Abstract
The invention discloses equipment for cleaning a toilet, which comprises a bottom plate, a flushing device for flushing and a second brush which moves along the outline of the bottom plate, wherein a first rotating brush is arranged on the lower end surface of the bottom plate, and a water outlet of the flushing device is arranged beside the first brush or/and the second brush. By arranging the flushing device, the second brush moving along the contour of the bottom plate and the first brush rotating, the toilet wall is cleaned by the first brush and the second brush, and the toilet wall is cleaned by the flushing device. According to the invention, the first brush, the second brush and the flushing device are matched to automatically clean the toilet wall, so that the labor intensity of operators is reduced, the operation is simple and convenient, and the cleaning effect is good.

Background

By providing a flushing device, a second brush 17 which moves along the contour of the soleplate 4 and a rotating first brush 16, the toilet wall is cleaned by the first brush 16 and the second brush 17, and the toilet wall is cleaned by the flushing device. According to the invention, the first brush 16, the second brush 17 and the flushing device are matched to automatically clean the toilet wall, so that the labor intensity of operators is reduced, the operation is simple and convenient, and the cleaning effect is good.
The cleaning device further comprises a cover plate 1, wherein the cover plate 1 is provided with a driving source 7, the driving source 7 is connected with a rotating system on the bottom plate 4 through a transmission shaft 2, the outer surface of the rotating system is wound with a cleaning belt 15, and the second brush 17 is uniformly arranged on the outer side surface of the cleaning belt 15. The drive source 7 is preferably a motor. The motor is connected with the transmission shaft 2 through a transmission belt.
The flushing device comprises a water pump arranged on a cover plate 1, a first rotary joint 3 arranged on a transmission shaft 2 and a plurality of water spraying pipes 18 arranged on the outer surface of a cleaning belt 15, the first rotary joint 3 comprises a rotary shell 11 arranged on the outer surface of the transmission shaft 2 and an axle center 10 arranged inside the transmission shaft 2, a second water cavity is formed between the axle center 10 and the transmission shaft 2, two first bearings 14 are arranged between the axle center 10 and the transmission shaft 2, corresponding sealing elements are also arranged beside the first bearings 14, the axle center 10 is provided with a first water channel connected with a water outlet of the water pump, the first water channel is communicated with the second water cavity through an opening on the side wall of the axle center 10, two second bearings 13 are arranged between the transmission shaft 2 and the rotary shell 11, corresponding sealing elements are arranged on a second bearing 13 disc, a plurality of water outlet pipes 12 are arranged on the outer surface of the rotary shell 11, a first water cavity is formed between the rotary shell 11 and the transmission shaft 2, the second water cavity is communicated with the first water cavity through an opening on the side wall of the transmission shaft 2, and each water outlet pipe 12 is connected with the water spraying pipes 18 through connecting pipes. The cover plate 1 is also provided with a control circuit which can convert 200V alternating current into 12V or 24V direct current output and control the operation of the water pump and the motor by controlling the switch to click through the control of the singlechip. The water pump is connected with the first water channel of the axle center 10 through a water pipe. The water in the water pump enters the first water channel of the axle center 10 through the water pipe, then enters the second water cavity through the opening on the side wall of the axle center 10, then enters the second water cavity through the opening on the side wall of the transmission shaft 2, and finally is sprayed out after passing through the water outlet pipe 12, the connecting pipe and the water spraying pipe 18, so that the toilet wall is flushed.
Each of the connection pipes passes through a shaping frame above the base plate 4, which is rotated along with the cleaning belt 15, and then is connected with a corresponding spray pipe 18, and the connection pipes can be prevented from falling into the rotating system or winding onto the outer surface of the transmission shaft 2 by the shaping frame, so that the invention can work normally.
The spray pipe 18 is L-shaped, and the spray pipe 18 includes a first pipe 20 connected to the connection pipe and a second pipe 19 perpendicular to the cleaning belt. The plurality of second brushes 17 are uniformly provided on the outer side surface of the cleaning belt, respectively. The 36 spray pipes 18 are uniformly distributed on the outer side surface of the cleaning belt, and water sprayed by the spray pipes 18 is matched with the second brush 17 to clean the toilet wall.
The rotating system comprises two first wheels 8, a plurality of second wheels 9 and a plurality of tensioning wheels 22 which are connected with the transmission shaft 2, wherein the first wheels 8 and the second wheels 9 are arranged on the bottom plate 4, the first brushes 16 are connected with the first wheels 8 through connecting shafts, and the first brushes 16 are cylindrical brushes arranged on the lower end face of the bottom plate 4. Each of the first wheels 8 is connected to a second wheel 9, and the cleaning belt is fitted over the tensioning wheel 22 and the second wheel 9.
Also comprising a number of transfer wheels 21. The first wheel 8 and the second wheel 9 are connected through a belt, and the second wheel 9 and the transmission wheel 21 are connected through a belt. The cleaning belt is sleeved on the tensioning wheel 22, the transfer wheel 21 and the second wheel 9.
The driving source 7 is arranged on the lower end face of the cover plate 1, the mounting seat 6 is arranged on the upper end face of the cover plate 1, and the handle 5 capable of rotating around the mounting seat 6 is arranged on the mounting seat 6. The bottom end of the handle 5 is provided with a spherical fixing ball which is fixed in the mounting seat 6, and the ball can not leave the mounting seat 6 but can rotate around the center of the ball for a certain angle, so that an operator can clean the toilet wall along different angles.

2. The apparatus for cleaning a toilet according to claim 1, wherein: each connecting pipe passes through a shaping frame above the bottom plate and then is connected with a corresponding water spraying pipe, and the shaping frame rotates along with the cleaning belt.
3. The apparatus for cleaning a toilet according to claim 1, wherein: the spray pipe is L-shaped, and the spray pipe comprises a first pipe connected with the connecting pipe and a second pipe perpendicular to the outer surface of the cleaning belt.

The apparatus for cleaning a toilet according to claim 1, wherein: the rotating system comprises two first wheels, a plurality of second wheels and a plurality of tensioning wheels, wherein the two first wheels, the plurality of second wheels and the plurality of tensioning wheels are connected with a transmission shaft, the first wheels and the second wheels are arranged on a bottom plate, the first brushes are connected with the first wheels through connecting shafts, each first wheel is connected with one second wheel, and the cleaning belt is sleeved on the tensioning wheels and the second wheels.
