、有效成分损失大,提取得率较低,成本较高,而且很大程度上浪费了中药材资源。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种环保且成本低廉的竹红菌乙素的制备方法。
本发明设计的一种竹红菌乙素的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将中药材竹黄干燥、粉碎,装入提取容器内;
(2)用有机溶剂回流提取2-4次,合并提取液,回收有机溶剂并浓缩至适量;
(3)将浓缩液冷冻结晶出竹红菌乙素。
作为优选,步骤(2)中所采用的提取用有机溶剂可以是乙醇。
作为优选,步骤(2)中回流提取的次数为2次;
作为优选, 步骤(2)中所采用的有机溶剂为乙醇,且其浓度为30%。
与现有技术相比,本发明所得到的竹红菌乙素的制备方法,工艺简单,既环保又降低了成本。同时此方法简便快速,纯度高,质量好,达到了良好的效果。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
本发明所设计的一种竹红菌乙素的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将中药材竹黄干燥、粉碎,装入提取容器内;
(2)用纯乙醇回流提取2次,合并提取液,回收乙醇并浓缩至适量;
(3)将浓缩液冷冻结晶出竹红菌乙素。
实施例2
本发明所设计的一种竹红菌乙素的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将中药材竹黄干燥、粉碎,装入提取容器内;
(2)用30%的乙醇回流提取2次,合并提取液,回收乙醇并浓缩至适量;
(3)将浓缩液冷冻结晶出竹红菌乙素。

1.一种竹红菌乙素的制备方法,其特征在于制备方法具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将中药材竹黄干燥、粉碎,装入提取容器内;
(2)用有机溶剂回流提取2-4次,合并提取液,回收有机溶剂并浓缩至适量;
(3)将浓缩液冷冻结晶出竹红菌乙素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的竹红菌乙素的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中提取用的有机溶剂是乙醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的竹红菌乙素的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中回流提取的次数为2次;
根据权利要求2所述的黄华碱的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中乙醇的浓度为30%。
