Abstract
本发明涉及一种反光布,提供一种幻影多变反光布及其制作方法,所述幻影多变反光布,包括基材层,基材层上设有树脂粘结层,树脂粘结层上分布设有玻璃微珠,玻璃微珠的下半部镀覆有金属镀层,金属镀层浸没于树脂粘结层中,玻璃微珠的上半部外露于树脂粘结层上,玻璃微珠的上半部沿其圆周方向依次划分为多个图形面,各图形面上分别设有图形;所述幻影多变反光布能够呈现幻影多变的图案视觉效果,增加了反光布在衣服装饰、场景装潢、个人流行时尚穿着等的装饰应用效果,同时结构简单,制作便利,适合大批量化生产制作,具有优异的市场经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种反光布,特别涉及一种幻影多变反光布及其制作方法。
背景技术
随着社会生活水平的提高,在不断提高自身安全的同时,追求更具装饰性、时尚性和色彩炫酷的产品,已经成为一种流行趋势。当玻璃微珠结构反光技术的反光材料产品已成为一种大众化的成熟技术产品时,多彩丰富的反光技术,变幻反光效果的高端技术是生活发展、技术创新的新途径。
一般地,玻璃微珠结构反光材料是通过采用高折射率玻璃微珠的回归逆反射原理来制造。现有的反光布通常是在普通的基材层表面上直接进行植珠,或者通过真空蒸镀技术,使玻璃珠的一侧外表面与树脂粘结层之间增加形成金属镀层,当光线进入玻璃微珠内折射聚光于金属镀层,再经反射后,反射光沿入射光的方向反射出去,形成良好的回归逆反射功能,以提高对入射光的反光效率,以达到优越的逆反射性能和广角可视性能,而后直接运用于各种社会生活的需求品中。虽然起到理想的反光效果,但是随着人类对实用性和时尚美观性的追求,其在实际使用中,有一定的局限性。产品陈旧老化,没有新意,视觉效果平面呆板,用于服装、鞋帽、箱包等时,存在装饰性较差,款式单一,视觉冲击感不足等缺陷。
综上所述,现有的外露式玻璃微珠结构反光材料存在着视觉感单调、美观性不足的缺陷,因此在装潢装饰、服装穿着、鞋材箱包等应用领域受到一定的限制,同时也阻碍了安全警示功能应用的延伸。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种幻影多变反光布及其制作方法,所述幻影多变反光布不仅具有良好的反光效果,还可以看到幻影多变的图案,呈现炫酷新颖的视觉效果,由此扩大了外露式玻璃微珠结构反光布的应用范围,对提高警示效果起到一定可观的作用,极大地增加了反光布在衣服装饰、场景装潢、个人流行时尚穿着等的装饰应用效果;同时,所述幻影多变反光布结构简单,制作便利且易实现,生产效率高,适合大批量化生产制作,具有优异的市场经济效益。
为实现上述技术问题,本发明采取的解决方案为:一种幻影多变反光布,包括基材层,所述基材层上设有树脂粘结层,所述树脂粘结层上分布设有玻璃微珠,所述玻璃微珠的下半部镀覆有金属镀层,所述金属镀层浸没于所述树脂粘结层中,所述玻璃微珠的上半部外露于所述树脂粘结层上,所述玻璃微珠的上半部沿其圆周方向依次划分为多个图形面,各图形面上分别设有图形。
进一步的是,所述玻璃微珠的上半部沿其圆周方向依次划分为第一图形面和第二图形面,所述第一图形面上设有第一图形,各所述玻璃微珠的第一图形面共同构成第一图形面层;所述第二图形面上设有第二图形,各所述玻璃微珠的第二图形面共同构成第二图形面层。
进一步的是,所述基材层可以为化纤布层或者棉布层或者TC布层等布基层。
进一步的是,还可以包括有透明表层,所述透明表层覆盖所述玻璃微珠。
一种所述幻影多变反光布的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、选取植珠辅助膜,在植珠辅助膜上涂布临时低粘性胶粘剂,获得临时胶粘层;
步骤2、在临时胶粘层上均匀密布玻璃微珠,玻璃微珠的一半外露于临时胶粘剂层上,另一半浸没于临时胶粘层内;
步骤3、采用真空蒸镀技术,在外露于临时胶粘剂层上的玻璃微珠的表面镀覆一层金属镀层;
步骤4、选取基材层,在基材层上涂布高粘性透明树脂胶粘剂,获得树脂粘结层;所述树脂粘结层的粘性高于临时胶粘层;
步骤5、将植珠辅助膜的玻璃微珠与基材层的树脂粘结层进行粘结复合,使得玻璃微珠的金属镀层浸没于树脂粘结层中,随后,剥离植珠辅助膜、临时胶粘层,使得玻璃微珠外露,获得反光布半成品;
步骤6、对反光布半成品进行激光打标:将反光布半成品在张卷设备上进行张紧,通过激光打标机对反光布半成品的玻璃微珠表面进行图案标刻,此过程中,激光打标机能够沿着圆周面做圆周运动轨迹, 以对玻璃微珠外露的圆周表面进行不同位置的图案标刻;获得所述幻影多变反光布。
进一步的是,步骤1中所述植珠辅助膜可以为PVC薄膜或者PET薄膜等薄膜。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:如上所述设计的幻影多变反光布,沿玻璃微珠的圆周表面依次划分图形面,圆周曲面结构使得各个图形面不在同一平面上,各个图形面分别具有不同的观察角度,则所述幻影多变反光布在不同的观察角度下均能够看见图案,同时结合不同的图案设计,能够产生幻影多变的视觉效果,极大地增加了反光布在衣服装饰、场景装潢、个人流行时尚穿着等的装饰应用效果;同时,所述幻影多变反光布制作方法简单,生产效率高,适合大批量化生产制作,具有优异的市场经济效益。

参考图1-3,本发明实施例揭示的是,一种幻影多变反光布,包括基材层1,所述基材层1为棉布层,所述基材层1上设有树脂粘结层2,所述树脂粘结层2上分布设有玻璃微珠3,所述玻璃微珠3的下半部镀覆有金属镀层31,所述金属镀层31浸没于所述树脂粘结层2中,所述玻璃微珠3的上半部外露于所述树脂粘结层2上,所述玻璃微珠3的上半部沿其圆周方向依次划分为第一图形面32和第二图形面33,所述第一图形面32上设有第一图形,各所述玻璃微珠的第一图形面32共同构成第一图形面层;所述第二图形面33上设有第二图形,各所述玻璃微珠的第二图形面33共同构成第二图形面层。
所述幻影多变反光布的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、选取植珠辅助膜,在植珠辅助膜上涂布临时低粘性胶粘剂,获得临时胶粘层;
步骤2、在临时胶粘层上均匀密布玻璃微珠,玻璃微珠的一半外露于临时胶粘剂层上,另一半浸没于临时胶粘层内;
步骤3、采用真空蒸镀技术,在外露于临时胶粘剂层上的玻璃微珠的表面镀覆一层金属镀层;
步骤4、选取基材层,在基材层上涂布高粘性透明树脂胶粘剂,获得树脂粘结层;所述树脂粘结层的粘性高于临时胶粘层;
步骤5、将植珠辅助膜的玻璃微珠与基材层的树脂粘结层进行粘结复合,使得玻璃微珠的金属镀层浸没于树脂粘结层中,随后,剥离植珠辅助膜、临时胶粘层,使得玻璃微珠外露,获得反光布半成品;
步骤6、对反光布半成品进行激光打标:将反光布半成品在张卷设备上进行张紧,通过激光打标机对反光布半成品的玻璃微珠表面进行图案标刻,此过程中,激光打标机能够沿着圆周面做圆周运动轨迹, 以对玻璃微珠外露的圆周表面进行不同位置的图案标刻;获得所述幻影多变反光布。
综上所述设计的幻影多变反光布,不仅具有良好的反光效果,还可以通过转变观察角度以分别看到第一图形和第二图形,呈现幻影多变的图案效果,呈现炫酷新颖的视觉效果,由此扩大了外露式玻璃微珠结构反光布的应用范围,对提高警示效果起到一定可观的作用,极大地增加了反光布在衣服装饰、场景装潢、个人流行时尚穿着等的装饰应用效果;同时,所述幻影多变反光布结构简单,制作便利且易实现,生产效率高,适合大批量化生产制作,具有优异的市场经济效益。

1.一种幻影多变反光布,其特征在于:包括基材层,所述基材层上设有树脂粘结层,所述树脂粘结层上分布设有玻璃微珠,所述玻璃微珠的下半部镀覆有金属镀层,所述金属镀层浸没于所述树脂粘结层中,所述玻璃微珠的上半部外露于所述树脂粘结层上,所述玻璃微珠的上半部沿其圆周方向依次划分为多个图形面,各图形面上分别设有图形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的幻影多变反光布,其特征在于:所述玻璃微珠的上半部沿其圆周方向依次划分为第一图形面和第二图形面,所述第一图形面上设有第一图形,各所述玻璃微珠的第一图形面共同构成第一图形面层;所述第二图形面上设有第二图形,各所述玻璃微珠的第二图形面共同构成第二图形面层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的幻影多变反光布,其特征在于:所述基材层为化纤布层或者棉布层或者TC布层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的幻影多变反光布,其特征在于:还包括透明表层,所述透明表层覆盖所述玻璃微珠。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一所述的幻影多变反光布的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、选取植珠辅助膜,在植珠辅助膜上涂布临时低粘性胶粘剂,获得临时胶粘层;
步骤2、在临时胶粘层上均匀密布玻璃微珠,玻璃微珠的一半外露于临时胶粘剂层上,另一半浸没于临时胶粘层内;
步骤3、采用真空蒸镀技术,在外露于临时胶粘剂层上的玻璃微珠的表面镀覆一层金属镀层;
步骤4、选取基材层,在基材层上涂布高粘性透明树脂胶粘剂,获得树脂粘结层;所述树脂粘结层的粘性高于临时胶粘层;
步骤5、将植珠辅助膜的玻璃微珠与基材层的树脂粘结层进行粘结复合,使得玻璃微珠的金属镀层浸没于树脂粘结层中,随后,剥离植珠辅助膜、临时胶粘层,使得玻璃微珠外露,获得反光布半成品;
步骤6、对反光布半成品进行激光打标:将反光布半成品在张卷设备上进行张紧,通过激光打标机对反光布半成品的玻璃微珠表面进行图案标刻,此过程中,激光打标机能够沿着圆周面做圆周运动轨迹, 以对玻璃微珠外露的圆周表面进行不同位置的图案标刻;获得所述幻影多变反光布。
6.根据权利要求5所述的幻影多变反光布的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤1中所述植珠辅助膜为PVC薄膜或者PET薄膜。
