Abstract

本发明公开了一种涤纶面料的染色处理方法,包括如下步骤:(1)辐照处理、(2)染色剂制备、(3)染色处理。本发明优化改善了染色处理的方法,其中先对涤纶面料进行了辐照处理,提升了涤纶面料的表面活性,之后又配制了一种专用的染色剂,其对涤纶面料的亲和性高,共同处理后的涤纶面料的皂洗牢度为5~6级,染色剂结合牢固,K/S值为9.3~9.5,染色性能良好,极具市场竞争力和推广使用价值。

一种涤纶面料的染色处理方法
技术领域
本发明属于面料加工处理技术领域,具体涉及一种涤纶面料的染色处理方法。
背景技术
涤纶是合成纤维中的一个重要品种,是我国聚酯纤维的商品名称。是以精对苯二甲酸(PTA)或对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)和乙二醇(MEG)为原料经酯化或酯交换和缩聚反应而制得的成纤高聚物——聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),经纺丝和后处理制成的纤维。涤纶是一种常用的纺织面料,在实际使用时需要进行染色处理,但现有的染色处理方法较为简单,步骤搭配不合理,导致面料的使用特性较差,不稳定,需要进一步的改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种涤纶面料的染色处理方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种涤纶面料的染色处理方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)辐照处理:
将涤纶面料放入到紫外线辐照箱内进行辐照处理,1~1.5h后取出备用;
(2)染色剂制备:
a.按对应重量份称取下列物质备用:7~9份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2~4份硬脂酸盐、1~3份丙三醇、1~2份聚乙烯醇、0.5~1.5份过硫酸钙、1~3份醋酸乙酯、0.2~0.5份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.5~1份石蜡、5~7份染料、100~110份去离子水;
b. 将操作a称取的所有物质共同投入到搅拌罐内,超声处理1~2h后取出得染色剂备用;
(3)染色处理:
将步骤(1)处理后的涤纶面料放入到步骤(2)所得的染色剂内,然后加热保持染色剂的温度为50~55℃,不断搅拌处理1~1.5h后将涤纶面料取出烘干即可。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述的辐照处理控制紫外线辐照箱内的功率为550~600W,紫外线的波长为270~300nm。
进一步的,步骤(2)操作a中所述的硬脂酸盐为硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌中的任意一种。
进一步的,步骤(2)操作b中所述的超声处理时控制超声波的频率为400~450kHz。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种涤纶面料的染色处理方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)辐照处理:
将涤纶面料放入到紫外线辐照箱内进行辐照处理,1h后取出备用;
(2)染色剂制备:
a.按对应重量份称取下列物质备用:7份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2份硬脂酸盐、1份丙三醇、1份聚乙烯醇、0.5份过硫酸钙、1份醋酸乙酯、0.2份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.5份石蜡、5份染料、100份去离子水;
b. 将操作a称取的所有物质共同投入到搅拌罐内,超声处理1h后取出得染色剂备用;
(3)染色处理:
将步骤(1)处理后的涤纶面料放入到步骤(2)所得的染色剂内,然后加热保持染色剂的温度为50℃,不断搅拌处理1h后将涤纶面料取出烘干即可。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述的辐照处理控制紫外线辐照箱内的功率为550W,紫外线的波长为270~300nm。
进一步的,步骤(2)操作a中所述的硬脂酸盐为硬脂酸钠。

实施例2
一种涤纶面料的染色处理方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)辐照处理:
将涤纶面料放入到紫外线辐照箱内进行辐照处理,1.3h后取出备用;
(2)染色剂制备:
a.按对应重量份称取下列物质备用:8份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、3份硬脂酸盐、2份丙三醇、1.5份聚乙烯醇、1份过硫酸钙、2份醋酸乙酯、0.4份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.8份石蜡、6份染料、105份去离子水;
b. 将操作a称取的所有物质共同投入到搅拌罐内,超声处理1.5h后取出得染色剂备用;
(3)染色处理:
将步骤(1)处理后的涤纶面料放入到步骤(2)所得的染色剂内,然后加热保持染色剂的温度为53℃,不断搅拌处理1.2h后将涤纶面料取出烘干即可。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述的辐照处理控制紫外线辐照箱内的功率为580W,紫外线的波长为270~300nm。
进一步的,步骤(2)操作a中所述的硬脂酸盐为硬脂酸镁。
进一步的,步骤(2)操作b中所述的超声处理时控制超声波的频率为430kHz。
实施例3
一种涤纶面料的染色处理方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)辐照处理:
将涤纶面料放入到紫外线辐照箱内进行辐照处理,1.5h后取出备用;
(2)染色剂制备:
a.按对应重量份称取下列物质备用:9份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、4份硬脂酸盐、3份丙三醇、2份聚乙烯醇、1.5份过硫酸钙、3份醋酸乙酯、0.5份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1份石蜡、7份染料、110份去离子水;
b. 将操作a称取的所有物质共同投入到搅拌罐内,超声处理2h后取出得染色剂备用;
(3)染色处理:
将步骤(1)处理后的涤纶面料放入到步骤(2)所得的染色剂内,然后加热保持染色剂的温度为55℃,不断搅拌处理1.5h后将涤纶面料取出烘干即可。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述的辐照处理控制紫外线辐照箱内的功率为600W,紫外线的波长为270~300nm。
进一步的,步骤(2)操作a中所述的硬脂酸盐为硬脂酸锌。
进一步的,步骤(2)操作b中所述的超声处理时控制超声波的频率为450kHz。

Claims (4)

1.一种涤纶面料的染色处理方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)辐照处理:
将涤纶面料放入到紫外线辐照箱内进行辐照处理,1~1.5h后取出备用;
(2)染色剂制备:
a.按对应重量份称取下列物质备用:7~9份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2~4份硬脂酸盐、1~3份丙三醇、1~2份聚乙烯醇、0.5~1.5份过硫酸钙、1~3份醋酸乙酯、0.2~0.5份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.5~1份石蜡、5~7份染料、100~110份去离子水;
b. 将操作a称取的所有物质共同投入到搅拌罐内,超声处理1~2h后取出得染色剂备用;
(3)染色处理:
将步骤(1)处理后的涤纶面料放入到步骤(2)所得的染色剂内,然后加热保持染色剂的温度为50~55℃,不断搅拌处理1~1.5h后将涤纶面料取出烘干即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶面料的染色处理方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的辐照处理控制紫外线辐照箱内的功率为550~600W,紫外线的波长为270~300nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶面料的染色处理方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)操作a中所述的硬脂酸盐为硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶面料的染色处理方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)操作b中所述的超声处理时控制超声波的频率为400~450kHz。
