本发明公开了一种用于废气处理***的耐蚀耐用法兰,包括一体连接的法兰盘和接管,接管中心开有通过法兰盘的接管口,所述法兰盘周向均匀开有螺栓孔,所述螺栓孔内侧、法兰盘内部嵌入有导热块,所述导热块从法兰盘内部延伸出导热管,导热管延伸并固定于接管外缘,导热块和导热管的材质为铜或铝,所述法兰盘和接管所用材料的原料,包含以重量份计的:PVC 20‑35份、CPVC树脂15‑18份、高密度聚乙烯8‑12份、炭黑2‑6份、二氧化硅气溶胶2‑3.5份、纳米碳酸钙4‑7份、增塑剂0.5‑2份、热稳定剂0.5‑1份。本发明的法兰耐酸碱、耐热,具有简单的结构和长久的使用寿命,而跟金属法兰相比,成本大大降低。

技术领域
本发明属于环保设备及其部件领域,尤其是一种用于废气处理***的耐蚀耐用法兰。
背景技术
电镀、光伏、太阳能半导体产业,其生产要求高,生产加工和清洗过程会消耗大量的酸、碱、盐类以及水等。其中,该产业的废气处理以腐蚀性强、成分复杂。目前废气处理主要通过填料塔吸收,在通过排气设备排出处理尾气。
填料塔连接其他部分的管接件在传输物料中起到保证传输效率、防泄漏的重要保障作用;如三通、法兰、弯头等。其中,法兰又叫法兰盘或突缘,是使管子与管子相互连接的零件;法兰上有孔眼,可穿螺栓,使两法兰紧连,法兰间用衬垫密封。法兰的可靠性对于废气吸收的管接薄弱环节的密封、传输具有至关重要的作用。
目前大多数化工设备用法兰都采用金属法兰,以其可靠性、耐用性著称。但为了节约成本,目前需要开发塑料法兰,简单易用,且在废气处理领域,采用塑料管道和管件利于环保成本的降低,使环保技术更便于普及。目前,一般材质的塑料法兰应用于废气处理,高温废气的高温容易使塑料在使用不久后便高终结。此外,由于光电、半导体产业的废气处理需要填料具备耐酸碱的性能,而传统普通的PVC材料的耐蚀性能需要进一步改进。
因此一种一整套的、用途更广泛、综合性能更佳的用于废气处理***的耐蚀耐用法兰的开发,势在必行。
发明内容
发明目的:为了改进目前的塑料法兰,本发明提供一种结构优化的一种用于废气处理***的耐蚀耐用法兰,其为导热和耐腐蚀的结构,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容:一种用于废气处理***的耐蚀耐用法兰,包括一体连接的法兰盘和接管,接管中心开有通过法兰盘的接管口,所述法兰盘周向均匀开有螺栓孔,所述螺栓孔内侧、法兰盘内部嵌入有导热块,所述导热块从法兰盘内部延伸出导热管,导热管延伸并固定于接管外缘,导热块和导热管的材质为铜或铝,所述法兰盘和接管所用材料的原料,包含以下重量份的组分:
作为优选,所述PVC为SG-8型PVC树脂。SG-8型为最高型号PVC树脂,可以用于制作管件,具有良好的机械性能和热学性能。
作为优选,所述导热块下端向外扩展,导热块下端延伸至法兰盘内部及接管口的内侧。导热块的延伸作为嵌件维持法兰盘内部结构的稳固性。
作为优选,所述螺栓孔具有6~12个。螺栓孔的数量使法兰具有稳定的安装结构。
进一步,所述导热块、导热管分别在法兰盘和接管外缘均匀分布3~6个。导热块、导热管的设置提升了法兰的总体散热性能。
更进一步,所述导热管内侧开有与导热块不连通的散热槽。散热槽和不连通的设计使散热功能更好,具有烟囱效应。
再进一步,所述导热管之间以铜材质的环箍连接,环箍套接于接管外缘。环箍套接和连接导热管,使整体结构更稳固,且各部分散热性能关联,总体散热更好。
和现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的一种用于废气处理***的耐蚀耐用法兰,结构简单、材料性能优异。法兰盘、接管、螺栓孔的结构符合法兰的通常结构,内嵌形式的导热块容易使热量从密封间隙导出,从而使法兰不易产生局部过热损坏;导热管和环箍的设置进一步增强了散热性能;法兰和接管的材质高耐热、耐酸碱。本发明的法兰耐酸碱、耐热,具有简单的结构和长久的使用寿命,而跟金属法兰相比,成本大大降低。

如图1,一种用于废气处理***的耐蚀耐用法兰,包括一体连接的法兰盘1和接管2,接管2中心开有通过法兰盘1的接管口21,所述法兰盘1周向均匀开有6~12个螺栓孔3,所述螺栓孔3内侧、法兰盘1内部以嵌件的形式嵌入有导热块4,所述导热块4下端向外扩展,导热块4下端为片状、延伸至法兰盘1内部及接管口21的内侧,导热块4下端嵌入法兰并延伸至接管口21部分为嵌片41,嵌片41可以为圆片和直板状的组合,所述导热块4从法兰盘1内部延伸出导热管5,导热块4、导热管5一体连接,导热管5延伸并固定于接管2外缘,导热块4和导热管5的材质为铜或铝,所述导热块4、导热管5分别在法兰盘1和接管2外缘均匀分布3~6个,所述导热管5内侧开有与导热块4不连通的散热槽51,所述导热管5之间以铜材质的环箍6连接,环箍6套接于接管2外缘;
其中,所述法兰盘1和接管2所用材料的原料,在实施例1~5中包含如表1所示的重量份的组分。

经测试表明,该法兰能在盐酸、氢氧化钠的侵蚀下使用,最高使用温度超过115℃,长期使用温度在98-100℃,经久耐用,年腐蚀消耗量少,可长久使用。生产成本低,维护简单,维护时可直接考虑更换。

1.一种用于废气处理***的耐蚀耐用法兰,其特征在于,包括一体连接的法兰盘和接管,接管中心开有通过法兰盘的接管口,所述法兰盘周向均匀开有螺栓孔,所述螺栓孔内侧、法兰盘内部嵌入有导热块,所述导热块从法兰盘内部延伸出导热管,导热管延伸并固定于接管外缘,导热块和导热管的材质为铜或铝,所述法兰盘和接管所用材料的原料,包含以下重量份的组分:
PVC 20-35份
CPVC树脂 15-18份
高密度聚乙烯 8-12份
炭黑 2-6份
二氧化硅气溶胶 2-3.5份
纳米碳酸钙 4-7份
增塑剂 0.5-2份
热稳定剂 0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于废气处理***的耐蚀耐用法兰,其特征在于,所述PVC为SG-8型PVC树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于废气处理***的耐蚀耐用法兰,其特征在于,所述导热块下端向外扩展,导热块下端延伸至法兰盘内部及接管口的内侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于废气处理***的耐蚀耐用法兰,其特征在于,所述螺栓孔具有6~12个。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于废气处理***的耐蚀耐用法兰,其特征在于,所述导热块、导热管分别在法兰盘和接管外缘均匀分布3~6个。
