a) Starting the stable steel pipe straightener through the control box 400;
b) The steel pipe is fed through a feed port 300;
c) The telescopic cylinder 120 pushes the pressing plate 110 to slide down along the vertical rail 111, thereby pushing the first straightening roll 500 to move down to contact the steel pipe;
d) The direction adjusting means 800 rotatably adjusts the relative directions of the first straightening roll 500 and the second straightening roll 600;
f) The steel pipe is roll straightened by the first straightening roll 500 and the second straightening roll 600.
Specifically, when step c) is performed, the process of sliding the platen 110 down the vertical rail 111 is: the clamping and sliding of the connecting block on the convex notch of the vertical rail 111 is realized, and the trapezoidal grooves on two sides of the vertical rail 111 are clamped by the buckle plates 113, so that the slide blocks 112 drive the pressing plates 110 to slide up and down on the vertical rail 111.
Specifically, when step c) is performed, the pressing plate 110 slides downward while the spring 730 is pressed downward, and the straight rod 750 moves vertically downward in the vertical through hole of the through pipe 740.

The direction adjusting device is arranged at the bottom of the pressing plate and corresponds to the first straightening roller and the second straightening roller respectively; each direction adjusting device is correspondingly connected with each first straightening roller or each second straightening roller;
A feed inlet;
The vertical rails are symmetrically arranged in front of and behind the pressing plate;
The elastic devices are arranged on two sides of the pressing plate, the first straightening roller is buffered to descend through the elastic devices, the elastic devices comprise long plates, the long plates are horizontally fixed on the inner side face of the first chassis, the upper side of the long plates is provided with a lower shell, the lower side of the pressing plate is provided with an upper shell, and a spring is arranged between the upper shell and the lower shell;
The direction adjusting device comprises a rotating head, a connector is arranged at the bottom of the rotating head and is connected with the first straightening roller or the second straightening roller, the top of the rotating head is fixedly attached to the lower part inside an outer ring, an inner ring is further arranged above the inner part of the outer ring and is fixedly attached to the rotating head, the rotating head is connected with a motor, and the motor is fixed in a supporting plate and a fixing plate; the rotary head is provided with a fluted disc which is in an inwards concave tooth shape and is provided with a plurality of tooth grooves, the lower part of the inner part of the outer ring is in an outwards convex tooth shape, a plurality of teeth are arranged corresponding to the tooth grooves, the lower part of the inner ring is in an outwards convex tooth shape, the top of the rotary head is clamped and connected with the outer ring and the inner ring through the fluted disc, and when the rotary head rotates, the relative direction of a first straightening roller and a second straightening roller connected with the rotary head is adjusted by the connector according to the cooperation of the fluted disc and the outer ring, so that the bending degree of a required steel pipe is adjusted; the fixing plates are fixed at the bottom of the supporting plate by arranging at least two first screws, so that the fixing plates and the supporting plate are stably fixed, and the motor can be better fixed; the ball is arranged around the bottom of the fixing plate, and the ball is fixed on the inner ring, so that the inner ring can rotate more easily through the rotating head, and abrasion caused by rotation of the fixing plate and the inner ring is reduced.
2. The stabilized steel pipe straightener of claim 1, wherein a telescopic cylinder is arranged on the first chassis, the telescopic cylinder is connected with the pressing plate, and the telescopic cylinder is correspondingly arranged above the vertical rail.

The stabilized steel pipe straightening device according to claim 1, wherein the vertical rail is provided with a sliding block, two sides of the sliding block and two sides of the vertical rail are provided with buckle plates, one side of each buckle plate is movably buckled with the vertical rail, the other side of each buckle plate is inserted with a long shaft, the long shafts penetrate through the sliding block to enable the buckle plates to be connected with the sliding block, a connecting piece is arranged between the sliding block and the vertical rail, the connecting piece is fixed on the sliding block through a second screw, and the buckle plates are connected with the sliding block through a third screw.

A stable steel pipe straightener according to claim 3, wherein the vertical rail is provided with a 'convex' notch on one side corresponding to the sliding block, rectangular notches are provided on two ends of the other side, the inner side of the buckle plate is a trapezoidal buckle, and the rectangular notches on two sides of the vertical rail are clamped by the trapezoidal buckle.

6. A stabilized steel pipe straightener as claimed in claim 3 wherein said pressure plate is welded to said slide and said pinch plate, said pressure plate being movable with said slide.
7. A stabilized steel pipe straightener as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein the stabilized steel pipe straightener further comprises a control box adapted to control the operation of the stabilized steel pipe straightener.
8. A method of using the stabilized steel tube straightening apparatus as claimed in any of the claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
a) Starting the stable steel tube straightening device through a control box;
b) The steel pipe is fed through a feed inlet;
c) The telescopic cylinder pushes the pressing plate to slide downwards along the vertical rail, so that the first straightening roller is pushed to move downwards to contact the steel pipe;
d) The direction adjusting device is used for rotationally adjusting the relative direction of the first straightening roller and the second straightening roller;
f) The steel pipe is straightened by rolling through the first straightening roller and the second straightening roller.

A method of using a stabilized steel tube straightener as set forth in claim 8 further comprising the steps of: when the step c) is executed, the pressing plate slides downwards, the spring is simultaneously pressed downwards, and the straight rod vertically moves downwards in the vertical through hole of the through pipe.
10. A method of using a stabilized steel tube straightener as set forth in claim 8 further comprising the steps of:
And d) when the step d) is executed, the motor is controlled to rotate through the control box in the direction adjusting device, so that the rotating head is driven to adjust the relative directions of the first straightening roller and the second straightening roller.
