Abstract
本发明提供了一种双层酒桶,属于酒水饮用设备技术领域。它解决了现有双层酒桶稳定性差的问题。本双层酒桶,包括外桶体和位于外桶体内且塑料制成的内桶体,所述外桶体的底部固定有底座,在外桶体的下部具有对内桶体底部边沿位置进行支撑的支撑部,所述内桶体的桶口处安装有酒矛,在内桶体的上部具有环绕桶口设置的肩部和颈部,其特征在于,所述外桶体上部的内侧面压靠在内桶体的肩部和/或颈部外侧面上,所述内桶体底部位于支撑部内侧的部位与底座之间具有供内桶体底部向下膨胀的膨胀空间。本双层酒桶内部加压时酒矛安装稳定性较高。

技术领域
本发明属于酒水饮用设备技术领域,涉及一种双层酒桶。
背景技术
酒桶是一种用于盛放酒水的工具,一般分为金属酒桶和塑料酒桶,塑料酒桶成本低且质量轻,运输成本大大降低,且在移动与搬运上也具有相当的优势,故塑料酒桶在目前的市场上应用越来越广,鉴于塑料酒桶在强度上比金属酒桶低,因此设计成双层酒桶,通过外层桶体对内层桶体进行保护,如专利文件(申请号:201721211474.6)公开的一种塑料酒桶,包括塑料材质的外桶体和内桶体,而取酒时需要向内桶体内压入高压气体,通过高压气体将酒水挤出,同时在空桶运输时为了避免酒桶被挤压变形,也需要向空桶内注入高压气体,从而在内桶体内形成一定的气压,这种做法也是为了能够使内桶体能够充分膨胀形变,内桶体的各部位充分展开来消除应力集中,并与外桶体充分接触,然而上述塑料酒桶的内桶体桶口处设有酒矛,同时酒矛又与外桶体的桶口连接,即酒矛决定了内桶体的桶口位置与外桶体的桶口位置是相对固定的,在内桶体的肩部外侧面与外桶体的肩部内侧面之间存在明显的间隙,当内桶体出现膨胀形变时内桶体的桶口会向上移位,容易导致内桶体的桶口与酒矛脱离,或者酒矛与外桶体的桶口脱离而使得酒矛移位,这些不但影响酒矛的安装稳定性,也会影响分配器等取酒设备与酒矛的匹配安装,当然如专利文件(US2004/0011828A1)公开的塑料酒桶,其内桶体的上方也具有较大的空间,内桶体的上部在内部压力下也会出现向上的膨胀形变,这也将导致内桶体桶口处的酒矛发生移位,影响与其他取酒设备的匹配连接。
鉴于上述技术缺陷,由于最终导致的是酒矛的移位,因此本领域技术人员更容易想到对酒矛进行加强,如增加酒矛与外桶体及内桶体之间的连接强度,如专利文件(申请号:201480047167.1)公开的一种容器,包括内桶体和外桶体,通过附图2B可以明显看出内桶体的肩部上方存在空间,当内桶体内压入高压气体时内桶体的上部也会向上膨胀形变,为此说明书第38段指出,外壳的顶部还具有套环,其环绕阀部件延伸,保护阀部件,第42段指出,套环的内径小于阀部件的外径,并结合附图2B可以看出,通过套环的下部包裹住阀部件,从而提高与阀部件的连接强度,避免阀部件移位等,虽然阀部件与外桶体具有较好的连接稳定性,但是由于内桶体内的压力很大,还是容易导致内桶体桶口边沿与阀组件出现开裂等影响稳定性的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种双层酒桶,用于解决内部加压时导致酒矛安装稳定性变差的问题。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种双层酒桶,包括外桶体和位于外桶体内且塑料制成的内桶体,所述外桶体的底部固定有底座,在外桶体的下部具有对内桶体底部边沿位置进行支撑的支撑部,所述内桶体的桶口处安装有酒矛,在内桶体的上部具有环绕桶口设置的肩部和颈部,其特征在于,所述外桶体上部的内侧面压靠在内桶体的肩部和/或颈部外侧面上,所述内桶体底部位于支撑部内侧的部位与底座之间具有供内桶体底部向下膨胀的膨胀空间。
外桶体通过支撑部对内桶体进行支撑,在支撑部的限制下外桶体相压靠在内桶体的肩部或者颈部上,当然也可以同时压靠在肩部以及颈部上,其中颈部是指内桶体桶口处的直筒状部位,其位置高于肩部,其外径小于内桶体桶身的外径,而肩部则是内桶体桶身与颈部之间的部位,其外边沿与桶身上端弧形弯折过渡,其内边沿与颈部下端弧形弯折过渡,而肩部内边沿和外边沿处的弧形弯折部位应当理解为肩部的一部分,使得内桶体相对外桶体保持稳定,当双层酒桶进行空桶运输而向内桶体内部充气加压或者当需要取酒而向内桶体内充气加压时,塑料材质的内桶体会产生膨胀形变,而由于内桶体的底部与底座之间具有膨胀空间,该膨胀空间位于支撑部内侧,且外桶体的上部内侧面压靠在内桶体的肩部外侧面上,而肩部是环绕桶口设置的,因此内桶体的底部会在内部压力下向下膨胀,而内桶体的肩部以及肩部内侧的桶口部位不会向上膨胀形变,即内桶体的桶口与外桶体的桶口相对位置不会发生改变,因此两者与酒矛的安装位置稳定,避免因为内桶体桶口位置改变导致酒矛与外桶体或者内桶体发生脱离等导致酒矛安装不稳定的现象,当然也能够避免因为酒矛相对外桶体的桶口位置发生移位导致分配器等取酒设备难以匹配安装的现象,当然当外桶体的内侧面压靠在颈部的外侧面上时,由于颈部下端弧形弯折处的外径逐渐变大,因此外桶体的内侧面同样能够对内桶体进行限位,防止其向上膨胀变形。
在上述的双层酒桶中,所述肩部的外侧面为平面、锥面或者弧面,所述外桶体的内侧面与肩部的外侧面相贴合压靠。肩部是内桶体桶身与桶口的衔接部位,具有一个朝上或者倾斜朝上的外侧面,因此外桶体能够对肩部产生向下或者倾斜向下的定位限制,而两者之间的面接触压靠也使得整个肩部处于稳定状态,能够阻断内桶体其他部位的膨胀形变传递至肩部内侧位置,进而避免在内部压力下内桶体的桶口位置发生改变。
在上述的双层酒桶中,所述外桶体和内桶体均具有直筒状的桶身,所述外桶体的桶身内侧面与内桶体的桶身外侧面相贴合。内桶体直筒状的桶身使得内桶体在轴向上进行膨胀,结合内桶体外侧面与外桶体内侧面的贴合设置,使得内桶体只能够通过底部向膨胀空间方向来进行膨胀形变,避免内桶体的桶口位置或者内桶体的上部出现膨胀形变,使得内桶体的上部与外桶体的上部保持相对稳定。
在上述的双层酒桶中,所述外桶体和内桶体均具有直筒状的桶身,所述外桶体的桶身内侧面与内桶体的桶身外侧面之间具有宽度小于5mm的间隙。外桶体桶身与内桶体桶身之间的间隙用于内桶体径向膨胀,使得内桶体充分膨胀并与外桶体内侧面均匀接触,避免出现内桶体局部应力集中而出现爆裂,当然鉴于内桶体的肩部已经受到外桶体的压靠限制,因此内桶体的径向膨胀并不会传递至桶口位置。
在上述的双层酒桶中,所述支撑部通过外桶体的下部径向收缩形成,且支撑部呈环形,所述支撑部具有倾斜朝上的抵靠面和倾斜朝下的支撑面,所述抵靠面与内桶体底部的边沿位置相抵靠。支撑部通过径向收缩形成,即内侧径向向内凸出,外侧径向向内凹陷,且支撑部呈周向环形设置,因此支撑部起到加强筋的作用,能够使外桶体的下部强度更高,避免在内桶体的重力以及膨胀力下出现形变,而倾斜的支撑面能够对抵靠面起到较好的支撑,抵靠面倾斜设置,因此当内桶体的桶身向下膨胀变形时,内桶体底部的边沿位置能够相对抵靠面向下滑动,实现内桶体底部的膨胀变形。
在上述的双层酒桶中,所述内桶体的桶身外侧面与桶底外侧面通过弧面衔接,且内桶体通过弧面与支撑部的抵靠面相抵靠。当内桶体的桶身向下膨胀变形时,弧面更有利于相对抵靠面滑动,使得内桶体的底部膨胀形变。
在上述的双层酒桶中,所述内桶体的桶底呈弧形,且内桶体桶底的中部低于支撑部。内桶体弧形的桶底能够对膨胀形变起到导向,使得内桶体内压力变大时桶底优先出现向下的膨胀形变。
在上述的双层酒桶中,所述底座上周向具有环形的插槽,且插槽的槽口朝上,所述外桶体的下端边沿向下插接在插槽内,且外桶体的下端外侧面与底座的插槽槽壁紧配合。外桶体的下端边沿插接定位在底座的插槽内,实现两者的相对连接,而如果膨胀空间不足,导致内桶体的桶体膨胀形变并与底座抵触时,由于外桶体采用向下插接并通过紧配合定位的方式与底座连接,因此外桶体能够相对底座向上松动移位,从而使得膨胀空间变大,以便内桶体充分的膨胀,消除应力集中现象。
与现有技术相比,本双层酒桶具有以下优点:
1、由于内桶体底部与底座之间具有膨胀空间,且外桶体的上部内侧面压靠在内桶体的肩部外侧面上,因此内桶体底部会在内部压力下向下膨胀,而内桶体肩部以及肩部内侧桶口部位不会向上膨胀形变,即内桶体的桶口与外桶体的桶口相对位置不会发生改变,因此两者与酒矛的安装位置稳定,避免因为内桶体桶口位置改变导致酒矛与外桶体或者内桶体发生脱离等导致酒矛安装不稳定的现象。
2、由于内桶体的肩部受到外桶体的压靠限制,因此能够避免因为酒矛相对外桶体的桶口位置发生移位导致分配器等取酒设备难以匹配安装的现象。
3、由于外桶体采用向下插接的方式,即外桶体与底座之间存在装配间隙,因此如果膨胀空间不足,导致内桶体的桶体膨胀形变并与底座抵触时,外桶体能够相对底座向上松动移位,从而使得膨胀空间变大,以便内桶体充分的膨胀,消除应力集中现象。

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例一:
如图1、图2所示,一种双层酒桶,包括外桶体1和内桶体2,两者均采用PET材料制成,内桶体2位于外桶体1内部,外桶体1的下端贯通,且在外桶体1的底部固定有底座3,内桶体2包括颈部22、肩部21和桶身,颈部22呈直筒状,颈部22的上端端口为桶口,在内桶体2的桶口处安装有酒矛4,用于连接分配器等取酒设备,肩部21环绕桶口设置,其外侧面为锥面,当然肩部21的外侧面也可以是环形的平面或者弧面,肩部21与颈部22以及桶身之间的转角采用弧形设计,在转角位置的外侧面与外桶体1转角位置的内侧面之间可以具有间隙,因为转角设计具有较大的强度,不会在内部压力作用下出现膨胀形变,当然内桶体2在转角位置的外侧面与外桶体1转角位置的内侧面可以相贴合,内桶体2的桶身也呈直筒状,其高度在直径的1.66倍以上,外桶体1的桶身内侧面与内桶体2的桶身外侧面相贴合。外桶体1上部的内侧面贴合压靠在肩部21以及颈部22的外侧面上,外桶体1的下部具有支撑部11,内桶体2底部的边沿位置抵靠在支撑部11上,即外桶体1通过支撑部11对内桶体2进行支撑,而内桶体2底部位于支撑部11内侧的部位与底座3之间具有供内桶体2底部向下膨胀的膨胀空间5。
支撑部11通过外桶体1的下部径向收缩形成,且支撑部11呈环形,支撑部11具有倾斜朝上的抵靠面111和倾斜朝下的支撑面112,而内桶体2的桶身外侧面与桶底外侧面通过弧面衔接,且内桶体2通过弧面与支撑部11的抵靠面111相抵靠,当内桶体2的桶身向下膨胀变形时,弧面更有利于相对抵靠面111滑动,使得内桶体2的底部向下膨胀形变,内桶体2的桶底呈弧形,且内桶体2桶底的中部低于支撑部11。底座3上周向具有环形的插槽31,且插槽31的槽口朝上,外桶体1的下端边沿向下插接在插槽31内,且外桶体1的下端外侧面与底座3的插槽31槽壁紧配合,如果膨胀空间5不足,导致内桶体2的桶体膨胀形变并与底座3抵触时,由于外桶体1采用向下插接并通过紧配合定位的方式与底座3连接,因此外桶体1能够相对底座3向上松动移位,从而使得膨胀空间5变大,以便内桶体2充分的膨胀,消除应力集中现象。
实施例二:
该双层酒桶的结构与实施例一基本相同,不同点在于如图3所示,外桶体1的桶身内侧面与内桶体2的桶身外侧面之间具有宽度小于5mm的间隙,用于内桶体2径向膨胀,使得内桶体2充分膨胀并与外桶体1内侧面均匀接触,避免出现内桶体2局部应力集中而出现爆裂。

该双层酒桶的结构与实施例一基本相同,不同点在于如图4所示,外桶体1的内侧面同时压靠在内桶体2的肩部21和颈部22外侧面上,其中在肩部21位置,外桶体1内侧面是压靠在内桶体2肩部21外边沿的弧形弯折处,而内桶体2肩部21的其他位置上方仍然具有一定的空隙,此时外桶体1能够通过压靠内桶体2的颈部22以及肩部21外边沿的弧形弯折部位对内桶体2进行限位,防止内桶体2向上膨胀变形。
实施例四:
该双层酒桶的结构与实施例一基本相同,不同点在于如图5所示,外桶体1的内侧面同时压靠在内桶体2的肩部21和颈部22外侧面上,其中在肩部21位置,外桶体1内侧面是压靠在内桶体2肩部21内边沿的弧形弯折处,而内桶体2肩部21的其他位置上方仍然具有一定的空隙,此时外桶体1能够通过压靠内桶体2的颈部22以及肩部21内边沿的弧形弯折部位对内桶体2进行限位,防止内桶体2向上膨胀变形。
实施例五:
该双层酒桶的结构与实施例一基本相同,不同点在于如图6所示,外桶体1的内侧面仅仅压靠在内桶体2的肩部21外侧面上,而内桶体2颈部22外侧面与外桶体1内侧面之间具有一定的空隙,此时外桶体1能够通过压靠内桶体2的肩部21对内桶体2进行限位,防止内桶体2向上膨胀变形。
实施例六:
该双层酒桶的结构与实施例一基本相同,不同点在于如图7所示,外桶体1的内侧面仅仅压靠在内桶体2的颈部22外侧面上,而内桶体2肩部21外侧面与外桶体1内侧面之间具有一定的空隙,此时内桶体2颈部22下端的弧形弯折处外径逐渐变大,因此也能够对内桶体2进行限位,防止内桶体2向上膨胀变形。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说明。本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
尽管本文较多地使用了外桶体1、支撑部11、抵靠面111等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。
Claims (8)
1.一种双层酒桶,包括外桶体(1)和位于外桶体(1)内且塑料制成的内桶体(2),所述外桶体(1)的底部固定有底座(3),在外桶体(1)的下部具有对内桶体(2)底部边沿位置进行支撑的支撑部(11),所述内桶体(2)的桶口处安装有酒矛(4),在内桶体(2)的上部具有环绕桶口设置的肩部(21)和颈部(22),其特征在于,所述外桶体(1)上部的内侧面压靠在内桶体(2)的肩部(21)和/或颈部(22)外侧面上,所述内桶体(2)底部位于支撑部(11)内侧的部位与底座(3)之间具有供内桶体(2)底部向下膨胀的膨胀空间(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层酒桶,其特征在于,所述肩部(21)的外侧面为平面、锥面或者弧面,所述外桶体(1)的内侧面与肩部(21)的外侧面相贴合压靠。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双层酒桶,其特征在于,所述外桶体(1)和内桶体(2)均具有直筒状的桶身,所述外桶体(1)的桶身内侧面与内桶体(2)的桶身外侧面相贴合。
4.根据权利要求2所述的双层酒桶,其特征在于,所述外桶体(1)和内桶体(2)均具有直筒状的桶身,所述外桶体(1)的桶身内侧面与内桶体(2)的桶身外侧面之间具有宽度小于5mm的间隙。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的双层酒桶,其特征在于,所述支撑部(11)通过外桶体(1)的下部径向收缩形成,且支撑部(11)呈环形,所述支撑部(11)具有倾斜朝上的抵靠面(111)和倾斜朝下的支撑面(112),所述抵靠面(111)与内桶体(2)底部的边沿位置相抵靠。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双层酒桶,其特征在于,所述内桶体(2)的桶身外侧面与桶底外侧面通过弧面衔接,且内桶体(2)通过弧面与支撑部(11)的抵靠面(111)相抵靠。
7.根据权利要求6所述的双层酒桶,其特征在于,所述内桶体(2)的桶底呈弧形,且内桶体(2)桶底的中部低于支撑部(11)。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的双层酒桶,其特征在于,所述底座(3)上周向具有环形的插槽(31),且插槽(31)的槽口朝上,所述外桶体(1)的下端边沿向下插接在插槽(31)内,且外桶体(1)的下端外侧面与底座(3)的插槽(31)槽壁紧配合。
