本发明公开一种具有隔热功能复合型防腐隔热金属板加工工艺,其步骤如下:a.配制好隔热材料;b.释放基材膜,并通过喷涂的方式,在基材膜上涂覆一层隔热涂料;c.对基材膜上的隔热涂料进行烘干处理;d.从金属卷板放卷装置释放出金属板材,对金属板预先涂敷上粘合剂,然后把带隔热涂料的基材膜覆盖在涂敷有粘合剂的金属板表面,实现复合成型;f.对复合后所得到的复合板进行分切;e.基材膜材质可为PVC、ASA、PMMA、PVDF及铝箔复合膜等,采用本技术方案后,采用专属的加工工艺以及加工设备,实现对金属板的在线即时复合生产,提高生产效率,得到隔热效果非常优异的薄型防腐隔热复合板。

具有防腐隔热功能复合型隔热金属板加工工艺以及设备
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种具有防腐隔热功能复合型隔热板加工工艺以及设备。
背景技术:
目前部分建筑中使用的传统彩钢瓦都是单层结构的,具体地说,这些建筑瓦件都是通过彩钢金属板压制成型的,单层使用隔热性能非常差,严重影响对建筑物内部降温效果。
为了降低建筑物内部温度,在安装这些彩钢瓦时,都必须在底层增加一层隔热材料,一般这类隔热材料为泡沫板或者隔热海绵,这些隔热材料都非常厚,安装成本高,施工复杂,部分隔热材料还有防火、环境方面的问题。现缺乏一种加工薄型的复合隔热瓦专用的防腐隔热金属板工艺及设备。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种采用隔热涂料复合生产防腐隔热金属板的工艺方法以及复合专用设备。
本发明的发明目的可以通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种具有隔热功能复合型防腐隔热金属板加工工艺,其步骤如下:
a.配制好隔热材料;
b.释放基材膜,并通过喷涂的方式,在基材膜上涂覆一层隔热涂料;
c.对基材膜上的隔热涂料进行烘干处理;
d.从金属卷板放卷装置释放出金属板材,对金属板预先涂敷上粘合剂,然后把带隔热涂料的基材膜覆盖在涂敷有粘合剂的金属板表面,实现复合成型;
f.对复合后所得到的复合板进行分切。
e.基材膜材质可为PVC、ASA、PMMA、PVDF及铝箔复合膜等
执行上述加工工艺的复合型隔热金属板加工设备,包括有金属卷板放卷装置、展平装置、输送装置、金属板除油-风干装置、上胶涂敷-预加热装置、及复合压制装置,在复合压制装置上方设有基材膜释放辊,基材膜释放辊的后方设有基材膜输送辊组,在基材膜释放辊和基材膜输送辊组之间设有隔热材料涂覆装置,基材膜输送辊组后方设有隔热材料烘干用的加热烘干区,加热烘干区后方设有沿复合压制装置入口方向的导向辊组,在复合压制装置内设有复合辊对。
采用本技术方案后,与现有技术相比,本技术方案具有以下优点:采用专属的加工工艺以及加工设备,实现对金属板的在线即时复合生产,提高生产效率,得到隔热效果非常优异的薄型防腐隔热复合板。

下面结合附图对本技术作进一步说明。
本实施例的一种具有隔热功能复合型防腐隔热金属板加工工艺,其步骤如下:
a.配制好隔热材料;
b.释放基材膜,并通过喷涂的方式,在基材膜上涂覆一层隔热涂料;
c.对基材膜上的隔热涂料进行烘干处理;
d.从金属卷板放卷装置释放出金属板材,对金属板预先涂敷上粘合剂,然后把带隔热涂料的基材膜覆盖在涂敷有粘合剂的金属板表面,实现复合成型;
f.对复合后所得到的复合板进行分切。
e.基材膜材质可为PVC、ASA、PMMA、PVDF及铝箔复合膜等
执行上述加工工艺的复合型隔热金属板加工设备,包括有金属卷板放卷装置1、展平装置2、输送装置3、金属板除油-风干装置4、上胶涂敷-预加热装置5、及复合压制装置6,在复合压制装置6上方设有基材膜释放辊7,基材膜释放辊7的后方设有基材膜输送辊组8,在基材膜释放辊7和基材膜输送辊组8之间设有隔热材料涂覆装置9,基材膜输送辊组8后方设有隔热材料烘干用的加热烘干区10,加热烘干区10后方设有沿复合压制装置6入口方向的导向辊组11,在复合压制装置6内设有复合辊对12,在复合压制装置6的后方设置有分切装置13。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有防腐隔热功能复合型隔热金属板加工工艺,其步骤如下:
a.配制好隔热材料;
b.释放基材膜,并通过喷涂的方式,在基材膜上涂覆一层隔热涂料;
c.对基材膜上的隔热涂料进行烘干处理;
d.从金属卷板放卷装置释放出金属板材,对金属板预先涂敷上粘合剂,然后把带隔热涂料的基材膜覆盖在涂敷有粘合剂的金属板表面,实现复合成型;
f.对复合后所得到的复合板进行分切。
e.基材膜材质可为PVC、ASA、PMMA、PVDF及铝箔复合膜等。
2.执行上述权利要求1所述加工工艺的复合型隔热金属板加工设备,其特征在于:包括有金属卷板放卷装置、展平装置、输送装置、金属板除油-风干装置、上胶涂敷-预加热装置、及复合压制装置,在复合压制装置上方设有基材膜释放辊,基材膜释放辊的后方设有基材膜输送辊组,在基材膜释放辊和基材膜输送辊组之间设有隔热材料涂覆装置,基材膜输送辊组后方设有隔热材料烘干用的加热烘干区,加热烘干区后方设有沿复合压制装置入口方向的导向辊组,在复合压制装置内设有复合辊对。
