本发明涉及PVC领域,一种生产简单的PVC硬管的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)首先将PVC120‑140份、氯化聚乙烯5‑9份、纳米碳酸钙8‑25份、玻璃纤维2‑5份、钛白粉3‑7份、PE蜡1‑4份、钙锌稳定剂1‑5份、ACR4‑6份加入高速搅拌机内进行搅拌,至物料温度达到100‑140℃停止搅拌;(2)然后将物料输送到冷混机中搅拌降温,待物料温度降至35‑50℃时,出料;(3)最后将混合料送至双螺杆挤出机中挤出成型制成管材,双螺杆挤出机加工温度为150‑200℃。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC领域,具体地说是一种生产简单的PVC硬管的加工工艺。
背景技术
PVC主要成份为聚氯乙烯,另外加入其他成分来增强其耐热性,韧性,延展性等。在合成过程中PVC管材需要多种原材料,成本相对较高,由于PVC管有着较高的稳定性经常被用于水管等运输液体的管道,在使用中一旦因外力挤压发生断裂就会发生大量液体泄漏的事故,目前市场上的硬质pvc管材耐压强度都有待提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种生产简单的PVC硬管的加工工艺。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种生产简单的PVC硬管的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先将PVC120-140份、氯化聚乙烯5-9份、纳米碳酸钙8-25份、玻璃纤维2-5份、钛白粉3-7份、PE蜡1-4份、钙锌稳定剂1-5份、ACR4-6份加入高速搅拌机内进行搅拌,至物料温度达到100-140℃停止搅拌。
(2)然后将物料输送到冷混机中搅拌降温,待物料温度降至35-50℃时,出料。
(3)最后将混合料送至双螺杆挤出机中挤出成型制成管材,双螺杆挤出机加工温度为150-200℃。
本发明具备以下良好效果:
(1)本发明制备的PVC管抗压抗冲击性能优良,适合制作各种高强度要求的工件。
(2)本发明中PVC管材易于加工,各原料组分之间相同性好。
(3)本发明的PVC管材成本低廉、经济效益显著。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
一种生产简单的PVC硬管的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先将PVC120-140份、氯化聚乙烯5-9份、纳米碳酸钙8-25份、玻璃纤维2-5份、钛白粉3-7份、PE蜡1-4份、钙锌稳定剂1-5份、ACR4-6份加入高速搅拌机内进行搅拌,至物料温度达到100-140℃停止搅拌。
(2)然后将物料输送到冷混机中搅拌降温,待物料温度降至35-50℃时,出料。
(3)最后将混合料送至双螺杆挤出机中挤出成型制成管材,双螺杆挤出机加工温度为150-200℃。
