本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨损、噪音小的轴承。为了解决上述问题,本发明所提供的技术方案是:一种冲压轴承,包括外圈、内圈和钢球若干,所述外圈内壁有第一滑道、所述内圈外壁有第二滑道,所述第一滑道与第二滑道对称,所述内圈至于所述外圈之内,所述钢球位于所述外圈和内圈之间的第一滑道和第二滑道内;其特征在于,所述轴承还包括保持架、锁圈,所述保持架与所述钢球一一对应,所述钢球可在所述保持架内滑动;所述锁圈锁紧所述外圈内。

本发明属于轴承技术领域,尤其涉及一种冲压轴承。
背景技术
轴承是工业机械常用的构件之一,但现有的轴承存在易升温、噪音多等问题。因此,提供一种不易升温、噪音少的轴承已为急需。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨损、噪音小的轴承。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所提供的技术方案是:
一种冲压轴承,包括外圈、内圈和钢球若干,所述外圈内壁有第一滑道、所述内圈外壁有第二滑道,所述第一滑道与第二滑道对称,所述内圈至于所述外圈之内,所述钢球位于所述外圈和内圈之间的第一滑道和第二滑道内;其特征在于,所述轴承还包括保持架、锁圈,所述保持架与所述钢球一一对应,所述钢球可在所述保持架内滑动;所述锁圈锁紧所述外圈内。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的轴承,产品安装使用时,轴向定压预紧,消除轴承的内部间隙;轴承正常工作时,内部无间隙,总成在振动的时候不会出现晃动,噪音小,耐磨损。

一种冲压轴承,包括外圈1、内圈2和钢球3若干,所述外圈内壁有第一滑道、所述内圈外壁有第二滑道,所述第一滑道与第二滑道对称,所述内圈至于所述外圈之内,所述钢球位于所述外圈和内圈之间的第一滑道和第二滑道内;其特征在于,所述轴承还包括保持架4、锁圈5,所述保持架与所述钢球一一对应,所述钢球可在所述保持架内滑动;所述锁圈锁紧所述外圈内。
在本实施例中,产品安装使用时,轴向定压预紧,消除轴承的内部间隙;轴承正常工作时,内部无间隙,总成在振动的时候不会出现晃动;由于定压预紧,产品的内圈、钢球和外圈一致处在贴合的状态;内部的塑料衬套可以起到绝缘的作用,防止总成通电的电蚀现象;内部的塑料衬套与轴安装,起到固定和缓冲的作用,载荷过大时,金属部位不会发生变形,塑料部件缓冲变形。

1.一种冲压轴承,包括外圈、内圈和钢球若干,所述外圈内壁有第一滑道、所述内圈外壁有第二滑道,所述第一滑道与第二滑道对称,所述内圈至于所述外圈之内,所述钢球位于所述外圈和内圈之间的第一滑道和第二滑道内;其特征在于,所述轴承还包括保持架、锁圈,所述保持架与所述钢球一一对应,所述钢球可在所述保持架内滑动;所述锁圈锁紧所述外圈内。
