Abstract

一种自然风/暖风两用电循环扇,包括机身壳体(10)和支承它的底座组件(70),以及格栅或网状前罩(60)。在机身壳体内,自后往前共轴线地依次包括:电动机(20)、导风环(30)、发热体组件(40)和风叶(50)。机身壳体前部为风道(11),其后部,包括底面和中轴线法向周边的围面都是格栅或网孔状的进风结构。运行时,无论用作自然风电循环扇,抑或用作暖风机,其风叶后方径向和轴向均可从格栅或网孔状的机身壳体进风,保证足够的风量。并且由于风道的制约作用,可实现较远的送风距离。所述电循环扇,自然风、暖风择一选用,两种工况下都达到现有技术自然风电循环扇的出风量和送风距离,大大提高设备使用效率,避免购买各一台设备而占用较大空间。

Description

自然风/暖风两用电循环扇
技术领域
本发明涉及工作流体是空气的泵送装置,尤其涉及设置有发热介质、并且空气与该发热介质直接接触的空气调节风扇,特别是涉及拥有较大进风面积、从而增大自然风吹出量的自然风/暖风两用电循环扇。
背景技术
现有技术循环扇,参见图4,是一种吹送自然风的电循环扇,装用轴流风叶,在该风叶径向偏前部位周边设置有环形风道,或者是圆柱形外壳的一部分用作为风道。运行时风叶后方径向和轴向都从格栅或网孔状的机身壳体进风,保证足够的风量,并且由于风道的制约作用,可实现较远的送风距离。
现有技术同样还有一种暖风机,参见图5,是吹送加热空气流的电循环扇,也是装用轴流风叶,在该风叶轴向后方设置发热组件,同时也在该风叶和发热组件径向周边设置风道,或者是机身圆柱形壳体的一部分用作为风道,即风叶和风道都包裹在同一机身壳体内。运行时,自然空气从机身壳体后部对应风道轴向后面的格栅或网孔吸入,保证供给发热组件有足够的风量散热,但是其风量和送风距离等指标,却都远低于同等直径风叶的自然风电循环扇,因而不适合兼作普通自然风电循环扇使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,避免上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种自然风/暖风两用电循环扇,可以择一用作为吹出自然风的循环扇,或是用作为吹送热风的取暖机。作为吹送自然风的循环扇使用时保证足够的风量和送风距离,而作为暖风机使用时,则仍然保证满意的散热效果。
本发明解决所述技术问题采用的技术方案是,一种自然风/暖风两用电循环扇,包括机身壳体和支承该机身壳体的底座组件,以及安装在该机身壳体最前部的格栅或网状前罩;
在所述机身壳体内,自后往前共轴线地依次包括:电动机、导风环、发热体组件和风叶;
机身壳体前部为风道,是该机身壳体的一部分,也可以是一个独立的部件,被装配固定在所述机身壳体前部;该机身壳体的后部,包括底面和中轴线法向周边的围面都是格栅或网孔状的进风结构;
电动机固装在机身壳体内部的最后方,风叶为轴流扇叶,固装在该电动机的轴伸上,发热体组件设置在电动机与风叶之间,导风环设置在发热体组件的径向周边。
所述底座组件不仅用于支承所述机身壳体,还可以随时调整该机身壳体出风的俯/仰角,而且还是控制所述电动机运行、显示其运行状态和安装摆头机构的所在部位。所述导风环是中空的截头圆锥壳体,口径前小后大,沿其中心轴线往出风方向看,环壁呈收拢趋势,有一定锥度。该导风环环壁上的斜线同其中心轴线相交的角度范围是,10°≤β≤80°。
所述发热体组件包括支承架以及缠绕在绝缘骨架上的金属发热丝,该发热体组件借助其支承架共轴线地固装在导风环内,电动机的轴伸穿越所述绝缘骨架的中央部位。
本发明所述电循环扇运行时,参见图6,风叶后方径向和轴向均穿越机身壳体上的栅格或网孔进风,其中来自轴向的进风在导风环的制约作用下必须流经发热体组件的金属发热丝表面,如果这时是在暖风机工况下运行,所述来自轴向的进风将被强制加热成为暖风吹送出去。
同现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果在于,所述电循环扇运行时,无论用做自然风电循环扇,抑或用做暖风机,其风叶后方径向和轴向均从格栅或网孔状的机身壳体进风,保证足够的风量。并且由于风道制约作用,可实现较远的送风距离。所述电循环扇,自然风、暖风择一选用,两种工况下都达到现有技术自然风电循环扇的出风量和送风距离,大大提高设备使用效率,避免购买自然风和暖风各一台设备而占用较大空间。

具体实施方式
以下结合各附图进一步详述本发明的技术方案。
参见图2、图3,本发明自然风/暖风两用电循环扇,包括机身壳体10和支承该机身壳体的底座组件70,以及安装在该机身壳体最前部的格栅或网状前罩60;
在所述机身壳体10内,自后往前共轴线地依次包括:电动机20、导风环30、发热体组件40和风叶50;
机身壳体10前部为风道11,是该机身壳体的一部分,也可以是一个独立的部件80,被装配固定在所述机身壳体10前部;该机身壳体的后部,包括底面和中轴线法向周边的围面都是格栅或网孔状的进风结构;
电动机20固装在机身壳体10内部的最后方,风叶50为轴流扇叶,固装在该电动机20的轴伸上,发热体组件40设置在电动机20与风叶50之间,导风环30设置在发热体组件40的径向周边。
所述底座组件70不仅用于支承所述机身壳体10,还可以随时调整该机身壳体出风的俯/仰角,而且还是控制所述电动机20运行、显示其运行状态和安装摆头机构的所在部位。这些都属现有技术,此处不再赘叙。
所述导风环30是中空的截头圆锥壳体,口径前小后大,沿其中心轴线往出风方向看,环壁呈收拢趋势,有一定锥度。该导风环30环壁上的斜线通过其中心轴线相交的半圆锥角β范围是,10°≤β≤80°。在本发明的优选实施例中,为方便布设导电线,还在所述导风环30径向下部、沿环面设置了轴向开口,从而在图2、图3,以及在图7-1至7-3的各侧视剖视图上,看到该导风环不是完全上下对称的。当然,这不是唯一选择,完全还可以选择不设置轴向开口,而把导风环30做成完整的、真正的旋转体。实际上,所述导风环30的截头圆锥壳体,其壳壁除图7-1的β1形状外,还可以是图7-2往中心轴线凹陷的β2形状,或者是图7-3背离中心轴线而往外***的β3形状。
所述发热体组件40包括支承架42以及缠绕在绝缘骨架上的金属发热丝41,该发热体组件40借助其支承架42共轴线地固装在导风环30内,电动机20的轴伸穿越所述绝缘骨架的中央部位。

Claims (5)

1.一种自然风/暖风两用电循环扇,包括机身壳体(10)和支承该机身壳体的底座组件(70),以及安装在该机身壳体最前部的格栅或网状前罩(60);
在所述机身壳体(10)内,自后往前共轴线地依次包括:电动机(20)、导风环(30)、发热体组件(40)和风叶(50);
机身壳体(10)前部为风道(11),是该机身壳体的一部分,也可以是一个独立的部件(80)被装配固定在所述机身壳体(10)前部;该机身壳体的后部,包括底面和中轴线法向周边的围面都是格栅或网孔状的进风结构;
电动机(20)固装在机身壳体(10)内部的最后方,风叶(50)为轴流扇叶,固装在该电动机(20)的轴伸上,发热体组件(40)设置在电动机(20)与风叶(50)之间,导风环(30)设置在发热体组件(40)的径向周边。
2.按照权利要求1所述的电循环扇,其特征在于;所述底座组件(70)不仅用于支承所述机身壳体(10),还可以随时调整该机身壳体出风的俯/仰角,而且还是控制所述电动机(20)运行、显示其运行状态和安装摆头机构的所在部位。
3.按照权利要求1所述的电循环扇,其特征在于;所述导风环(30)是中空的截头圆锥壳体,口径前小后大,沿其中心轴线往出风方向看,环壁呈收拢趋势,有一定锥度。
4.按照权利要求3所述的电循环扇,其特征在于;所述导风环(30)环壁上的斜线同其中心轴线相交的角度范围是,10°≤β≤80°。
5.按照权利要求1所述的电循环扇,其特征在于;所述发热体组件(40)包括支承架(42)以及缠绕在绝缘骨架上的金属发热丝(41),该发热体组件(40)借助其支承架(42)共轴线地固装在导风环(30)内,电动机(20)的轴伸穿越所述绝缘骨架的中央部位。
