In the process, the robot can also stretch the hopper into the purging box for cleaning and then put the hopper back to the original position. The air floatation cup taking device is not limited by the number of the whole stacking cups, the air blowing is closed after the top material cup is sucked, and the rest material cup can automatically fall down and reset so as to take the cup next time, so that the air floatation cup taking device is very convenient.
Experiments prove that the full-automatic filling and sealing integrated packaging machine of the embodiment highly realizes automatic integration, and the whole operation process from cup taking, filling, sealing and labeling is well ordered and accurate under the automatic control of the control circuit, so that the production efficiency is improved, and the full-automatic filling and sealing integrated packaging machine is suitable for sealing plastic cups with PP, PE, PET and other different film materials.
