Abstract
本发明提供一种增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精的制备方法及应用。所述增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精,是由甜橙油1~5份、圆柚油1~5份、柠檬油1~5份、玉兰花油0.1~1份、β‑石竹烯1~5份、梨子提取物5~20、甘油30~60份、蒸馏水5~10份、乙醇10~20份,混合后搅拌、静止,再采用滤膜滤去沉渣得到,该香精用70%乙醇稀释直接喷洒在再造烟叶制成的烟丝上,在40℃烘干箱中放置2‑4小时,制成加热不燃烧新型卷烟。本发明可以有效的降低烟气的干燥感,特别是加热不燃烧新型卷烟抽吸时对喉部的刺激,增加烟气的润感和抽吸时的舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及卷烟香精香料技术领域,具体地指一种增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精的制备方法和应用。
背景技术
加热不燃烧新型卷烟是近两年刚刚兴起的新型卷烟,主要流行在日本和韩国及部分欧洲国家,中国市场刚刚起步。加热不燃烧新型卷烟的特点是吸烟人在300℃或350℃(注:具体的温度由加热器决定,不能调节)的温度下抽吸,烟丝不燃烧,仅挥发相应沸点温度下的香物质,因此没有焦油产生,其吸烟安全性较高;其主要有两部分组成:一是可充电型加热器,一般有300℃和350℃两种,二是由特制的烟丝和嘴棒组成的烟支,其中烟丝多采用辊压法再造烟叶制成的烟丝。
这种加热不燃烧新型卷烟和传统卷烟相比虽然没有焦油产生,在安全性方面优势巨大,但在吸味方面主要依靠外加的香精,特别是由辊压法制造的烟丝缺少天然烟叶的油分,抽吸时其干燥感特别明显,吸烟人的喉咙会很不舒适。因此,在辊压法制造的烟丝中添加使烟气有湿润感的香精是非常重要的,目前并没有针对增加加热不燃烧卷烟中湿润感的香精。
甜橙油:由甜橙的果皮经压榨而得橙油,有特殊的橙子气味和温和的芳香滋味,为深桔黄色或棕红色液体,相对密度0.8443-0.8490,折射率 1.4723-1.4746,比旋光度+95°66'-+98°13',酸值0.35-0.91,香气接近天然果香,溶于乙醇和冰醋酸,主要成分:d-苧烯(90%以上),癸醛、己醛、辛醇、 d-芳樟醇、柠檬醛、十一醛、甜橙醛、萜品醇、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯等百余种组分。主要用于配制甜橙、桔子型食用香精,也可直接用于糖果、糕点、饼干、饮料、啤酒等,也用于烟草和牙膏的加香。
圆柚油;圆柚亦称葡萄柚,为芸香科柑桔属,主产于美国。压榨新鲜果皮可得圆柚油,得油率为0.6%。圆柚油于常温状态下呈黄色至黄绿色,有时呈淡红色,相对密度0.852~0.860,折光率1.474~1.479.主要成分:柠檬烯柠檬醛芳樟醇香叶醇辛醛癸醛等,具有新鲜、甘甜、柔和的柑桔香气,用来调配人造香柠檬油、柠檬油,也用于调配食用香精、酒用香精和日化香精。
柠檬油:由柠檬的新鲜果皮经压榨而得,黄色液体,有浓郁的柠檬香气,密度0.857~0.862,折射率1.472~1.475(20℃),比旋光+57°~+65°。主要成分是苎稀,含量约80%~90%。香气主要由于含有3%~5.5%柠檬醛,用于配制饮料(如果汁、汽水等)香精、果香型牙膏香精等。作食品添加剂,可给食品调香调味;作芳香剂,可清除轿车、高档衣物、房间居室异味;作按摩油,可提神醒脑;可以美容,可薰身洗面,融蚀色斑。
β-石竹烯:是一类双环倍半萜类化合物。沸点129~130℃(1866.2Pa), 118~119℃(1293Pa)。旋光度-5.29。折射率1.5009,1.5030。相对密度 0.9052,0.9038。天然存在于柠檬、园柚、肉豆蔻、胡椒、覆盆子、黑加仑、肉桂叶油、丁香叶油中,具有辛香、木香、柑橘香、樟脑香,温和的丁香香气。β—石竹烯是无色液体,为艾叶油中的主要有效成分,具有特异气味,其香味处于丁香和松节油之间。有平喘、镇咳、祛痰作用,临床上用于治疗气管炎。另外,现在有的妇产科医院也开始使用这种香料治疗产妇生产后的烦躁忧郁情绪。
玉兰花油:以玉兰花为原料提取所得的香精油,又叫白兰花、白玉兰,因此,玉兰花油也叫白兰花油。相对密度:0.8700-0.8950。折光率: 1.4600-1.4900,玉兰花油为浅黄色至黄棕色液体,有浓郁清新的玉兰香气。它的主要成分为月桂烯、柠檬烯、柠檬醛、石竹烯、荜澄茄烯、芳樟醇、 p松油醇、橙花叔醇、丁香酚、异丁酸甲酯、异戊酸乙酯、丁香酚甲醚、异丁香酚甲醚、反香芹醇、1,8按叶素、癸酸、油酸、维生素A、生物碱等。
梨子:梨含有大量蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁和葡萄糖、果糖、苹果酸、胡萝卜素及多种维生素。梨还是治疗疾病的良药,民间常用冰糖蒸梨治疗喘咳,“梨膏糖”更是闻名中外。梨还有降血压、清热镇凉的作用,所以高血压及心脏病患者食梨大有益处。此外,梨皮和梨叶、花、根也均可入药,有润肺、消痰、清热、解毒等功效。梨中含有丰富的B族维生素,能保护心脏,减轻疲劳,增强心肌活力,降低血压;.梨所含的配糖体及鞣酸等成分,能祛痰止咳,对咽喉有养护作用;梨有较多糖类物质和多种维生素,易被人体吸收,增进食欲,对肝脏具有保护作用;梨性凉并能清热镇静,常食能使血压恢复正常,改善头晕目眩等症状;食梨能防止动脉粥样硬化,抑制致癌物质亚硝胺的形成,从而防癌抗癌。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对性解决加热不燃烧新型卷烟在抽吸时其干燥感特别明显、吸烟人的喉咙会很不舒适的特点提供的一种增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精及其制备方法和应用,该香精使用甜橙油、圆柚油、柠檬油、玉兰花油、β-石竹烯和特制的梨子提取物等,有效增加抽吸时烟气的湿润感,去除抽吸时的干燥感,使吸烟人的喉咙感觉舒适为宜。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:所述一种增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精,其特征在于是由以下重量分数的物质组成:甜橙油1~ 5份、圆柚油1~5份、柠檬油1~5份、玉兰花油0.1~1份、β-石竹烯1~ 5份、雪梨提取物5~20、甘油50~60份、蒸馏水5~10份、乙醇10~20 份;
其中,所述梨子提取物是由新鲜雪梨低温冷榨后的汁液加入其质量 0.05~0.15%的果胶酶、0.05~0.15%的纤维素酶和0.03~0.1%蛋白酶,然后搅拌均匀后置于30~40℃条件下静置1~3小时,然后用0.8微米滤膜过滤,并按过滤液量的25%~40%加入蜂蜜并搅拌加热至100℃,搅拌10~30分钟后停止加热,低温减压浓缩至波美度41.5~42.5°Bé得到的提取物。
本发明较优的技术方案是:所述香精是由以下重量分数的物质组成:甜橙油1.5份、圆柚油1.5份、柠檬油1.5份、玉兰花油0.5份、β-石竹烯 3份、梨子提取物15、甘油55份、蒸馏水7份、乙醇15份。
本发明提供的一种增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)雪梨提取物的制备:取新鲜雪梨,清洗,在温度15~25℃的条件下榨汁,并在汁液中加入其质量百分比为0.05~0.15%的果胶酶、0.05~0.15%的纤维素酶和0.03~0.1%蛋白酶,搅拌20~40分钟,并于30~40℃下静置 1~3小时,再用0.8微米滤膜过滤,按过滤液量的25%~40%加入蜂蜜并加热至100℃,同时开启搅拌,10~30分钟后停止加热,在55℃~60℃、真空度为0.5~0.6的条件下减压浓缩至波美度41.5~42.5°Bé,得到所述雪梨提取物;
(2)按照以下重量份数准备原料:甜橙油1~5份、圆柚油1~5份、柠檬油1~5份、玉兰花油0.1~1份、β-石竹烯1~5份、步骤(1)中的雪梨提取物5~20份、甘油50~60份、蒸馏水5~10份、乙醇10~20份;
(3)按顺序将10~20份的乙醇、1~5份的甜橙油、1~5份的圆柚油、1~ 5份的柠檬油、0.1~1份的玉兰花油、1~5份的β-石竹烯、50~60份的甘油、 5~20份的步骤(1)中的雪梨提取物、5~10份蒸馏水依次加入搅拌容器中,并混合后搅拌2~4小时,静止24~48小时,采用孔径为0.8微米的滤膜滤去沉渣得到相对密度为1.10~1.30的滤液即为所述增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精。
本发明提供的一种增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精的应用,其特征在于:将上述制备好的增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精用50~80%乙醇稀释4~8倍,用喉头喷雾器直接喷洒在再造烟叶制成的烟丝上,在35~50℃烘干箱中放置2~4小时,制成加热不燃烧新型卷烟,其中,增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精占烟丝重量的0.03~ 0.10%。
本发明中的梨子提取物是市场常见的雪梨经清洗、低温冷榨、汁液加入复合酶(0.1%果胶酶、0.1%纤维素酶和0.05%蛋白酶)后搅拌、静置、过滤再加入蜂蜜并加热,最后低温减压浓缩而得,为棕红色粘稠液体,具独特、持久、温润的香甜气息。
本发明中的甜橙油由甜橙的果皮经压榨而得橙油,有特殊的橙子气味和温和的芳香滋味,用于配制甜橙、桔子型食用香精,是烟用香精中的重要香料,主要有甜润烟气的作用。
本发明中的圆柚油由新鲜柚子的果皮经压榨而得,圆柚亦称葡萄柚,为芸香科柑桔属,主产于美国。用来调配人造香柠檬油、柠檬油,也用于调配食用香精、酒用香精和日化香精,其燃吸时香气清新甜润,主要有甜润烟气的作用。

本发明中的玉兰花油以玉兰花为原料提取所得的香精油,为浅黄色至黄棕色液体,有浓郁清新的玉兰香气。它的主要成分为月桂烯、柠檬烯、柠檬醛、石竹烯、荜澄茄烯、芳樟醇、p松油醇、橙花叔醇、丁香酚等,使用在加热不燃烧新型卷烟中可有效改善喉部的舒适性,而且香气机浓郁又清新的感觉。
所述述甜橙油、圆柚油、柠檬油、玉兰花油、β-石竹烯均为市场上正常销售的香料。
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明使用甜橙油、圆柚油、柠檬油、玉兰花油、β-石竹、梨子提取物等原料以适当的比例组成增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精,可以有效的降低烟气的干燥感,特别是加热不燃烧新型卷烟抽吸时对喉部的刺激,增加烟气的润感和抽吸时的舒适性,有助于增强企业对核心技术的掌控;
2.本发明制备的香精主要采用天然或天然等同香料,亦为药食同源之香料,含有有益人体健康的柠檬油、玉兰花油、β-石竹、梨子,具有润肺、消痰、清热、解毒等功效。
3.本发明所要求的设备相对简单,成本较低,易于工业化生产,具有很强的实用性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但实施例并不是对本发明技术方案的限定。
所述增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精,其特征在于是由以下重量分数的物质组成:甜橙油1~5份、圆柚油1~5份、柠檬油1~5份、玉兰花油0.1~1份、β-石竹烯1~5份、雪梨提取物5~20、甘油50~60 份、蒸馏水5~10份、乙醇10~20份;上述物质的总份数为100份。
以下实施例中的雪梨提取物具体是按照以下步骤制备:取新鲜雪梨,清洗,在温度15~25℃的条件下榨汁,并在汁液中加入其质量百分比为0.1%的果胶酶、0.1%的纤维素酶和0.05%的蛋白酶,搅拌30分钟,并于30~40℃下静置1~3小时,再用0.8微米滤膜过滤,按过滤液量的25%~40%加入蜂蜜并加热至100℃,同时开启搅拌,15分钟后停止加热,在55℃~60℃、真空度为0.5~0.6的条件下减压浓缩至波美度42°Bé,得到所述雪梨提取物。
实施例1:一种增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精,其具体步骤如下:将原料中乙醇18.2份、甜橙油1份、圆柚油2份、柠檬油1.5份、玉兰花油0.3份、β-石竹烯2份、甘油57份、雪梨提取物10份、蒸馏水8 份按顺序依次加入搅拌容器中,混合后搅拌2~4小时,静止24~48小时,采用孔径为0.8微米的滤膜滤去沉渣得到相对密度为1.10~1.30的滤液即为所述增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精。
将实施例1中制备好的增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精用 70%乙醇稀释6倍,用喉头喷雾器直接喷洒在再造烟叶制成的烟丝上,在 40℃烘干箱中放置2~4小时,制成加热不燃烧新型卷烟A,进行对比评吸。
实施例2,一种增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精,其具体步骤如下:将原料中乙醇15份、甜橙油1.5份、圆柚油2份、柠檬油1份、玉兰花油0.6份、β-石竹烯1.9份、甘油58份、雪梨提取物14份、蒸馏水 6份按顺序依次加入搅拌容器中,混合后搅拌2~4小时,静止24~48小时,采用孔径为0.8微米的滤膜滤去沉渣得到相对密度为1.10~1.30的滤液即为所述增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精。
将实施例2中制备好的增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精用 70%乙醇稀释6倍,用喉头喷雾器直接喷洒在再造烟叶制成的烟丝上,在 40℃烘干箱中放置2~4小时,制成加热不燃烧新型卷烟B,进行对比评吸。
实施例3,一种增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精,其具体步骤如下:将原料中乙醇12份、甜橙油2份、圆柚油1.5份、柠檬油1份、玉兰花油0.6份、β-石竹烯3份、甘油56份、雪梨提取物18、蒸馏水5.9 份按顺序依次加入搅拌容器中,混合后搅拌2-4小时,静止24-48小时,采用孔径为0.8微米的滤膜滤去沉渣得到相对密度为1.10~1.30的滤液即为所述增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精。
将实施例3中制备好的增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精用 70%乙醇稀释6倍,用喉头喷雾器直接喷洒在再造烟叶制成的烟丝上,在 40℃烘干箱中放置2-4小时,制成加热不燃烧新型卷烟C,进行对比评吸。
对本发明实施例1~3所调配的香精添加到卷烟中制备而成的加热不燃烧新型卷烟A、B、C与不添加该香精的加热不燃烧新型卷烟进行评吸对比,其评吸小组是由7人组成评吸小组,其中国家级评吸师2名,省级评吸师5名组成,具体评价的结果如表1所示:

的降低烟气的干燥感,增加烟气的润感和抽吸时的舒适性。可以作为新型烟用添加剂进行使用。
发明人将三个实施例中制备的增加加热不燃烧新型卷烟烟气湿润感的香精进行物理测试,其物理指标如下:
通过上表可以看出,本发明制备的香精其外观、香气较佳,其中铅含量和砷含量都比较低,符合烟用香精的标准。
Claims (3)
1.一种增加加热不燃烧卷烟烟气湿润感的香精,其特征在于是由以下重量份数的物质组成:甜橙油1~5份、圆柚油1~5份、柠檬油1~5份、玉兰花油0.1~1份、β-石竹烯1~5份、雪梨提取物5~20、甘油50~60份、蒸馏水5~10份、乙醇10~20份;
所述香精的制备过程如下:
(1)雪梨提取物的制备:取新鲜雪梨,清洗,在温度15~25℃的条件下榨汁,并在汁液中加入其质量百分比为0.05~0.15%的果胶酶、0.05~0.15%的纤维素酶和0.03~0.1%蛋白酶,搅拌20~40分钟,并于30~40℃下静置1~3小时,再用0.8微米滤膜过滤,按过滤液量的25%~40%加入蜂蜜并加热至100℃,同时开启搅拌,10~30分钟后停止加热,在55℃~60℃、真空度为0.5~0.6的条件下减压浓缩至波美度41.5~42.5°Bé,得到所述雪梨提取物;
(2)按照以下重量份数准备原料:甜橙油1~5份、圆柚油1~5份、柠檬油1~5份、玉兰花油0.1~1份、β-石竹烯1~5份、步骤(1)中的雪梨提取物5~20份、甘油50~60份、蒸馏水5~10份、乙醇10~20份;
(3)按顺序将10~20份的乙醇、1~5份的甜橙油、1~5份的圆柚油、1~5份的柠檬油、0.1~1份的玉兰花油、1~5份的β-石竹烯、50~60份的甘油、5~20份的步骤(1)中的雪梨提取物、5~10份蒸馏水依次加入搅拌容器中,并混合后搅拌2~4小时,静止24~48小时,采用孔径为0.8微米的滤膜滤去沉渣得到相对密度为1.10~1.30的滤液即为所述增加加热不燃烧卷烟烟气湿润感的香精。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增加加热不燃烧卷烟烟气湿润感的香精,其特征在于是由以下重量份数的物质组成:甜橙油1.5份、圆柚油1.5份、柠檬油1.5份、玉兰花油0.5份、β-石竹烯3份、雪梨提取物15、甘油55份、蒸馏水7份、乙醇15份。
3.一种权利要求1中所述的增加加热不燃烧卷烟烟气湿润感的香精的应用,其特征在于:将制备好的增加加热不燃烧卷烟烟气湿润感的香精用50~80%乙醇稀释4~8倍,用喉头喷雾器直接喷洒在再造烟叶制成的烟丝上,在35~50℃烘干箱中放置2~4小时,制成加热不燃烧卷烟,其中,增加加热不燃烧卷烟烟气湿润感的香精占烟丝重量的0.03~0.10%。
