Description

Method for preventing virus disease of momordica grosvenori
Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of planting, and particularly relates to a method for preventing virus diseases of momordica grosvenori.
Background
Momordica grosvenori, the fruit of perennial vine plants of the Cucurbitaceae family, is known as "immortal fruit" by people, and its leaf heart shape, male and female heteroplant, blossoming in summer and fruiting in autumn. The fruits of the traditional Chinese medicine are used as medicines, contain medicinal components such as mogrosides, various amino acids, vitamins and the like, and have high nutritive value.
The momordica grosvenori is extremely vulnerable to virus diseases during planting. The virus diseases can cause the leaves of the momordica grosvenori tree to be chlorosis, mottle and malformed, the growth is slow, the fruits cannot bear fruits, even if the fruits bear the fruits, the fruits are small or malformed, the fruits are easy to burst, and the yield is seriously influenced. Viral diseases are caused by infection with mosaic virus, which is transmitted by leaf and branch rubbing and aphids.
The incidence rate of the siraitia grosvenorii virus disease is very high and can reach 60% -100%. The current preventive measures mainly comprise: the reinforcement of orchard management can discover diseased momordica grosvenori as early as possible, and reasonable fertilization and irrigation can improve the immunity of momordica grosvenori trees. However, the orchard management is strengthened by using large manpower and material resources, and the orchard management is also easy to neglect, and the incidence rate of the momordica grosvenori virus diseases is high and random, so that the measures are difficult to prevent the momordica grosvenori from infecting the virus diseases; reasonable fertilization and irrigation are carried out to improve the immunity of the momordica grosvenori trees, so that the improvement of the disease resistance is limited, the spreading speed of the momordica grosvenori virus diseases through aphids is high, the spreading speed of the virus diseases among the momordica grosvenori trees cannot be reduced through reasonable fertilization and irrigation, and the attack of one momordica grosvenori tree can spread to the surrounding fruit trees quickly.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments shown in the embodiments of the present application are clearly and completely described below.
The pathogeny of the momordica grosvenori virus disease is mainly mosaic virus and fern leaf virus. Onset symptoms: leaves of the damaged plants begin to show yellow-green alternative flower leaves and mottled, the growth is slow, when the leaves are serious, the leaves are deformed and lobules and the like, the mesophyll is thick, the branches and stalks become thick, the leaves are gradually yellowed, the fruit bearing of the damaged plants is obviously reduced, and even the growth is stopped; the disease has the characteristics that: the disease is easy to be infected in high-temperature rainy seasons, the propagation speed is extremely high, the color of leaves is faded in the early stage of the disease, the leaves are more convex and uneven, and when the disease is serious, fruits can crack, deform, have poor quality and even can not bloom and bear fruits; the transmission path is as follows: the disease can be transmitted through wind and rain, mechanical injury, insects, manual operation and other ways, wherein the insect transmission is mainly used, and the insect vector is mainly aphid.
The application provides a method for preventing grosvenor momordica virus disease, comprising the following steps: planting a tropaeolum plant around the momordica grosvenori plant, wherein the growth habit of the momordica grosvenori is as follows: the momordica grosvenori is distributed in Guangxi, Guangdong, Hunan and other provinces in the south of China, is distributed under subtropical mountain slopes with the elevation of 300 + 1400 m, and in riverside wet sections or shrubs, and has certain requirements on environmental conditions in long-term individual development. Fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii is pleasant to shade, has large day and night temperature difference, and has long frostless period. The vine does not resist high temperature, the vine can grow rapidly at the temperature of 22-28 ℃, the plant grows badly at the temperature of higher than 34 ℃, and the plant stops growing at the temperature of lower than 15 ℃. Specifically, humidity: the momordica grosvenori is wet in temperature, does not resist high temperature and is comfortable and cool in an environment with large day and night temperature difference; illumination: the light is favored but not resistant to strong light, and the development requirement can be met by the illumination of 7-8 hours every day; moisture content: the branches and leaves of the momordica grosvenori are flourishing, the plant nutrition area is large, the flowering phase and the fruiting time are long, and a large amount of water needs to be absorbed from soil; the Momordica grosvenori has low requirement on soil, and is suitable for yellow soil and black soil except sandy soil and clay, especially for soil containing deep humus.
The eclipta alba is a perennial trailing slightly fleshy herbaceous plant of eclipta of ecliptaceae, is a climbing plant of 1 year or more, has a plant height of 30cm-70cm, grows singly or forms 2-3 pieces of cauliflower into a cluster, has purplish red, red tangerine, yellow creamy yellow and the like in the flower color, has pungent smell, is relatively choked by people, is not liked by aphids, and has certain aphid expelling effect in the smell of the eclipta alba.
Tropaeolum is fond of warm and climatic climate and is not able to endure cold and hot summer. The suitable temperature is 18 to 24 ℃. Can tolerate 0 deg.C warm and humid conditions in a short period, and the overwintering temperature is above 10 deg.C. It is not easy to bloom at high temperature in summer, and growth above 35 deg.C is inhibited. Sufficient illumination is needed in winter, spring and autumn, and burning sun and solarization are forbidden in summer.
Interplanting tropaeolum majus in a siraitia grosvenorii planting area specifically comprises the following steps: the plant distance between the tropaeolum plants and the momordica grosvenori plants is 50-70cm, and the growth speed of the tropaeolum and the momordica grosvenori is hardly influenced under the distance, so that the momordica grosvenori and the tropaeolum can grow smoothly; the plant spacing between the tropaeolum plants and the tropaeolum plants is 25-35cm, the distance between the tropaeolum plants is reasonable and the density is moderate, the tropaeolum can grow rapidly, and the tropaeolum plants are strong, so that the tropaeolum flowers more and the emitted smell is strong; the plant distance between the long momordica grosvenori plants and the momordica grosvenori plants is 250cm, and the momordica grosvenori plants are strong and have more fruits under the density.
Furthermore, in the same ridge, the momordica grosvenori plants and the tropaeolum plants are planted at intervals, namely the tropaeolum plants are planted between two adjacent momordica grosvenori plants in the same ridge, more specifically, a middle zone is arranged between the two adjacent momordica grosvenori plants, the distances between the middle zone and the momordica grosvenori plants on the two sides are equal and are 50-70cm, and the tropaeolum is planted in the middle zone; or, in the same ridge, one side of the same ridge is completely planted with the momordica grosvenori plant, and the other side of the same ridge is completely planted with the tropaeolum plant, namely the tropaeolum is planted on the left side or the right side of the momordica grosvenori, and in the planting mode, as the tropaeolum is not shielded by the momordica grosvenori plant, the smell is dispersed farther, and the effect of attracting beneficial insects such as aphid, ladybug and the like is good; or, in two ridges, one ridge is completely planted with the tropaeolum plants, the other ridge is completely planted with the momordica grosvenori plants, namely the ridge for planting the momordica grosvenori plants and the ridge for planting the tropaeolum plants are alternately planted, the ridge for planting the momordica grosvenori in one step is wider than the ridge for planting the tropaeolum, specifically, the big ridge and the small ridge are alternately planted, the big ridge is 200cm wide, the small ridge is 80cm wide, the momordica grosvenori is planted in the big ridge, and the tropaeolum is planted in the small ridge.
Furthermore, the Momordica grosvenori plant seedlings are planted at the preset positions around the Tropaeolum majus plants, namely the Tropaeolum majus plants are planted on ridges, planting positions are reserved for the Momordica grosvenori plants according to the plant spacing positions, and the Tropaeolum majus plants are planted around the Momordica grosvenori in such a way, so that the Tropaeolum majus plants are the largest in density, the emitted odor is the largest, the coverage range is the largest, the aphid repelling effect is the best, and beneficial insects such as aphid bees and ladybug are attracted and eaten the best.
Further, sowing the tropaeolum in the shed in late 11 or early 12 months, and keeping the temperature in the shed at 15-18 ℃ to obtain the tropaeolum plant seedlings; transplanting the seedlings of the Momordica grosvenori plants into ridges when transplanting the seedlings of the Momordica grosvenori plants in the last 3 or 4 months of the next year. The method is characterized in that the drynaria is sown in the shed, so that the florescence of the drynaria is in Wujue and the aphid outbreak period of the momordica grosvenori is also in Wujue, and therefore the planting mode can ensure that the drynaria can achieve the best effect of expelling aphids and attracting beneficial insects such as aphid bees and ladybug insects in Wujue.
Further, before transplanting the seedlings of the siraitia grosvenorii plants and the seedlings of the tropaeolum majus plants, the method comprises the following steps: digging a siraitia grosvenorii planting pit on a ridge, and applying 5-8 kg of decomposed manure in the siraitia grosvenorii planting pit; a tropaeolum planting pit is dug at the periphery of the siraitia grosvenorii planting pit, and 1-2 kg of decomposed manure is applied in the tropaeolum planting pit. The decomposed manure is fluffy and has high nutrients, which is beneficial to the quick survival of the transplanted seedlings. The drought globeflower needs a fluffy soil environment, soil hardening can cause slow growth and short plants of the globeflower, so the decomposed manure ensures the fluffy degree of the soil, is beneficial to the growth of the globeflower plants, is also beneficial to the growth of the grosvener siraitia plants, and ensures nutrients required by the growth of the early-stage grosvener siraitia plants and the growth of the globeflower plants.
Further, when the plant of the fructus momordicae grows to 1 meter, spraying the mixed liquid medicine of moroxydine hydrochloride and the atrazine once every 10 to 15 days for 2 to 3 times. When the momordica grosvenori is planted at the bottom of March and in the beginning of the first quarter of the third month, the momordica grosvenori can grow to 1 meter, and virus diseases are easy to break out of the momordica grosvenori at the moment, so that the moroxydine hydrochloride can inhibit or destroy the formation of nucleic acid and lipoprotein, the virus replication process is prevented, and the virus diseases are prevented and treated, wherein 63-84 g of the moroxydine hydrochloride is sprayed to 50-70 kg of water, and the moroxydine hydrochloride is generally sprayed for 2-3 times. The main component of Altailing, 6% oligose and catenin, is activating protein extracted from Alternaria tenuissima, and can combine with receptor protein on plant cell membrane to cause a series of related enzyme activities in plant body, activate plant resistance system and improve self disease resistance, thus playing a role in resisting diseases and insects. The mixed solution of the two medicines can also be sprayed on the tropaeolum plants, and the antiviral ability of the tropaeolum can also be improved. Meanwhile, May is also the outbreak season of aphids, and the dryland golden lotus has the effects of expelling aphids and attracting beneficial insects such as aphid feeding bees and ladybirds, so that the transmission medium can be eliminated without spraying insecticides.
Furthermore, the mixed liquid medicine contains the trace element foliar fertilizer, so that the trace element foliar fertilizer can supplement the deficiency of trace elements in soil, promote metabolism, benefit plant health, promote fruit development, improve fruit peel hardness, prevent abnormal fruits and fruit cracking, increase color and luster, prolong the preservation period, accelerate sugar conversion, improve sweetness and improve fruit quality. Therefore, the trace element foliar fertilizer can also improve the disease resistance of the momordica grosvenori.
The eclipta alba is planted around the momordica grosvenori according to the method, the volatile smell of the eclipta alba can drive aphids, whiteflies, cucumber beetles and other pests on the one hand, and beneficial insects fed by aphids such as aphid bees and ladybirds on the other hand, namely, the smell of the eclipta alba can drive transmission media, the attracted beneficial insects can kill the transmission media, and the transmission of momordica grosvenori virus diseases mainly passes through the aphids, so that the momordica grosvenori virus diseases are difficult to transmit among fruit trees, and the purpose of preventing the momordica grosvenori from infecting the virus diseases is achieved.
