技术领域
本发明涉及饲料添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
马立克氏病(Marek’s disease,MD)又名神经淋巴瘤病(neurolymphomatosis),是鸡的一种淋巴组织增生性疾病,以对外周神经、性腺、虹膜、各种内脏器官、肌肉和皮肤的单个或多个组织器官发生单核细胞浸润为特征。本病是由细胞结合性疱疹病毒引起的传染性肿瘤病,导致上述各器官和组织形成肿瘤。病鸡常见消瘦、肢体麻痹,并常有急性死亡。
现代医学对临床某一症状治疗,往往难以达到预期效果,找不到合适的治疗方法。马立克氏病的治疗手段,目前仅为疫苗接种和加强饲养管理,治疗手段单一且存在免疫失败的隐患。
中草药是我国传统药材,中药抗病毒已被试验和临床所证实。大量试验表明中草药在发挥其临床疗效时,往往是多靶点的,这一点不同于化学合成药物。相对于化学合成药物而言,中草药有多种有效成分,不仅具有毒性低、不易产生副作用、病原微生物对其不易产生耐药性的优点,而且在抗菌抗病毒的同时,还能促进动物生长,增强动物的免疫机能,提高机体抗病力。但是,目前,用于治疗鸡马立克氏病的中草药及重要复方制剂存在配方不精、品种单一,治疗效果并不甚理想。因此开发一种成本低、疗效好的防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂具有良好的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的之一是,针对上述问题,提供一种防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂,具有营养和药物的双重作用,中草药中含有多种微量元素和生物活性成分,能有效的防治鸡马立克氏病,增强抗病抗菌能力,抑制球虫的发育;并调节机体的免疫功能、增强机体抗病力,从根本上减少了马立克氏病的发病几率。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂,按照重量份包括以下组分:
松针10~15份、肉桂5~10份、淫羊藿3~6份、八角粉3~8份、僵蚕1~3份、半夏2~5份、白头翁3~8份、黄连1~3份、鸡血藤2~5份、甘草3~8份、茶多酚0.2~1份、猪苓多糖0.5~2份、黄芪多糖0.2~1份、蛋氨酸硒0.05~0.2份、鸦胆子油0.3~1份、紫苏油1~3份、诱食剂1~2份。
优选的,所述防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂,按照重量份包括以下组分:松针粉12份、肉桂8份、淫羊藿5份、八角粉6份、僵蚕2份、半夏3份、白头翁5份、黄连2份、鸡血藤3份、甘草6份、茶多酚0.5份、猪苓多糖1份、黄芪多糖0.6份、蛋氨酸硒0.1份、鸦胆子油0.5份、紫苏油2份、诱食剂1份。
优选的,所述诱食剂按照质量百分比包括以下原料:酵母粉40~60%、柠檬酸5~10%、鱼鳃提取物5~15%、奶油内酯10~20%和乙基麦芽酚5~15%。
优选的,所述八角粉为八角果实和八角叶混合粉磨制成,其中八角果实和八角叶的质量比为1:0.5~2。
本发明的另一发明目的是,针对上述问题,提供一种防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂的制备方法,口感较好、有效成分含量高。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.粉碎
按重量份数称取松针、肉桂和甘草混合、干燥、粉碎成粉末,过80~100目筛,得混合粉I。
S2.提取
按重量份称取淫羊藿、僵蚕、半夏、白头翁、黄连和鸡血藤混合、粉碎得混合物,加入相对于混合物质量3~5倍的70~80%乙醇溶液,加热回流提取0.5~1.0h,获得提取液I,过滤,获得过滤液I和滤渣I;将滤渣I再次加入相对于其质量2~3倍的80~85%乙醇溶液,加热回流提取0.5~1.0h,获得提取液II,过滤,获得过滤液II;将过滤液I和过滤液II合并,减压浓缩除去乙醇,获得膏体,然后喷雾干燥并粉碎,过80~120目筛,获得混合粉II。
S3.混合
将混合粉I、混合粉II和猪苓多糖、黄芪多糖、蛋氨酸硒、鸦胆子油、紫苏油、诱食剂、八角粉混合搅拌均匀,干燥、造粒制得饲料添加剂。
优选的,所述步骤S2中,加入回流提取的温度为65~85℃。
优选的,所述步骤S2中,采用喷雾干燥机喷雾干燥,其中,进风温度165~180℃、出风温度80~85℃。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明的饲料添加剂,添加多种营养物质和中草药,具有营养和药物的双重作用,中草药中含有多种微量元素和生物活性成分,能有效的防治鸡马立克氏病,增强抗病抗菌能力;并调节机体的免疫功能、增强机体抗病力,从根本上减少了马立克氏病的发病几率。
该饲料添加剂将松针、肉桂、淫羊藿、僵蚕、半夏、白头翁、黄连、茶多酚、猪苓多糖、黄芪多糖、蛋氨酸硒、鸦胆子油、紫苏油、八角粉和鸡血藤经过科学配比制成,各个组分之间相互联系作用,有效增强了单一组分对应的功效,有利于鸡对饲料中有效成分的消化吸收,挺高免疫力,减少发病率。相对于单一组分,松针、八角粉和肉桂,不仅可以改善饲料的口感,刺激了鸡的食欲,而且增强了健脾胃、促消化的功能调节,并提高机体抵抗力;淫羊藿为补命门、益精气、强筋骨、补肾壮阳之要药,能够促进免疫功能和抗肿瘤;半夏、蛋氨酸硒、黄芪多糖、猪苓多糖和鸦胆子油能够提高机体的免疫功能,提高机体的抗肿瘤能力,抑制病毒浸入机体,减少发病率;黄连、僵蚕和白头翁,具有抗菌和清热解毒的功效;紫苏油和八角粉,具有很好的抑菌效果,进一步避免霉菌的生长,减少毒素增加;还能够提高鸡肉中不饱和脂肪酸的含量,提高食用价值。茶多酚通过提高免疫球蛋白总量并使其维持在高水平,刺激抗体活性的变化,从而提高总体免疫能力,间接实现抑制马立克氏病发作。甘草可调和诸药,更好协调诸药,从根本上减少了马立克氏病的发病几率。以上成分相配可。
其中,添加剂配方中的部分成分药理如下:
淫羊藿:味辛甘性温,走肝肾二经。为补命门、益精气、强筋骨、补肾壮阳之要药。淫羊藿含淫羊藿甙、挥发油、蜡醇、植物甾醇、鞣质、维生素E等成分。能兴奋性机能,对动物有促进***分泌作用。还有降压(引起周围血管舒张)、降血糖、利尿、镇咳祛痰以及维生素E样作用。药理实验研究表明,淫羊藿能增加心脑血管血流量,促进造血功能、免疫功能及骨代谢,具有抗衰老、抗肿瘤等功效。
半夏对治疗食道癌、胃癌、舌癌、皮肤癌和恶性淋巴癌取得较好疗效的报道。半夏提取物对HeLa细胞、小白鼠实验肿瘤180、HCA实体瘤(肝癌)、U14(鳞状上皮型子***移植于小白鼠者)均有一定的抑制作用。半夏总生物碱对慢性髓性白血病细胞(K562)有抑制作用,能损伤悬浮生长的K562细胞形态,抑制其增殖。半夏中提取的多糖具有较强的网状内皮***激活活性,能增强网状内皮***吞噬功能和分泌作用,抑制肿瘤的发生和增殖。甲醇提取的半夏多糖组分具有多形核白细胞诱导能力,由此推测,半夏可能是通过活化多形核白细胞,导致肿瘤破坏的细胞反应。
僵蚕:用于肝风夹痰,惊痫抽搐,小儿急惊,破伤风,中风口,风热头痛,目赤咽痛,风疹瘙痒,发颐痄腮。
白头翁:味苦,性寒,入胃、大肠经,有清热解毒、凉血止痢的作用,主要用于肠胃有湿热积滞之发热腹痛,下痢脓血,里急后重等症状的治疗,对大肠血热之热痢下血效果较好,白头翁对痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、黄金色葡萄球菌均有一定的抑制作用。
甘草:味甘,性平,入十二经,有清热解毒,调和药性,祛痰止咳的作用,并能健脾和中,缓急止痛,主要用于脾胃虚弱之腹胀纳呆,乏力;能缓解腹中拘挛性疼痛,缓和某些药物的烈性和毒性,减轻药物对机体的毒副作用或对胃肠道的刺激,通过加入甘草能起到补气中和,调和各组分的作用。
鸦胆子油:鸦胆子具有清热解毒、止痢疾等功效,具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。鸦胆子油对鼠脾重、溶血空斑数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及60Co照射后的骨髓造血干细胞的增殖均有促进作用。
猪苓多糖:由中药猪苓提取的多糖类物质,主要是提高机体的细胞免疫功能。
黄芪多糖具有免疫调节活性和抗肿瘤作用。黄芪多糖可显著增强非特异性免疫功能和体液免疫功能,显著增强细胞的吞噬功能,促进血清溶血素形成,提高空斑形成细胞的溶血功能和明显的碳离廓清作用和明显增加脾功能。
2.本发明的饲料添加剂,还含有诱食剂,鱼鳃提取物具有的特殊气味能够促进土鸡的食欲;酵母粉不但具有诱食的作用,还可以提高草鱼自身的免疫力,减少疾病害的发生;奶油内酯和乙基麦芽酚配合使用,进一步改善和增强诱食剂的奶香味和甜香味,使其味道更接近土鸡的偏好,促进土鸡进食,从而提高饲料利用率
3.本发明的添加剂的制备方法,将白头翁、地榆、苦木、青蒿、苦参、黄连、仙鹤草、甘草、大草蔻和鸡血藤的有效成分进行提取,可以更好地发挥有效成分的效果。松针、肉桂和皱皮木瓜直接磨粉混合,可以保留其香气,既发挥其有效成分的效果,又可以改善添加剂的口味,提高鸡的采食量,从而促进土鸡的生长。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂,按照重量份包括以下组分:
松针粉12份、肉桂8份、淫羊藿5份、八角粉6份、僵蚕2份、半夏3份、白头翁5份、黄连2份、鸡血藤3份、甘草6份、茶多酚0.5份、猪苓多糖1份、黄芪多糖0.6份、蛋氨酸硒0.1份、鸦胆子油0.5份、紫苏油2份、诱食剂1份。
所述诱食剂按照质量百分比包括以下原料:酵母粉60%、柠檬酸5%、鱼鳃提取物15%、奶油内酯10%和乙基麦芽酚10%。
所述八角粉为八角果实和八角叶混合粉磨制成,其中八角果实和八角叶的质量比为1:1。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.粉碎
按重量份数称取松针、肉桂和甘草混合、干燥、粉碎成粉末,过100目筛,得混合粉I。
S2.提取
按重量份称取淫羊藿、僵蚕、半夏、白头翁、黄连和鸡血藤混合、粉碎得混合物,加入相对于混合物质量4倍的75%乙醇溶液,加热回流提取0.5~1.0h,获得提取液I,过滤,获得过滤液I和滤渣I;加入回流提取的温度为75℃。
将滤渣I再次加入相对于其质量3倍的85%乙醇溶液,加热回流提取0.5h,获得提取液II,过滤,获得过滤液II;加入回流提取的温度为75℃。
将过滤液I和过滤液II合并,减压浓缩除去乙醇,获得膏体,然后喷雾干燥并粉碎,过100目筛,获得混合粉II。采用喷雾干燥机喷雾干燥,其中,进风温度170℃、出风温度80℃。
S3.混合
将混合粉I、混合粉II和猪苓多糖、黄芪多糖、蛋氨酸硒、鸦胆子油、紫苏油、诱食剂、八角粉混合搅拌均匀,干燥、造粒制得饲料添加剂。
实施例2
一种防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂,按照重量份包括以下组分:
松针15份、肉桂10份、淫羊藿6份、八角粉8份、僵蚕1份、半夏2份、白头翁5份、黄连3份、鸡血藤2份、甘草6份、茶多酚1份、猪苓多糖2份、黄芪多糖1份、蛋氨酸硒0.05份、鸦胆子油1份、紫苏油1份、诱食剂2份。
所述诱食剂按照质量百分比包括以下原料:酵母粉40%、柠檬酸10%、鱼鳃提取物15%、奶油内酯20%和乙基麦芽酚15%。
所述八角粉为八角果实和八角叶混合粉磨制成,其中八角果实和八角叶的质量比为1:2。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.粉碎
按重量份数称取松针、肉桂和甘草混合、干燥、粉碎成粉末,过80~100目筛,得混合粉I。
S2.提取
按重量份称取淫羊藿、僵蚕、半夏、白头翁、黄连和鸡血藤混合、粉碎得混合物,加入相对于混合物质量3倍的80%乙醇溶液,加热回流提取0.5h,获得提取液I,过滤,获得过滤液I和滤渣I;加入回流提取的温度为85℃。
将滤渣I再次加入相对于其质量3倍的80%乙醇溶液,加热回流提取1.0h,获得提取液II,过滤,获得过滤液II;加入回流提取的温度为65℃。
将过滤液I和过滤液II合并,减压浓缩除去乙醇,获得膏体,然后喷雾干燥并粉碎,过120目筛,获得混合粉II。采用喷雾干燥机喷雾干燥,其中,进风温度165℃、出风温度80℃。
S3.混合
将混合粉I、混合粉II和猪苓多糖、黄芪多糖、蛋氨酸硒、鸦胆子油、紫苏油、诱食剂、八角粉混合搅拌均匀,干燥、造粒制得饲料添加剂。
对比例1
一种防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂,与实施例1相比,不含猪苓多糖和黄芪多糖。
对比例2
一种防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂,与实施例1相比,不含鸦胆子油和紫苏油。
对比例3
一种防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂,与实施例1相比,不含诱食剂。
对比例4
一种防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂,与实施例1相比,添加剂的制备方法中,将淫羊藿、僵蚕、半夏、白头翁、黄连、鸡血藤与松针、肉桂、甘草共同磨粉使用。
对比例5
一种防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂,与实施例1相比,添加剂的制备方法中,将松针、肉桂、甘草与淫羊藿、僵蚕、半夏、白头翁、黄连、鸡血藤共同提取有效成分使用。
选取400只日龄和健康状况相同的肉鸡进行喂养,分成8组,每组50只,分别喂养添加实施例1-2和对比例1-5的添加剂的基础饲料,添加比例均为5%,基础饲料包括玉米70%和豆粕30%。空白例只喂食基础饲料。日喂料量为120克/只,连续喂养6周后分别对食用不同鸡饲料的肉鸡进行测试统计,结果如下表1所示。

从表1的数据结合实施例1-2、对比例1-7和空白例,可以看出,本发明的饲料添加剂营养均衡,能有效的防治鸡马立克氏病,增强抗病抗菌能力;并调节机体的免疫功能、增强机体抗病力,从根本上减少了马立克氏病的发病几率。
结合实施例1-2和对比例1可以看出,猪苓多糖和黄芪多糖与其他中草药成分具有协同作用,通过提高肉鸡的抵抗力来起到防治鸡马立克氏病的作用。
结合实施例1-2和对比例2可以看出,鸦胆子油和紫苏油具有很好的抑菌效果,进一步避免霉菌的生长,减少毒素增加,与其他中草药成分具有协同作用,起到防治鸡马立克氏病的作用。
结合实施例1-2和对比例3可以看出,诱食剂可以促进鸡进食,从而促进鸡生长,提高日增重,提高添加剂的利用效果。
结合实施例1-2和对比例4可以看出,将中草药均磨粉,则有效成份效果降低,从而效果下降。
结合实施例1-2和对比例5可以看出,将中草药均提取有效成份,则饲料口味下降,鸡采食欲望低,不利于鸡生长,从而日增重降低,也会影响防治效果。

Claims (7)
1.一种防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,按照重量份包括以下组分:
松针10~15份、肉桂5~10份、淫羊藿3~6份、八角粉3~8份、僵蚕1~3份、半夏2~5份、白头翁3~8份、黄连1~3份、鸡血藤2~5份、甘草3~8份、茶多酚0.2~1份、猪苓多糖0.5~2份、黄芪多糖0.2~1份、蛋氨酸硒0.05~0.2份、鸦胆子油0.3~1份、紫苏油1~3份、诱食剂1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,按照重量份包括以下组分:松针粉12份、肉桂8份、淫羊藿5份、八角粉6份、僵蚕2份、半夏3份、白头翁5份、黄连2份、鸡血藤3份、甘草6份、茶多酚0.5份、猪苓多糖1份、黄芪多糖0.6份、蛋氨酸硒0.1份、鸦胆子油0.5份、紫苏油2份、诱食剂1份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述诱食剂按照质量百分比包括以下原料:酵母粉40~60%、柠檬酸5~10%、鱼鳃提取物5~15%、奶油内酯10~20%和乙基麦芽酚5~15%。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述八角粉为八角果实和八角叶混合粉磨制成,其中八角果实和八角叶的质量比为1:0.5~2。
5.根据任一权利要求1或2所述的防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.粉碎
按重量份数称取松针、肉桂和甘草混合、干燥、粉碎成粉末,过80~100目筛,得混合粉I;
S2.提取
按重量份称取淫羊藿、僵蚕、半夏、白头翁、黄连和鸡血藤混合、粉碎得混合物,加入相对于混合物质量3~5倍的70~80%乙醇溶液,加热回流提取0.5~1.0h,获得提取液I,过滤,获得过滤液I和滤渣I;将滤渣I再次加入相对于其质量2~3倍的80~85%乙醇溶液,加热回流提取0.5~1.0h,获得提取液II,过滤,获得过滤液II;将过滤液I和过滤液II合并,减压浓缩除去乙醇,获得膏体,然后喷雾干燥并粉碎,过80~120目筛,获得混合粉II;
S3.混合
将混合粉I、混合粉II和猪苓多糖、黄芪多糖、蛋氨酸硒、鸦胆子油、紫苏油、诱食剂、八角粉混合搅拌均匀,干燥、造粒制得饲料添加剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,加入乙醇溶液回流提取的温度为65~85℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的防治鸡马立克氏病的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,采用喷雾干燥机喷雾干燥,其中,进风温度165~180℃、出风温度80~85℃。
