金属加工用油
技术领域
本发明属于润滑油技术领域,具体涉及一种金属加工用油。
背景技术
金属加工油是为了减少在生产过程中机器互相接触而产生高热量和金属渣滓的油品,因此加工油要有良好的润滑性所以也叫做切削油、润滑油、加工油等。金属加工油选用优质矿物基础油,以硫化猪油及硫化脂肪酸酯为主要极压抗磨剂,复配不同比例的防锈剂、防霉杀菌剂,催冷剂等添加剂合成,金属在加工工艺中使金属表面光洁度提升,加工性能提升,工具寿命得以延长,加工物的防锈性能提升等为目的而使用的产品。
金属加工用油剂分为两大类,一类是将表面活性剂和润滑成分用水稀释后使用的水溶性金属加工用油剂,另一类是以矿物油为主成分直接作为原液使用的水不溶性金属加工用油剂。一般来说分别是,水不溶性金属加工用油剂的润滑性能优良,而水溶性金属加工用油剂的冷却性能优良。
金属加工用油剂虽然能够有效地提高加工效率,但从另一个侧面看,也有缺点,作为其代表性的问题,可列举出对环境的影响。不论是水不溶性还是水溶性的油剂,在使用过程中皆会慢慢劣化,最后变成不能使用的状态。例如,在水溶性油剂的场合,由于微生物的发生,溶液的稳定性降低,发生成分的分离,使卫生环境显著降低,最后变成不能使用。另外,在水不溶性油剂的场合,由于氧化的进行,产生的酸性成分将金属材料腐蚀,或者其粘度发生显著变化,导致不能使用。进而,由于油剂粘附到切屑等的表面上而消耗,并因此变成废弃物,对环境污染严重。另外,在高硬度金属加工领域内切削液试用寿命短,极压抗磨性能持久性差。
发明内容
本发明提出一种金属加工用油,该金属加工用油具有极好的耐磨性能,环境压力小。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种金属加工用油,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
抗氧化剂4~15%、抗腐蚀剂1~8%、分散剂0.2~1.5%、抗磨剂1~6%及有机钼盐为8~13%,余量为基础油;所述基础油为包括IV类基础油PAO4、IV类基础油PAO6、V类基础油三羟基丙烷酯、植物油与白油组成的混合物。
优选地,所述IV类基础油PAO4、IV类基础油PAO6、V类基础油三羟基丙烷酯、植物油与白油的质量之比为5~55:6~20:8~40:15~55:20~40。
优选地,所述植物油选自菜籽油、豆油、花生油与蓖麻油中的一种或者多种。
优选地,所述抗氧剂选自二壬基二苯胺与2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的一种或者多种。
优选地,所述抗腐蚀剂选自硫磷双辛基锌盐、硫磷伯仲基锌盐与硫磷仲辛基锌盐中的一种或者多种。
优选地,所述分散剂选自单烯基丁二酰亚胺、双烯基丁二酰亚胺与无水乙醇中的一种或者多种。
优选地,所述抗磨剂选自氯化石蜡、硫化烯烃、亚磷酸酯及其衍生物、磷硫酸复酯及其衍生物、硫代磷酸酯及其衍生物、硼酸酯中的一种或者多种。
优选地,所述有机钼盐选自二烷基二硫代磷酸钼、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、环烷酸钼、烷基水杨酸钼中的一种或者多种。
本发明的金属加工用油的制备方法:
先加入基础油,然后依次加入有机钼盐、抗磨剂、抗氧剂、抗腐蚀剂、分散剂,控制温度在40~65℃,混合30~120min,过滤后即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的金属加工用油可应用高硬度金属加工领域,环境友好型,对环境和人体无任何危害;润滑性能高于同类产品2倍以上,抗磨效果高于同类产品30%以上,在金属加工过程中节省切削液95%以上。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种金属加工用油,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
二壬基二苯胺10%、硫磷双辛基锌盐5%、双烯基丁二酰亚胺0.7%、氯化石蜡3%及二烷基二硫代磷酸钼为10%,余量为基础油;所述基础油为包括IV类基础油PAO4、IV类基础油PAO6、V类基础油三羟基丙烷酯、植物油与白油组成的混合物。IV类基础油PAO4、IV类基础油PAO6、V类基础油三羟基丙烷酯、植物油与白油的质量之比为35:160:25:32:28。
实施例2
一种金属加工用油,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚4%、硫磷伯仲基锌盐8%、无水乙醇1.5%、硼酸酯1%及二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼为13%,余量为基础油;所述基础油为包括IV类基础油PAO4、IV类基础油PAO6、V类基础油三羟基丙烷酯、植物油与白油组成的混合物。IV类基础油PAO4、IV类基础油PAO6、V类基础油三羟基丙烷酯、植物油与白油的质量之比为5:20:8:55:20。
实施例3
一种金属加工用油,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
二壬基二苯胺15%、硫磷仲辛基锌盐1%、单烯基丁二酰亚胺0.2%、硫化烯烃6%及烷基水杨酸钼为8%,余量为基础油;所述基础油为包括IV类基础油PAO4、IV类基础油PAO6、V类基础油三羟基丙烷酯、植物油与白油组成的混合物。IV类基础油PAO4、IV类基础油PAO6、V类基础油三羟基丙烷酯、植物油与白油的质量之比为55:6:40:15:40。
试验例
将实施例1-3得到的金属加工用油进行检测,结果见表1。

抗氧化剂4~15%、抗腐蚀剂1~8%、分散剂0.2~1.5%、抗磨剂1~6%及有机钼盐为8~13%,余量为基础油;所述基础油为包括IV类基础油PAO4、IV类基础油PAO6、V类基础油三羟基丙烷酯、植物油与白油组成的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属加工用油,其特征在于,所述IV类基础油PAO4、IV类基础油PAO6、V类基础油三羟基丙烷酯、植物油与白油的质量之比为5~55:6~20:8~40:15~55:20~40。
3.根据权利要求2所述的金属加工用油,其特征在于,所述植物油选自菜籽油、豆油、花生油与蓖麻油中的一种或者多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的金属加工用油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自二壬基二苯胺与2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的一种或者多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的金属加工用油,其特征在于,所述抗腐蚀剂选自硫磷双辛基锌盐、硫磷伯仲基锌盐与硫磷仲辛基锌盐中的一种或者多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的金属加工用油,其特征在于,所述分散剂选自单烯基丁二酰亚胺、双烯基丁二酰亚胺与无水乙醇中的一种或者多种。
