聚酯纤维是合成纤维中产量最大、用途最广的纤维品种,商品名叫涤纶,它的强力、耐磨性、回弹性和尺寸稳定性均能较好满足各种最终用途的需要,但聚酯纤维是一种典型的疏水性纤维,吸湿率只有0.4%,作为贴身服用材料,它的穿着舒适性很差,尤其当人体出汗时它排汗困难,给人闷热不适的感觉,同时,聚酯纤维吸湿性很差,也给织造带来一系列问题,如易积聚静电、易吸灰尘,去除油污渍难等,现有的加工方式会耗费较多的成本,同时也会增加工人的工作负担。

S1、选料:选择聚酯塑料为主原料,再配合纳米级助剂,其中主原料与纳米级助剂的重量比为100:2;上述纳米级助剂是由以下重量份数的组分制成:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份、硬脂酸钙10份、硬脂酸镁2份、硬脂酸锌2份、抗氧剂2份、二氧化钛2份、纳米级陶粒粉5份、氧化锑1份、氧化铁1份、紫外线吸收剂UV-P2份、石墨烯微片1份、聚乙烯二醇2份、纳米碳化硼2份;
S2、干燥:对主原料进行结晶干燥,目的是除去原料中的水分和提高原料的软化点,采用脱湿干空气进行干燥,提高干燥效果;
S3、过滤:将主原料与纳米级助剂混合,在300℃的高温下将原料由固态变为液态,经过高压螺杆挤压机将熔体送至过滤器进行过滤;
S4、混合:将过滤后的熔体进一步混合均匀,使其粘度一致,增强可纺性,然后经纺丝组件将熔体喷出(纺丝组件可根据需求采用不同规格、不同孔径及异形喷丝板),再将纺丝喷出的丝束卷绕成筒,再拉成聚酯纤维丝,将聚酯纤维丝采用常规方法制备成布料;
S5、喷涂:在布料的表面喷涂水性涂料,然后将布料经过加酸进行水洗,水洗温度为20~35℃,用布条对其表面进行擦拭,将皮布料表层凸起的涂料洗去,将布料放入烘箱进行一次烘干,烘干时间为10~15min,烘干温度为90~140℃;
S6、二次烘干:对水洗后的布料表面涂抹一层保护液,然后再将皮胚放入烘箱进行二次烘干,烘干温度为80~110℃,烘干时间为3~8min,得到基础的水洗皮层;
S7、裁剪:得到的布料进行整形裁剪得到服装面料。

S1、选料:选择聚酯塑料为主原料,再配合纳米级助剂,其中主原料与纳米级助剂的重量比为100:2;上述纳米级助剂是由以下重量份数的组分制成:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份、硬脂酸钙10份、硬脂酸镁2份、硬脂酸锌2份、抗氧剂2份、二氧化钛2份、纳米级陶粒粉5份、氧化锑1份、氧化铁1份、紫外线吸收剂UV-P2份、石墨烯微片1份、聚乙烯二醇2份、纳米碳化硼2份;
S2、干燥:对主原料进行结晶干燥,目的是除去原料中的水分和提高原料的软化点,采用脱湿干空气进行干燥,提高干燥效果;
S3、过滤:将主原料与纳米级助剂混合,在300℃的高温下将原料由固态变为液态,经过高压螺杆挤压机将熔体送至过滤器进行过滤;
S4、混合:将过滤后的熔体进一步混合均匀,使其粘度一致,增强可纺性,然后经纺丝组件将熔体喷出(纺丝组件可根据需求采用不同规格、不同孔径及异形喷丝板),再将纺丝喷出的丝束卷绕成筒,再拉成聚酯纤维丝,将聚酯纤维丝采用常规方法制备成布料;
S5、喷涂:在布料的表面喷涂水性涂料,然后将布料经过加酸进行水洗,水洗温度为20~35℃,用布条对其表面进行擦拭,将皮布料表层凸起的涂料洗去,将布料放入烘箱进行一次烘干,烘干时间为10~15min,烘干温度为90~140℃;
S6、二次烘干:对水洗后的布料表面涂抹一层保护液,然后再将皮胚放入烘箱进行二次烘干,烘干温度为100℃,烘干时间为3~8min,得到基础的水洗皮层;
S7、裁剪:得到的布料进行整形裁剪得到服装面料。
实施例四
本发明还公开了一种经济实用的服装面料的加工方法,具体包括以下步骤:

Claims (2)

1.一种经济实用的服装面料,其特征在于:其原料按重量比份包括:由下述重量份纤维混纺织造而成:30-50份棉纤维、20-40份莫代尔纤维、10-20份醋酯纤维、10-30份甲壳素纤维、5-10份涤纶、5-15份氨纶和10-15份腈纶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种经济实用的服装面料的加工方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
S1、选料:选择聚酯塑料为主原料,再配合纳米级助剂,其中主原料与纳米级助剂的重量比为100:2;上述纳米级助剂是由以下重量份数的组分制成:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10份、硬脂酸钙10份、硬脂酸镁2份、硬脂酸锌2份、抗氧剂2份、二氧化钛2份、纳米级陶粒粉5份、氧化锑1份、氧化铁1份、紫外线吸收剂UV-P2份、石墨烯微片1份、聚乙烯二醇2份、纳米碳化硼2份;
