Abstract
The application provides an anti-overflow anti-sticking connector and a splicing method for reel printed matters, which relate to the field of auxiliary products for production of reel printed matters, and the quality of reel products and the stability of subsequent procedures are ensured by preventing connectors from overflowing adhesive under extrusion through the change of the connector structure of reel products and the improvement of a connector splicing method, so that the production efficiency is improved to a certain extent; meanwhile, the method shortens the time for operating the joint and is suitable for online operation. The application solves the problems in the traditional printing industry with lower cost through the simple structure layer arrangement, improves the quality of the reel printed matter, is beneficial to the smooth subsequent processing of the reel printed matter, particularly the reel cigarette label, and has basically no change to the existing working procedure and lower use cost.

It can be seen that the existing reel product joint focuses on ensuring the firmness, thinness and thinness of the joint and being convenient for identification, but the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape at the joint is extruded and overflowed when the adhesive tape is extruded after the reel product is wound for many times, so that the defects of pollution, mutual adhesion and the like are not involved, and no good solution is proposed.

a. trimming two tearing openings of the reel printed matter after defect parts are removed, so that the formed butt joint openings of the front splicing part 1 and the rear splicing part 2 are flat and smooth;
b. selecting an adhesive tape with a color larger than the main color of the reel printed matter, wherein the width of the adhesive tape can completely cover the joint, the thickness of the adhesive tape does not exceed the thickness of the reel printed matter, and cutting the adhesive tape into small sections consistent with the width of the reel printed matter;
c. selecting a light material with uniformly distributed micropores and cilia structures, cutting into two thin strips with the width of 1-2mm and the length consistent with that of the adhesive tape in the step b, respectively adhering the two thin strips on the left side and the right side of the adhesive tape adhesive surface, and aligning the two thin strips with the edges to prepare an adhesive layer 3;
d. the bonding layer 3 is covered on the opposite interfaces of the front splicing part 1 and the rear splicing part 2, the interfaces are positioned at the middle position of the bonding layer 3, and the bonding is completed after the bonding layer 3 is pressed.

The splicing method of the anti-overflow anti-sticking connector of the reel printed matter is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
a. trimming two tearing openings of the reel printed matter after defect parts are removed, so that the formed butt joint openings of the front splicing part 1 and the rear splicing part 2 are flat and smooth;
b. selecting an adhesive tape with a color larger than the main color of the reel printed matter, wherein the width of the adhesive tape can completely cover the joint, selecting 0.8cm, and cutting the adhesive tape into small sections with the same width as the reel printed matter, wherein the thickness of the adhesive tape is 50% of the thickness of the reel printed matter;
c. selecting a light material with uniformly distributed micropores and cilia structures, cutting into two thin strips with the width of 1mm and the length consistent with that of the adhesive tape in the step b, respectively adhering the two thin strips on the left side and the right side of the adhesive tape adhesive surface, and aligning the two thin strips with the edges to prepare an adhesive layer 3;
d. the bonding layer 3 is covered on the opposite interfaces of the front splicing part 1 and the rear splicing part 2, the interfaces are positioned at the middle position of the bonding layer 3, and the bonding is completed after the bonding layer 3 is pressed.

The splicing method of the anti-overflow anti-sticking connector of the reel printed matter is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
a. trimming two tearing openings of the reel printed matter after defect parts are removed, so that the formed butt joint openings of the front splicing part 1 and the rear splicing part 2 are flat and smooth;
b. selecting an adhesive tape with a color larger than the main color of the reel printed matter, wherein the width of the adhesive tape can completely cover the joint, selecting 1.0cm, and cutting the adhesive tape into small sections with the same width as the reel printed matter, wherein the thickness of the adhesive tape is 70% of the thickness of the reel printed matter;
c. selecting a light material with uniformly distributed micropores and cilia structures, cutting the light material into two thin strips with the width of 2mm and the length consistent with that of the adhesive tape in the step b, respectively adhering the two thin strips on the left side and the right side of the adhesive tape adhesive surface, and aligning the two thin strips with the edges to prepare an adhesive layer 3;
d. covering the bonding layer 3 on the opposite interfaces of the front splicing part 1 and the rear splicing part 2, wherein the interfaces are positioned at the middle position of the bonding layer 3, and tightly bonding the two after pressing to finish splicing;
e. after the front surface is bonded according to the above steps, the back surface is bonded according to the same steps, and the back surface bonding layer 3 is arranged to be completely identical to the front surface and corresponds to the front surface.

b. selecting an adhesive tape with a color larger than that of the main color of the reel printed matter, wherein the width of the adhesive tape can completely cover the joint, the thickness of the adhesive tape does not exceed that of the reel printed matter, and cutting the adhesive tape into small sections consistent with the width of the reel printed matter;
c. selecting a light material with uniformly distributed micropores and cilia structures, cutting into two thin strips with the width of 1-2mm and the length consistent with that of the adhesive tape in the step b, respectively adhering the two thin strips on the left side and the right side of the adhesive tape adhesive surface, and aligning the two thin strips with the edges to prepare an adhesive layer (3);
d. the bonding layer (3) is covered on the butt joint of the front splicing part (1) and the rear splicing part (2), the joint is positioned at the middle position of the bonding layer (3), and the bonding is completed by tightly bonding the front splicing part and the rear splicing part after pressing.
