Abstract
本发明涉及一种转向器用弹性角接触球轴承,包括轴承外圈和内圈,所述外圈和内圈之间形成一滚道,滚道内设有钢球和塑料保持架,所述外圈压入塑料外套中紧配合,所述的内圈设置有弹性内套,所述内圈与弹性内套涨紧贴合。采用了上述结构,解决了弹性橡胶滚针轴承存在的只能承受径向力的局限性,使的转向器轴承同时能够承受径向力和轴向力负荷,不用单独配备推力轴承的问题,降低了生产制造和采购成本,提高了经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用轴承加工技术领域,尤其是涉及一种转向器用弹性角接触球轴承。
背景技术
目前,在汽车转向器装配的弹性轴承仅仅要求具备承受径向载荷支撑,不承受轴向力,需要承受和限制轴向间隙的往往在配推力轴承,转向器的安装位置和结构尺寸都会增大,转向器增加了制造和采购成本,造成不必要的浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种转向器用弹性角接触球轴承,其具有能够同时承受轴向和径向载荷,也具有弹性轴承的减震、降噪的效果,制造成本低,使转向器的生产成本和采购成本降低。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种转向器用弹性角接触球轴承,包括轴承外圈和内圈,所述外圈和内圈之间形成一滚道,滚道内设有钢球和塑料保持架,所述外圈压入塑料外套中紧配合,所述的内圈设置有弹性内套,所述内圈与弹性内套涨紧贴合,组成具有弹性、能承受径向和轴向的复合球轴承。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的塑料保持架上设有内锁点和外锁点,所述内锁点和外锁点之间分别锁紧外圈和内圈。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的轴承外圈和内圈均为非金属塑料件,使轴承具有减震、降噪功能。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述塑料保持架的一端面内置在外圈和内圈形成的滚道中并支撑钢球滚动,所述塑料保持架的另一端面延伸出滚道外并超出塑料外套。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述所述的钢球与内圈和外圈接触的点形成的直线与轴线的夹角为45°。
本发明的有益效果是:采用了上述结构的复合轴承可取代需要转向器分别装配向心轴承和推力轴承才能实现的承受轴向、径向载荷的功能要求,同时也降低了生产制造和采购成本,提高了经济效益。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:一种转向器用弹性角接触球轴承,包括轴承外圈1和内圈2,所述的轴承外圈1和内圈2均为非金属塑料件,所述外圈1和内圈2之间形成一滚道,滚道内设有钢球3和塑料保持架5,所述外圈1压入塑料外套4中紧配合,所述内圈2设置有弹性内套6,所述内圈2与弹性内套6之间涨紧贴合,所述弹性内套6的孔径可缩涨,可与安装轴无间隙配合。
进一步说,所述的塑料保持架5上设有内锁点50和外锁点51,所述内锁点50和外锁点51之间分别锁紧外圈1和内圈2;所述塑料保持架5的一端面内置在外圈1和内圈2形成的滚道中并支撑钢球3滚动,所述塑料保持架5的另一端面延伸出滚道外并超出塑料外套4;所述的钢球3与内圈2和外圈1接触的点形成的直线与轴线的夹角为45°。
本发明轴承的外圈1和内圈2的加工均采用冲压工艺,轴承结构简单,外形尺寸小,冲压加工效率高,其滚道采用精密挤压方法,可获得较小的启动力矩,并采用碳氮共渗方式获得高硬度滚道,保证了轴承必须的转动灵活性和耐磨性质量。
上述实施例不以任何方式限制本发明凡采用等同替换或等效转换的方式获得的技术方案均落在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种转向器用弹性角接触球轴承,其特征在于:包括轴承外圈和内圈,所述外圈和内圈之间形成一滚道,滚道内设有钢球和塑料保持架,所述外圈压入塑料外套中紧配合,所述的内圈设置有弹性内套,所述内圈与弹性内套涨紧贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转向器用弹性角接触球轴承,其特征在于:所述的塑料保持架上设有内锁点和外锁点,所述内锁点和外锁点之间分别锁紧外圈和内圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的转向器用弹性角接触球轴承,其特征在于:所述的轴承外圈和内圈均为非金属塑料件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的转向器用弹性角接触球轴承,其特征在于:所述塑料保持架的一端面内置在外圈和内圈形成的滚道中并支撑钢球滚动,所述塑料保持架的另一端面延伸出滚道外并超出塑料外套。
5.根据权利要求1所述的转向器用弹性角接触球轴承,其特征在于:所述所述的钢球与内圈和外圈接触的点形成的直线与轴线的夹角为45°。
