Traditional cigarettes have been used for over 100 years as the mainstream product for tobacco consumption. With the change of life style and consumption concept of people, the rapid progress of scientific technology and the continuous acceleration of the upgrading and updating speed of commodities, the demand and the focus of tobacco consumers are continuously changed and are influenced by factors such as tobacco control, social public opinion and the like, the development of the traditional cigarette is restricted, and the appearance of a novel cigarette becomes inevitable.
Research shows that cigarette smoke generated by cigarette combustion has great harm to non-smoking people, and fire caused by smoking is difficult to stop. The nicotine and most of tobacco aroma components can be transferred into the smoke at 200-500 ℃, the burning temperature of the conventional cigarette is above 800 ℃, if the heated temperature of the cigarette is reduced to below 500 ℃, various harmful components in the smoke can be greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the influence on the aroma components is relatively small. Therefore, the research on the heating non-combustion cigarette smoking device which avoids the combustion of the tobacco shreds and meets the requirements of consumers is very significant.
Traditional low temperature cigarettes deliver nicotine and flavor to the body by heating the non-burning tobacco, which is filled with tobacco material. The low-temperature cigarette product changes the traditional mode that visible smoke is adopted in cigarette burning and the mode of heating without burning is adopted. Related studies have shown that at lower temperatures below 500 ℃, tobacco, nicotine and some of the tobacco flavor components can be transferred to the smoke by heating but not burning the tobacco. Compared with the traditional cigarette, the low-temperature cigarette can greatly reduce the release amount of tar and harmful ingredients integrally. Meanwhile, the smoke of the side stream is basically avoided, and the harm to other people and the environment is small.
The electrically heated low temperature cigarette is one kind of low temperature cigarette with electric power as heat source to heat tobacco matter and produce nicotine smoke. Conventional electrically heated, low temperature cigarettes are smoked with a lower total particulate matter during the initial puff but tend to increase progressively until finally giving the consumer the sensation of a progressively increasing smoke intensity. When the heating chamber adopts the conventional cigarette of integral type heating mode suction, the flue gas is initial very weak, then rises rapidly, then along with the increase of suction mouth number, and the flue gas volume is showing and is reducing. A smoking device for heating a smoking article, the smoking device comprising:
the air inlet is communicated with the accommodating cavity; and
the heating pot is arranged in the accommodating cavity; the heating pan comprises a plurality of heating elements which are connected in sequence, each heating element is provided with a heating cavity, and the heating cavities of the plurality of heating elements form an accommodating cavity for accommodating the tobacco products; an insertion hole for inserting the tobacco product and an air inlet hole communicated with the air inlet are respectively arranged at two ends of the accommodating cavity; the plurality of heating elements independently control the temperature and sequentially heat the smoking articles from the insertion opening to the direction of the air inlet hole.
In one embodiment, the heating pan further comprises a plurality of temperature sensors, and at least one temperature sensor is disposed on each heating element.
In one embodiment, the heating pan further comprises an insulating gasket, the insulating gasket being located between adjacent heating elements.
In one embodiment, the heating temperature of the heating element is 200 ℃ to 500 ℃.

Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1, a smoking system 10 of an embodiment includes a smoking device 100 and a smoking article 200, the smoking device 100 is used for heating the smoking article 200, the smoking article 200 is heated by the smoking device 100 in a certain temperature range, the smoking article 200 is controlled not to be combusted, nicotine and part of tobacco flavor components can be transferred into smoke for smoking, and the release amount of tar and harmful components can be greatly reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, the smoking device 100 includes a housing 120 and a heating pan 140, and the housing 120 is provided with an accommodating cavity and an air inlet 122 communicated with the accommodating cavity. The heating pan 140 is disposed in the receiving chamber. The heating pan 140 includes a plurality of heating elements 142 connected in series, in one embodiment, the heating elements 142 may be a ceramic structure provided with a heating circuit, and the number of the heating elements 142 may be 2-15. Each heating element 142 defines a heating cavity 142a, and the heating cavities 142a of the plurality of heating elements 142 form an accommodating cavity 144 for accommodating the smoking article 200. The receiving chamber 144 has an insertion opening 146 for inserting the smoking article 200 and an air inlet hole 148 communicating with the air inlet 122 at both ends thereof. The plurality of heating elements 142 independently control the temperature and sequentially heat the smoking article 200 from the insertion opening 146 in a direction toward the air intake apertures 148.
Since the plurality of heating elements 142 of the heating pan 140 are independently temperature controlled and heat sequentially from the insertion opening 146 to the air inlet 148, the smoking article 200 can be sequentially heated from the end of the mouthpiece 240 in a direction away from the mouthpiece 240. High-concentration aerosol generated during integral heating is avoided, and the smoke release amount in the suction process is consistent, so that the sensory difference among different suction openings is balanced, and the consistency of the smoke taste is improved.
In addition, if the heating pan 140 heats the smoking article 200 in the opposite sequence from the one end of the smoking article 200 to the mouthpiece 240, the airflow passing through the heated tobacco segment 242 has a higher temperature, which heats the tobacco segment 242 passing behind, so that a part of the smoke components in the tobacco segment 242 which is not heated sublimates or the smoke components with lower decomposition temperature are released, and the smoke components in the post-heated tobacco segment 242 are carried away in advance, resulting in inconsistent smoke taste when the different tobacco segments 242 are heated. Meanwhile, the cigarette is heated prematurely, so that partial smoke is generated or the cigarette is thermally degraded due to heating, and the quality of the cigarette is changed. Reheating previously heated parts can result in the production of unpleasant odors or harmful components. In the present embodiment, the heated airflow does not flow through the tobacco segment 242 that is not heated by the sequential manner from the end of the cigarette holder 240 to the direction away from the cigarette holder 240, so as to avoid the above-mentioned problems of inconsistent taste and unpleasant odor or harmful components.
In one embodiment, the smoking device 100 also generally includes a power module 160 for powering the heating pan 140, the power module 160 being connectable to the housing 120 outside of the housing 120, and in other embodiments, the power module 160 may be located inside of the housing 120. Alternatively, the smoking device 100 itself does not include the power supply assembly 160, and the smoking device 100 is removably connected to the external power supply assembly 160 to provide power to the heating pan 140.
For more precise control and monitoring of the temperature of the heating pan 140, in one embodiment, the heating pan 140 further comprises a plurality of temperature sensors 152, and at least one temperature sensor 152 is disposed on each heating element 142. In one embodiment, the heating pan 140 further comprises an insulating gasket 154, wherein the insulating gasket 154 is positioned between adjacent heating elements 142 to prevent heat conduction between the heating elements 142 from affecting each other.
In an embodiment, the smoking device 100 can further include a controller disposed within the receiving cavity for controlling independent power to the plurality of heating elements 142. The temperature sensor 152 may be in communication with a controller, which may control the power supplied to the heating element 142 according to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 152, so as to adjust the temperature of the heating element 142 more accurately.
The heating temperature of the heating element 142 is generally 200 ℃ to 500 ℃, nicotine and most of tobacco aroma components can be transferred into smoke at 200 ℃ and 500 ℃, and harmful gases or ignition of the smoking article 200 are easy to generate due to overhigh temperature. Further, in one embodiment, the heating temperature of the heating element 142 is 200 ℃ to 350 ℃. The temperature is controlled to be lower, on one hand, the safety control is facilitated, the scald is avoided, on the other hand, nicotine and tobacco aroma components can be released at a stable speed, and the taste of the cigarette is better.
In one embodiment, a preheating channel 156 is formed between the inner wall of the housing 120 and the outer wall of the heating pan 140, and one end of the preheating channel 156 is communicated with the air inlet 122, and the other end is communicated with the air inlet 148. Referring to the arrows in fig. 1, when smoking the smoking article 200, the external air enters the preheating channel 156 through the air inlet 122, is preheated by the outer wall of the heating pan 140, enters the accommodating cavity 144 through the air inlet 148, and enters the smoking article 200. The design preheats passageway 156, can reduce the temperature of the outer wall of heating pot 140 on the one hand, and then reduces the temperature of casing 120, prevents to scald one's hand, and on the other hand can high-efficiently utilize the heat of heating pot 140, avoids the energy waste.
In one embodiment, the housing 120 is tubular, the heating element 142 can be tubular, and the smoking article 200 can be heated more uniformly, with the air inlet 122 and the insertion opening 146 both located at an end opening of the housing 120. Further, in the embodiment where the smoking device 100 includes the power module 160, the power module 160 may be located at the other end of the housing 120, so that the overall structure is more reasonable and the device is convenient to hold and use.
In the embodiment shown in figure 1, the smoking article 200 may be a conventional commercially available cigarette, while referring to figures 3 and 4, in another embodiment, the smoking article 200 comprises a tobacco rod 220 and a mouthpiece 240, the tobacco rod 220 being connected at one end to the mouthpiece 240. The tobacco rod 220 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 144, and the tobacco rod 220 comprises a plurality of tobacco segments 242 which are connected in sequence, and the plurality of tobacco segments 242 correspond to the plurality of heating elements 142 one by one. The tobacco segments 242 correspond to the heating elements 142, and the plurality of tobacco segments 242 are matched with the plurality of independently controlled temperature heating elements 142, so that the temperature of different tobacco segments 242 can be controlled conveniently, and the components of the tobacco segments 242 can be adjusted as required, so that the mouthfeel is better.
In one embodiment, the tobacco segment 242 includes tobacco material 244 and phase change material 246, the phase change material 246 being disposed within the tobacco material 244. Because the phase change material 246 absorbs a large amount of heat or emits a large amount of heat during the phase change process, the temperature rise and the temperature drop can be delayed, and the temperature rise or the temperature drop can be prevented from being too fast, so that the temperature of the smoking article 200 can be better controlled.
In one embodiment, the smoking article 200 further comprises an insulation layer 260, the insulation layer 260 being located between two adjacent tobacco segments 242, and one insulation layer 260 may be disposed between each two adjacent tobacco segments 242 to prevent heat conduction between the tobacco segments 242 from affecting each other. Further, in one embodiment, the insulation layer 260 may also be located between the mouthpiece 240 and the tobacco segment 242 connected to the mouthpiece 240 to prevent heat from being conducted to the mouthpiece 240. Referring also to fig. 4, in another embodiment, the adjacent tobacco segments 242 may be directly connected without the heat insulating layer 260, so as to improve the consistency of the taste of the smoke and avoid the temperature from increasing or decreasing too fast.
To avoid melting of the phase change material 246 prior to being drawn into the mouth cavity, and referring also to fig. 5, in one embodiment, the smoking article 200 can further include a receptacle 280 for receiving the phase change material 246, the phase change material 246 being located within the receptacle 280, and further, the receptacle 280 being a thermally conductive material having a melting point generally greater than or equal to 500 ℃. The melting point of the container 280 needs to be higher than the heating temperature of the heating element 142. In one embodiment, the material of the container 280 is aluminum foil. The receiver 280 is thermally conductive to facilitate heat equalization within the tobacco segment 242. The receptacle 280 may be shaped like a capsule with the phase change material 246 encased within the receptacle 280. 2. The smoking device of claim 1, wherein the heating pan further comprises a plurality of temperature sensors, at least one temperature sensor being disposed on each heating element.
3. The smoking apparatus of claim 1, wherein the heating pan further comprises an insulating gasket positioned between adjacent heating elements.

The smoking device of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a preheating channel is formed between the inner wall of the housing and the outer wall of the heating pan, one end of the preheating channel is communicated with the air inlet, and the other end of the preheating channel is communicated with the air inlet.

the smoking device of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the tobacco rod is inserted into the receiving cavity, and a plurality of the tobacco sections correspond to a plurality of the heating elements one to one.
