本发明属于日用精细化工领域,具体涉及一种长效抗菌多功能地板清洁蜡及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着中国城市化进程的加快,人们生活水平及品质的日渐提高,越来越多的人群更加注重健康和自然,而木地板因其自然美观、安全舒适、保温性能好等优点成为更多消费者居家装饰的首选材质。但是木地板由于其制造工艺、硬度不足和多孔结构,在使用过程中极易造成刮花、细微划痕、干裂、漆面光泽黯淡、细菌滋生、吸潮发霉等问题,大大的影响了木地板的美观和使用寿命。因此,木地板的日常清洁和养护、打蜡就显得尤为重要。
目前市面上的木地板清洁养护打蜡用品主要包括木地板清洁剂、固体地板蜡、液体木地板护理精油等产品。现今城市生活节奏较快,方便快捷多功能的产品更能赢得消费者的青睐,传统的地板清洁养护打蜡产品在使用时需清洁、养护打蜡多种产品分步进行,虽然效果尚可,但使用费时费力。同时,抗菌功能也成为消费者关注的居家清洁护理用品的主要功能之一,但目前多数木地板清洁护理打蜡产品不具有抗菌功能,即使部分具有抗菌作用的产品,抗菌性能、安全性及抗菌时效也较有限。如:CN101514272A中描述的木地板清洗护理剂的抗菌成分为异噻唑啉酮,虽然就有一定杀菌防霉功效,但是它在空气中易于分解,对眼睛和皮肤具有刺激性;CN103275621A中所描述的中草药防虫抗菌地板蜡其抗菌成分为中草药提取物,而中草药提取物在空气中易于氧化变质,不但会降低其抗菌功效,而且更加达不到持久抗菌。且在日常生活中,人们对木地板的清洁护理周期相对较长,更加需要一种具有持续抗菌功能的产品来呵护家人健康。
基于以上情况,本发明提供了一种长效抗菌多功能地板清洁蜡及其制备方法,其具有长效抗菌、清洁去污、修复细微划痕、滋润保养、光亮、除异味的多重功效,且无挥发性溶剂,pH中性,不污染室内环境,生产工艺简单、成本低,并且使用方便,可应用于家居商业各类实木地板、复合木地板、竹木地板等多种类型木地板的清洁护理打蜡。

本发明涉一种长效抗菌多功能地板清洁蜡及其制备方法,为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种长效抗菌多功能地板清洁蜡,由以下原料按重量份组成,非离子表面活性剂1-10份,润湿剂1-5份,吐温20为1-5份,水溶助长剂2-10份,天然油脂0.5-5份,巴西棕榈蜡乳液0.1-5份,遮光剂0.1-2份,银离子抗菌剂0.05-5份,螯合剂0.1-10份,流变调节剂0.1-5份,余量为软化水,总计100份。
进一步的,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中烷基链长度为C8-C18,EO数为3-15;进一步优选,所述非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,优选烷基链长度为C8-C12,EO数为3-10。
进一步的,所述润湿剂为烷基糖苷,碳链长度为C6-C12。
进一步的,所述水溶助长剂选择短链醇或短链醇醚,碳链长度为C6-C12,进一步优化,所述水溶助长剂优选异己二醇或丙酮缩甘油。
其中所述的天然油脂优选棕榈油和橙油,其中棕榈油中脂肪酸饱和度较高,在自然环境下不易分解,可起到长期滋养木地板而不会产生酸败等问题,而橙油是天然的清洁剂,去除顽固污渍,消除异味。
进一步的,所述天然油脂选自但不限于棕榈油、椰子油、橙油中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述遮光剂为苯乙烯/丙烯酸乳液,选自但不限于OP301、OP3255的一种或两种。
进一步的,所述螯合剂为柠檬酸钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酰乙酸、α-葡庚糖酸钠中的一种,进一步优化,所述螯合剂优选甲基甘氨酸二乙酰乙酸。
进一步的,所述流变调节剂选自但不限于羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶中的一种或几种,进一步优化,所述流变调节剂优选黄原胶。
进一步优化,所述银离子抗菌剂为高活性银离子溶液,加量优选0.1-1份。

所述地板清洁蜡由以下重量份组成:非离子表面活性剂1-10份,润湿剂1-5份,吐温20为1-5份,水溶助长剂2-10份,天然油脂0.5-5份,巴西棕榈蜡乳液0.1-5份,遮光剂0.1-2份,银离子抗菌剂0.05-5份,螯合剂0.1-10份,流变调节剂0.1-5份,余量为软化水,总计100份。首先向反应釜加入软化水,加热至50℃,在搅拌下,加入流变调节剂0.1-5份和水溶助长剂2-10份的混合溶液,搅拌40分钟且均匀后停止加热;依次向溶液中加入非离子表面活性剂1-10份、润湿剂1-5份、吐温20为1-5份、天然油脂0.5-5份、巴西棕榈蜡乳液0.1-5份、银离子抗菌剂0.05-5份、螯合剂0.1-10份、遮光剂0.1-2份,搅拌20分钟后均匀即成。

实验方法参照《消毒技术规范》2002版中的贴膜实验方法,通过将细菌污染于抗菌样片表面,然后用塑料薄膜覆盖,使细菌与抗菌制品表面充分接触,以测定其抗菌效果。抗菌样片采用消毒后的载玻片均匀涂抹实施例样品并放置于25℃恒温箱中7天后进行实验。微生物菌种为:大肠杆菌(ATCC 8099)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538),测试液体为样品原液,作用时间为5min。

10.一种制备权利要求1-9任意一项所述的长效抗菌多功能地板清洁蜡的方法,其特征在于,所述方法按以下步骤实施:
步骤1、按照权利要求1所述的重量份称量配料,总计100份;
步骤2、反应釜加软化水,加热至80℃,搅拌下加入流变调节剂和水溶助长剂的混合溶液,搅拌40分钟,直至无悬浮不溶物,停止加热;
步骤3、依次向步骤2得到的溶液中加入非离子表面活性剂、润湿剂、吐温20、天然油脂、巴西棕榈蜡乳液、银离子抗菌剂、螯合剂、遮光剂,添加完后搅拌20分钟,搅拌均匀即成。
