Abstract

1.- Un dispositivo osteosintético intramedular que comprende: un clavo intramedular; un implante helicoidal de cadera; una camisa de deslizamiento; un tornillo de fijación lateral; y al menos un tornillo de fijación distal. 2.- Un dispositivo osteosintético según la reivindicación 1, en donde el implante helicoidal de cadera comprende: una porción helicoidal frontal que tiene una forma cónica truncada; al menos dos cuchillas helicoidales torcidas fijas a la porción helicoidal frontal; y un árbol liso posterior, el cual tiene una superficie plana externa, en donde cada cuchilla tiene un agujero para recibir una estaca de una hélice de paso fijando el implante helicoidal de cadera a la hélice de paso, y el implante helicoidal de cadera es canulado para recibir un alambre Kirschner. 3.- Un dispositivo osteosintético según la reivindicación 1, en donde: el clavo intramedular es canulado, la canulación es al menos parcialmente roscada para recibir un tornillo de fijación coaxial, el clavo intramedular incluye al menos un agujero rasurado oblicuo en comunicación con la canulación; el al menos agujero rasurado oblicuo recibe una camisa de deslizamiento, y el clavo intramedular incluye una muesca roscada compatible con el tornillo de fijación lateral. 4.- Un dispositivo osteosintético según la reivindicación 3, en donde la camisa de deslizamiento comprende un tubo que tiene una superficie plana interna correspondiente a la superficie plana externa del implante helicoidal de cadera y tiene roscas externas en la parte posterior de la camisa que se acoplan al tornillo de fijación lateral.
