本发明涉及一种Dynamic螺钉,包括万向钉,外座,以及中间体;其中所述球状部连接在所述螺纹部的端部;所述中间体容纳部形成在所述冠状部的内部,所述冠状部的端部设置有所述多个凸起部,所述多个凸起部分别设置有钩部;两个夹持部连接所述***部,所述球状部容纳部形成在所述***部内部;所述两个夹持部形成夹持固定杆的夹持空间;所述中间体设置在所述外座的所述中间体容纳部内;所述万向钉的球状部设置在所述***部的球状部容纳部内;所述万向钉的球状部可在所述球状部容纳部内转动,从而调节所述万向钉的固定角度;本发明的Dynamic螺钉采用万向钉调节固定角度,零扭矩,固定更简洁,方便调节,更高效,更短的手术时间。

一种动态螺钉
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及到一种用于骨折手术的动态(Dynamic)螺钉。
背景技术
传统钉棒固定形式如图1所示,结构比较复杂,固定较繁琐,造成手术时间较长;固定杆上有轮廓,切迹较高,需要折断,会造成毛刺损伤组织。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,拆卸方便快速的Dynamic螺钉。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种Dynamic螺钉,包括万向钉,外座,以及中间体;其中所述万向钉包括螺纹部,球状部;所述球状部连接在所述螺纹部的端部;
所述外座包括冠状部,中间体容纳部,以及多个凸起部;所述中间体容纳部形成在所述冠状部的内部,所述冠状部的端部设置有所述多个凸起部,所述多个凸起部分别设置有钩部;
所述中间体包括***部,球状部容纳部以及两个夹持部;两个夹持部连接所述***部,所述球状部容纳部形成在所述***部内部;所述两个夹持部形成夹持固定杆的夹持空间;
所述中间体设置在所述外座的所述中间体容纳部内;所述万向钉的球状部设置在所述***部的球状部容纳部内;所述万向钉的球状部可在所述球状部容纳部内转动,从而调节所述万向钉的固定角度。
进一步的,所述***部的外周表面设置有沿轴向的多个第一缝隙、以及多个第二缝隙;所述第一缝隙从所述***部的与所述夹持部相连接一端的相反的另一端起始,并沿轴向延伸,未延伸到所述***部的与所述夹持部相连接一端;所述第二缝隙从所述***部的与所述夹持部相连接一端起始,并沿轴向延伸,未延伸到所述***部的与所述夹持部相连接一端的相反的另一端。
进一步的,所述第二缝隙有两个,并且与所述夹持空间连通。
进一步的,两个所述万向钉的进钉点形成一个角度A。
进一步的,所述角度A优选为锐角。
同现有技术相比,本发明的特点和进步如下:
1、本发明的Dynamic螺钉采用万向钉调节固定角度,零扭矩,固定更简洁,方便调节,更高效,更短的手术时间。
2、本发明的固定杆上无任何轮廓,单体做到超低切迹,无需折断,故不存在断后毛刺损伤组织问题。
3、本发明的Dynamic螺钉革命性设计让***具有动态校正的能力,同时满足快速拆卸。
4、本发明的Dynamic螺钉能够分段或全脊椎脱位实现轴向平面校正,适应解决复杂矫形手术,配合固定钉兼容解决传统骨折手术。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图2-3所示,一种Dynamic螺钉2,包括万向钉21,外座22,以及中间体23;其中万向钉21包括螺纹部211,球状部212;球状部212连接在螺纹部211的端部;
外座22包括冠状部221,中间体容纳部222,以及多个凸起部223;容纳部222形成在冠状部221的内部,冠状部221的端部设置有所述多个凸起部223,多个凸起部223分别设置有钩部224;
中间体23包括***部231,球状部容纳部235以及两个夹持部232;夹持部232连接在***部231,球状部容纳部235形成在***部231内部;两个夹持部232形成夹持固定杆1的夹持空间;
中间体23设置在外座22的中间体容纳部222内;万向钉21的球状部212设置在***部231的球状部容纳部235内;万向钉21的球状部212可在球状部容纳部235内转动,从而调节万向钉21的固定角度。采用万向钉21调节固定角度,零扭矩,固定更简洁,方便调节,更高效,更短的手术时间;Dynamic螺钉革命性设计让***具有动态校正的能力,同时满足快速拆卸。
采用Dynamic螺钉,固定杆1上无任何轮廓,单体做到超低切迹,无需折断,故不存在断后毛刺损伤组织问题。
***部231的外周表面设置有沿轴向的多个第一缝隙233、以及多个第二缝隙234;第一缝隙233从***部231的与夹持部232相连接一端的相反的另一端起始,并沿轴向延伸,未延伸到***部231的与夹持部232相连接一端;第二缝隙234从***部231的与夹持部232相连接一端起始,并沿轴向延伸,未延伸到***部231的与夹持部232相连接一端的相反的另一端;第二缝隙234有两个,并且与夹持空间连通。
如图4所示,两个万向钉21的进钉点3形成一个角度A ,角度A优选为锐角。
但是,本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对以上所述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本发明的权利要求书范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种Dynamic螺钉(2),其特征在于,包括万向钉(21),外座(22),以及中间体(23);其中所述万向钉(21)包括螺纹部(211),球状部(212);所述球状部(212)连接在所述螺纹部(211)的端部;
所述外座(22)包括冠状部(221),中间体容纳部(222),以及多个凸起部(223);所述中间体容纳部(222)形成在所述冠状部(221)的内部,所述冠状部(221)的端部设置有所述多个凸起部(223),所述多个凸起部(223)分别设置有钩部(224);
所述中间体(23)包括***部(231),球状部容纳部(235)以及两个夹持部(232);两个夹持部(232)连接所述***部(231),所述球状部容纳部(235)形成在所述***部(231)内部;所述两个夹持部(232)形成夹持固定杆(1)的夹持空间;
所述中间体(23)设置在所述外座(22)的所述中间体容纳部(222)内;所述万向钉(21)的球状部(212)设置在所述***部(231)的球状部容纳部(235)内;所述万向钉(21)的球状部(212)可在所述球状部容纳部(235)内转动,从而调节所述万向钉(21)的固定角度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的Dynamic螺钉(2),其特征在于,所述***部(231)的外周表面设置有沿轴向的多个第一缝隙(233)、以及多个第二缝隙(234);所述第一缝隙(233)从所述***部(231)的与所述夹持部(232)相连接一端的相反的另一端起始,并沿轴向延伸,未延伸到所述***部(231)的与所述夹持部(232)相连接一端;所述第二缝隙(234)从所述***部(231)的与所述夹持部(232)相连接一端起始,并沿轴向延伸,未延伸到所述***部(231)的与所述夹持部(232)相连接一端的相反的另一端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的Dynamic螺钉(2),其特征在于,所述第二缝隙(234)有两个,并且与所述夹持空间连通。
4.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的Dynamic螺钉(2),其特征在于,两个所述万向钉(21)的进钉点(3)形成一个角度A。
5.根据权利要求4所述的Dynamic螺钉(2),其特征在于,所述角度A优选为锐角。
