The brake pad further comprises a second slide rail 31, a second slide block 32, a first connecting block 33, a first pull rod 34, a first fixed pulley 35, a pull wire 36, a second fixed pulley 37, a cam 38, a third slide rail 39, a third slide block 40, a second connecting block 41, a spring 42 and a brake pad 43, wherein the second slide rail 31 is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the second support 21, the second slide rail 31 is connected with the second slide block 32 in a sliding manner, the first connecting block 33 is arranged at the front side of the second slide block 32, the first pull rod 34 is arranged at the bottom of the first connecting block 33, the two first fixed pulleys 35 are connected at the front side of the bottom of the first fixing plate 6, the two first fixed pulleys 35 are arranged left and right, the pull wire 36 is connected at the bottom of the first pull rod 34, the second fixed pulley 37 is connected at the right end of the front side of the mounting plate 1, the cam 38 is positioned at the left of the second fixed pulley 37, and the other, the connecting mechanism is connected to the lower part of the rear side of the cam 38, a third slide rail 39 is arranged on the right part of the front side of the mounting plate 1, the third slide rail 39 is positioned on the left side of the cam 38, a third slide block 40 is connected to the third slide rail 39 in a sliding mode, a second connecting block 41 is arranged on the right part of the front side of the third slide rail 39, three springs 42 are connected between the left side of the second connecting block 41 and the right side of the third slide block 40, and a brake pad 43 is arranged on the front side of the third slide block 40.
The sliding rail further comprises a third connecting block 44, a clamping ball 45 and a second fixing block 46, the third connecting block 44 is arranged on the right side of the first connecting block 33, the clamping ball 45 is connected to the right side of the third connecting block 44, the second fixing block 46 is arranged on the right side of the bottom of the second sliding rail 31, and a clamping groove 47 is formed in the left side of the second fixing block 46.
The device further comprises a guide sleeve 48, a sliding rod 49 and a second pull rod 50, wherein the guide sleeve 48 is arranged on the left side of the first fixing plate 6, the sliding rod 49 is connected in the guide sleeve 48 in a sliding mode, and the second pull rod 50 is arranged on the right side of the top of the sliding rod 49.
When a user needs to use the garlic sprout pulling device, the garlic sprout pulling device is firstly pushed to the ground where garlic sprouts need to be pulled out through the push rod 22, then the press rod 12 is held by two hands to press downwards, the press rod 12 drives the straight rod 9 to move downwards through the connecting rod 11, the straight rod 9 drives the steel fork 10 to move downwards, so that the steel fork 10 goes deep into soil, then the user controls the first air cylinder 20 to contract, the first air cylinder 20 drives the first fixing block 18 to move rightwards, the first fixing block 18 moves rightwards on the first slide rail 16 through the first sliding block 17, the first fixing block 18 drives the sliding shaft 14 to move downwards in the arc-shaped slide rail 13 through the connecting rod 15, the sliding shaft 14 drives the guide pipe 8 to rotate clockwise, the guide pipe 8 drives the steel fork 10 to move clockwise through the straight rod 9, the steel fork 10 pulls out garlic sprouts, then the user controls the first air cylinder 20 to extend, the first air cylinder 20 drives the first fixing block 18 to move leftwards, the first fixing block 18 moves leftwards through, the first fixing block 18 drives the sliding shaft 14 to move upwards in the arc-shaped slideway 13 through the connecting rod 15, the sliding shaft 14 drives the guide pipe 8 to rotate anticlockwise, the guide pipe 8 drives the steel fork 10 to move downwards anticlockwise through the straight rod 9, and a user can easily and quickly pull out garlic sprouts by continuously holding the pressing rod 12 to press downwards and continuously controlling the first air cylinder 20 to contract and extend alternately.
Because the device further comprises a third fixing plate 24, a second cylinder 25, a fixing rod 26, a clamping block 27, a screw 29 and a butterfly nut 30, the third fixing plate 24 is arranged on the left side of the conduit 8, the second cylinder 25 is connected to the bottom of the third fixing plate 24, the second cylinder 25 is electrically connected to the storage battery 23, the fixing rod 26 is arranged at the bottom of the second cylinder 25, the clamping block 27 is connected to the right side of the fixing rod 26, the clamping block 27 penetrates through the lower portion of the straight rod 9, through holes 28 are formed in the middle of the clamping block 27 and the lower portion of the straight rod 9, the screw 29 is connected to the through holes 28, and the butterfly nut 30 is screwed to the front portion of the screw 29, a user can clockwise screw the butterfly nut 30 to enable the clamping block 27 to clamp the straight rod 9, and then control the second cylinder 25 to extend, the fixing rod 26 drives the fixing rod 26 to extend, the fixing rod 26 drives the straight rod, the steel fork 10 moves downwards and goes deep into soil, after garlic sprouts are pulled out by the steel fork 10, a user controls the second cylinder 25 to contract, the second cylinder 25 drives the fixing rod 26 to move upwards, the fixing rod 26 drives the straight rod 9 to move upwards through the clamping block 27, the straight rod 9 drives the steel fork 10 to move upwards, the user continuously controls the second cylinder 25 to extend and contract alternately, the steel fork 10 is further continuously inserted into the soil, when the user needs to manually insert the steel fork 10, the butterfly nut 30 can be screwed anticlockwise, and the clamping block 27 is loosened.
Because the brake device further comprises a second slide rail 31, a second slide block 32, a first connecting block 33, a first pull rod 34, a first fixed pulley 35, a pull wire 36, a second fixed pulley 37, a cam 38, a third slide rail 39, a third slide block 40, a second connecting block 41, a spring 42 and a brake pad 43, the second slide rail 31 is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the second support 21, the second slide rail 31 is connected with the second slide block 32 in a sliding manner, the first connecting block 33 is arranged at the front side of the second slide block 32, the first pull rod 34 is arranged at the bottom of the first connecting block 33, the two first fixed pulleys 35 are connected at the front side of the bottom of the first fixing plate 6, the two first fixed pulleys 35 are arranged left and right, the bottom of the first pull rod 34 is connected with the pull wire 36, the second fixed pulley 37 is connected at the right end of the front side of the mounting plate 1, the cam 38 is positioned at the left of the second fixed pulley 37, and the other end, the third slide rail 39 is arranged at the right part of the front side of the mounting plate 1, the third slide rail 39 is positioned at the left side of the cam 38, the third slide rail 39 is connected with a third slide block 40 in a sliding way, the right part of the front side of the third slide rail 39 is provided with a second connecting block 41, three springs 42 are connected between the left side of the second connecting block 41 and the right side of the third slide block 40, and the front side of the third slide block 40 is provided with a brake pad 43, so that when a user pushes the device to a proper position, the first connecting block 33 can be pulled to move rightwards, the first connecting block 33 drives the first pull rod 34 to move rightwards, the cam 38 is driven to rotate anticlockwise by the pull wire 36, when the farthest end of the cam 38 rotates to be contacted with the brake pad 43, the brake pad 43 can be pushed to move leftwards, the brake pad 43 moves leftwards on the third slide rail 39 by the third slide block 40, the springs 42 are stretched, the large wheel 2 at the front side of the brake pad 43 is clamped, and then the position of the device is fixed, when a user needs to push the device, the first connecting block 33 is released, the spring 42 is restored to the original position, the third sliding block 40 is pulled to move rightwards on the third sliding rail 39, and the third sliding block 40 drives the brake pad 43 to move rightwards until the brake pad is not contacted with the large wheel 2 on the front side.
Because still including the third connecting block 44, card ball 45 and second fixed block 46, the right side of first connecting block 33 is equipped with third connecting block 44, the right side of third connecting block 44 is connected with card ball 45, the bottom right side of second slide rail 31 is equipped with second fixed block 46, open on the left side of second fixed block 46 has draw-in groove 47, so when the user needs this equipment of fixed, pull first connecting block 33 and move right, first connecting block 33 drives card ball 45 through third connecting block 44 and moves right, and then make card ball 45 block in draw-in groove 47, when the position that does not need this equipment of fixed, with card ball 45 extract draw-in groove 47 can, so the user can not need to pull first connecting block 33 all the time.
Because the guide sleeve 48, the sliding rod 49 and the second pull rod 50 are further included, the guide sleeve 48 is arranged on the left side of the first fixing plate 6, the sliding rod 49 is connected in the guide sleeve 48 in a sliding mode, the second pull rod 50 is arranged on the right side of the top of the sliding rod 49, after a user uses the device, the sliding rod 49 can be pulled out through the second pull rod 50, then soil on the steel fork 10 is scraped through the sliding rod 49, and after the soil on the steel fork 10 is scraped, the sliding rod 49 is inserted into the guide sleeve 48 through the second pull rod 50.
